Abstract

La présente invention concerne un rack de stockage et/ou de transport d'éléments, notamment des éléments de vitrage, du type comprenant une structure réceptrice de ces éléments, la partie supérieure de la structure comportant des moyens récepteurs (18) et des moyens de maintien (22, 23) d'un rack additionnel supérieur que l'on souhaite empiler sur celui-ci, et la partie inférieure de cette structure comportant des moyens complémentaires aptes à lui permettre de coopérer avec les moyens récepteurs (18) et les moyens de maintien (22, 23) d'un rack additionnel inférieur sur lequel on souhaite l'empiler. Ce rack est caractérisé en ce que les moyens de maintien comportent au moins deux organes (22, 23) éloignés l'un de l'autre dans le sens transversal d'une valeur d'un pas correspondant à une différence de dimensions, dans le sens transversal, des racks que l'on souhaite empiler.

Description
Titre de l'invention : RACK DE STOCKAGE ADAPTATIF
[0001] La présente invention concerne un rack destiné au stockage et/ou au
transport d’éléments de vitrage, notamment des vitrages destinés aux voitures automobiles, tels que par exemple des pare-brises, des lunettes arrière ou des vitres latérales.
[0002] On sait que les racks de ce type sont généralement constitués d’éléments tubulaires mécano-soudés qui forment un berceau récepteur dans lequel on vient déposer les éléments de vitrage de façon qu’ils reposent sur leur chant, parallèlement les uns aux autres.
[0003] De tels racks sont habituellement de dimensions standard et occupent une surface au sol sensiblement rectangulaire les éléments de vitrage se distribuant dans le sens longitudinal. De plus ces racks sont empilables et comportent à cet effet des moyens récepteurs visant à assurer un positionnement précis les uns sur les autres, ainsi que des moyens de maintien assurant leur liaison à la fois dans le sens longitudinal et dans le sens transversal une fois qu’ils sont empilés.
[0004] Ces moyens de maintien sont habituellement constitués d’un plot cylindrique se terminant par un cône, qui est disposé en partie supérieure du rack de chaque côté de celui-ci et d’orifices prévus à sa base et qui se situent au droit de ces plots. Ainsi lorsque l’on superpose deux racks de dimensions identiques les deux plots du rack inférieur viennent se loger dans les orifices respectifs du rack supérieur.
[0005] On comprend dans ces conditions qu’il n’est possible de superposer que des racks dont la surface de base est rigoureusement identique.
[0006] Une difficulté survient dès lors que l’on souhaite remplir des engins de
transport avec de tels racks que ces engins soient routiers ou ferroviaires, dans la mesure où les surfaces réceptrices ne sont pas toujours un multiple des dimensions de base des racks. La plupart du temps tel n’est pas le cas et le volume ainsi non employé représente pour l’utilisateur une perte importante. [0007] La présente invention vise à permettre à l’utilisateur de se rapprocher d’un remplissage optimal du moyen de transport choisi tout en augmentant la quantité d’éléments transportés par rapport à celle existant habituellement avec les racks standards connus.
[0008] La présente invention a ainsi pour objet un rack de stockage et/ou de
transport d’éléments, notamment des éléments de vitrage, du type comprenant une structure réceptrice de ces éléments, la partie supérieure de la structure comportant des moyens récepteurs et des moyens de maintien d’un rack additionnel supérieur que l’on souhaite empiler sur celui-ci, et la partie inférieure de cette structure comportant des moyens complémentaires aptes à lui permettre de coopérer avec les moyens récepteurs et les moyens de maintien d’un rack additionnel inférieur sur lequel on souhaite l’empiler.
[0009] Ce rack est caractérisé en ce que les moyens de maintien comportent au moins deux organes éloignés l’un de l’autre dans le sens transversal d’une valeur correspondant à une différence de dimensions, dans le sens transversal, des racks que l’on souhaite empiler.
[0010] Préférentiellement les moyens de maintien pourront comporter deux organes.
