Claims (15)

  1. Appareil d'emballage (1) comprenant :
    une plate-forme de support (100) destinée à supporter les contenants d'emballage positionnés sur celle-ci, la plate-forme de support comprenant une partie de support à hauteur réglable mobile entre une première position et une seconde position ; et
    un agencement de transport par courroie (800) destiné à transporter les contenants d'emballage à l'opposé de la plate-forme de support dans une première direction de transport ;
    l'agencement de transport par courroie comprenant un agencement de courroies comprenant une paire de courroies (802a, 802b), la paire de courroies définissant des surfaces de contact opposées destinées à entrer en contact avec les contenants d'emballage,
    l'appareil pouvant fonctionner entre :
    une première configuration dans laquelle la partie de support est dans la première position pour supporter un ou plusieurs contenants d'emballage positionnés sur elle ; et
    une seconde configuration dans laquelle la partie de support est dans la seconde position et les surfaces de contact des courroies sont en contact avec un ou plusieurs contenants d'emballage.
  2. Appareil d'emballage selon la revendication 1, l'agencement de transport par courroie comprenant :

  4. Appareil d'emballage selon la revendication 3,
    l'agencement de transport par courroie étant réglable pour régler la séparation entre les surfaces de contact des courroies (804a, 804b) dans la seconde région de courroie (804) et l'agencement de transport par courroie étant configurable, par exemple de manière répétée, en :
    une première configuration dans laquelle la séparation entre les surfaces de contact des courroies dans la seconde région de courroie est sensiblement la même que la séparation entre les surfaces de contact des courroies dans la première région de courroie ; et
    une seconde configuration dans laquelle la séparation entre les surfaces de contact des courroies dans la seconde région de courroie est plus grande que la séparation entre les surfaces de contact des courroies dans la première région de la courroie.
  5. Appareil d'emballage selon la revendication 2,
    i) la première région de courroie (802) comprenant une première paire de courroies (802a, 802b), la première paire de courroies définissant des surfaces de contact opposées pour entrer en contact avec les contenants d'emballage et ayant une séparation réglable ; et
    (ii) la seconde région de courroie (804) comprenant une seconde paire de courroies (804a, 804b), la seconde paire de courroies définissant des surfaces de contact opposées pour entrer en contact avec les contenants d'emballage et ayant une séparation réglable.
  6. Appareil d'emballage (1) selon la revendication 5, l'agencement de transport par courroie étant réglable pour régler la séparation entre les surfaces de contact de la seconde paire de courroies, et l'agencement de courroie étant configurable, par exemple de manière répétée, en :
    une première configuration dans laquelle la séparation entre les surfaces de contact de la seconde paire de courroies est sensiblement la même que la séparation entre les surfaces de contact de la première paire de courroies ; et
    une seconde configuration dans laquelle la séparation entre les surfaces de contact de la seconde paire de courroies est plus grande que la séparation entre les surfaces de contact de la première paire de courroies.
  7. Appareil d'emballage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes :
    la plate-forme de support (100) comprenant une pluralité de parties de support (