Ces organes pourront être constitués de tétons et les moyens complémentaires pourront être constitués d’un orifice réalisé à la base antérieure de la structure.
[0011] Les tétons pourront comprendre une base cylindrique surmontée d’une partie conique.
[0012] On décrira ci-après, à titre d’exemple non limitatif, des formes d’exécution de la présente invention, en référence au dessin annexé sur lequel :
- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective d’un rack pourvu de moyens récepteurs et de moyens de maintien suivant l’invention,
- la figure 2 est une vue de dessus partielle du rack représenté sur la figure 1 ,
- la figure 3 est une vue agrandie en coupe transversale des moyens
récepteurs et des moyens de maintien du rack suivant l’invention,
- la figure 3a est une vue en coupe verticale de la base d’un montant vertical antérieur du rack suivant l’invention,
- la figure 4 est une vue en coupe partielle verticale du rack suivant la ligne IV- IV de la figure 2,
- la figure 5 est une vue de face partielle du rack représenté sur les figures 1 et 2,
- la figure 6 est une vue en coupe partielle suivant la ligne IV-IV de la figure 2 d’un empilement de deux racks de dimensions transversales identiques,
- la figure 7 est une vue schématique partielle agrandie de la partie entourée d’un cercle de la figure 6,
- la figure 8 est une vue en coupe partielle suivant la ligne IV-IV de la figure 2 d’un empilement de deux racks de dimensions transversales différentes,
- la figure 9 est une vue schématique partielle agrandie de la partie entourée d’un cercle de la figure 8,
- la figure 10 est une vue en coupe transversale d’une variante de mise en œuvre des moyens récepteurs et de maintien du rack suivant l’invention.
[0013] Dans toute la description le rack 1 suivant l’invention est considéré comme posé sur un support, prêt à être chargé/déchargé, ce qui permet de définir ses parties « inférieures » et « supérieures ». L’ouverture d’accès aux éléments de vitrage s’inscrit selon un plan longitudinal, et est positionnée sur la partie antérieure du rack 1 , c’est-à-dire à proximité d’un opérateur amené à
charger/décharger les éléments de vitrage. Par opposition, la partie postérieure du rack 1 est la plus éloignée de l’opérateur. Les éléments de vitrage sont donc chargés depuis la partie postérieure du rack 1 vers la partie antérieure du rack 1 , selon une direction transversale, et sont orientés, pour chacun d’eux, selon une direction sensiblement longitudinale. Les expressions « inférieur », « supérieur », « antérieur », « postérieur », longitudinal » et « transversal » sont ainsi à considérer par rapport à cette orientation.
[0014] Le rack 1 suivant l’invention qui, dans le présent mode de mise en œuvre, est réalisé en tubes mécano-soudés comprend un cadre 3 dont la base est de forme sensiblement rectangulaire et dont la face antérieure est pourvue d’une plinthe 5a qui est légèrement plus large que le cadre 3 et dont les faces latérales sont pourvues d’une plinthe 5b.
[0015] Les plinthes 5a et 5b sont respectivement percées de deux ouvertures 7a et 7b qui sont destinées à permettre le passage des branches d’un opérateur de levage de type transpalette. La partie de la plinthe antérieure 5a et la partie antérieure 3a du cadre 3 situées entre les deux ouvertures 7a sont interrompues de façon à créer un espace d’accès contrôlé 6 ouvrant sur l’intérieur du rack 1.
[0016] Les deux extrémités de la plinthe antérieure 5a se terminent par des montants verticaux antérieurs 11a dont les sommets sont respectivement réunis par des traverses 13 aux sommets de deux montants verticaux 11b élevés aux angles postérieurs du cadre. Par ailleurs les sommets des deux montants verticaux postérieurs 11 b sont réunis entre eux par une traverse 14, orientée selon une direction transversale.
[0017] Le cadre de base 3 est pourvu de deux montants transversaux 15 dont la face supérieure est pourvue sur toute sa longueur d’encoches 17 qui sont destinées à recevoir les chants des éléments de vitrage 16 selon une direction longitudinale, notamment les pare-brises ou les lunettes arrières de véhicules, qui sont destinés à être stockés/transportés, de façon à les maintenir dans une position sensiblement verticale.
[0018] L’espace d’accès contrôlé 6 du rack 1 comporte des moyens qui permettent de l’obturer lors du transport ou du stockage, ce qui permet d’assurer la
protection des éléments de vitrage 16, et qui permettent de plus de le libérer lors de l’opération de chargement/déchargement, ce qui améliore l’accès aux éléments de vitrage notamment de ceux qui sont stockés en partie postérieure du rack, c’est-à-dire à distance de l’opérateur.
[0019] Les racks suivant l’invention sont destinés à être empilés les uns sur les
autres et comportent pour ce faire d’une part des moyens récepteurs, ou moyens de guidage, aptes à favoriser la mise en œuvre de cette superposition et des moyens de maintien aptes à empêcher le déplacement des racks une fois ceux-ci mis en place.
[0020] Ainsi que représenté sur les figures 4 et 5, les moyens récepteurs sont
constitués de deux guides antérieurs 18 et de deux guides postérieurs 20.
[0021] Chaque guide antérieur 18, qui est disposé sur la partie antérieure de la
traverse 13, comporte une embase 18a pourvue de deux ailes qui sont inclinées du haut vers le bas et de l’extérieur vers l’intérieur du guide, à savoir une aile 18b de direction transversale et une aile 18c de direction longitudinale. L’inclinaison de ces ailes leur confère une fonction de déflecteur permettant, lors de
l’empilement d’un rack sur un autre, de repousser le rack à positionner lorsqu’il n’est pas parfaitement centré par rapport au rack récepteur afin de le dévier et le mener dans la position correcte, ainsi qu’expliqué ci-après.
[0022] De même chaque guide postérieur 20 qui est disposé sur la traverse
postérieure 14 comporte une embase 20a pourvue de deux ailes qui sont inclinées du haut vers le bas et de l’extérieur vers l’intérieur du guide, à savoir une aile 20b de direction transversale et une aile 20c de direction longitudinale.
[0023] Les moyens de maintien qui sont disposés dans les guides antérieurs 18, comprennent, ainsi que représenté sur les figures 3, 7 et 9, deux tétons, à savoir un téton antérieur 22 et un téton postérieur 23, alignés selon une direction transversale. Ces tétons comportent une base 22a cylindrique surmontée d’un cône 22b. La base 22a est pourvue d’un bossage inférieur 22c qui vient s’encastrer dans un trou de l’embase 18a du guide avec laquelle il est soudé.
[0024] Les tétons 22 et 23 sont d’un diamètre tel qu’ils puissent s’introduire dans des trous 25 prévus à l’extrémité inférieure des montants verticaux antérieurs 11a, ainsi que représenté sur la figure 3a.
[0025] On a représenté sur la figure 6 un empilement de deux racks identiques dont la largeur a, ou dimension transversale, est supérieure à celle a’ des racks standards de l’état antérieur de la technique, à savoir un rack inférieur 1 sur lequel est disposé un rack supérieur 1’, disposition qui permet ainsi d’augmenter de façon très sensible le nombre d’éléments transportés. Dans un tel mode de mise en œuvre de l’invention et ainsi que représenté sur la figure 7 le téton antérieur 22 du guide 18 du rack inférieur 1 prend place dans le trou 25 de la base du montant vertical antérieur 11a du rack supérieur Y.
[0026] On a représenté sur les figures 8 et 9 un empilement de deux racks de
dimensions transversales différentes, à savoir un rack inférieur 1 de largeur a sur lequel est disposé un rack supérieur Y de largeur a’ inférieure correspondant à celle des racks de l’état antérieur de la technique. Dans cette disposition et ainsi que représenté sur la figure 9, le téton postérieur 23 du guide 18 du rack inférieur prend place dans le trou 25 de la base du montant vertical antérieur 11a du rack supérieur.
[0027] La présente invention est particulièrement intéressante en ce qu’elle permet d’empiler non seulement des racks identiques ainsi que représenté sur les figures 6 et 7, mais des racks de dimensions transversales différentes ainsi que représenté sur les figures 8 et 9.
[0028] La présente invention permet ainsi à l’utilisateur, en fonction de la surface
dont il dispose dans l’engin de transport de combiner des racks de type classique de largeur a’ avec des racks de plus grande largeur a de façon à occuper la totalité de la place disponible. On comprend que l’écartement e que l’on réalisera entre les tétons 22 et 23 correspondra à la différence existant entre les
dimensions transversales a et a’ des racks 1 et 1’.
[0029] Bien entendu suivant l’invention les guides peuvent comporter un nombre de pions supérieur. Ainsi, sur la figure 10 le guide antérieur 18’ comporte trois tétons, à savoir un téton antérieur 22, un téton intermédiaire 24 et un téton postérieur 23, tous trois alignés selon une direction transversale. La distance séparant deux tétons adjacent peut être différente, ainsi que représenté sur la figure 10 sur laquelle les tétons antérieur 22 et intermédiaire 24 sont distants d’une longueur e’ et les tétons intermédiaire 24 et postérieur 23 sont éloigné d’une distance e supérieure.
[0030] Une telle disposition permet d’augmenter encore les combinaisons
d’agencement à la disposition de l’utilisateur afin de lui permettre de réaliser un chargement optimal du moyen de transport de ses racks.
[0031] Enfin on sait que le nombre de racks que l’engin de transport est à même de transporter peut être limité par le poids de ces derniers.
Or on comprend que le poids des racks est en mesure de varier en fonction des
éléments de vitrage que l’on souhaite transporter. La présente invention en permettant la combinaison de racks de différentes dimensions, et donc de poids différents, permet au transporteur d’ajuster au mieux le poids global des racks disposés dans l’engin de transport avec la capacité en poids de ce dernier.

Revendications
[Revendication 1] Rack de stockage et/ou de transport d’éléments (16), notamment des éléments de vitrage, du type comprenant une structure (3) réceptrice de ces éléments (16), la partie supérieure de la structure
comportant des moyens récepteurs (18, 20) et des moyens de maintien (22, 23, 24) d’un rack additionnel supérieur (1’) que l’on souhaite empiler sur celui- ci, et la partie inférieure de cette structure (3) comportant des moyens complémentaires (25) aptes à lui permettre de coopérer avec les moyens récepteurs (18, 20) et les moyens de maintien (22, 23, 24) d’un rack inférieur (1 ) sur lequel on souhaite l’empiler, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de maintien comportent au moins deux organes (22, 23, 24) éloignés l’un de l’autre dans le sens transversal d’une valeur (e, e’) correspondant à une différence de dimensions, dans le sens transversal, des racks que l’on souhaite empiler.
[Revendication 2] Rack de stockage et/ou de transport suivant la
revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les moyens de maintien comportent deux organes (22, 24).
[Revendication 3] Rack de stockage et/ou de transport suivant l’une des revendications 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que les organes sont constitués de tétons (22, 23, 24) et les moyens complémentaires sont constitués d’un orifice (25) réalisé à la base antérieure de la structure (3).
[Revendication 4] Rack de stockage et/ou de transport suivant la
revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que les tétons (22, 23, 24) comprennent une base cylindrique (22a) surmontée d’une partie conique (22b).
[Revendication 5] Rack de stockage et/ou de transport suivant l’une des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce qu’au moins un desdits moyens récepteurs (18, 20) comprend une embase 18a pourvue de deux ailes qui sont inclinées du haut vers le bas et de l’extérieur vers l’intérieur, à savoir une aile 18b de direction transversale et une aile 18c de direction longitudinale.
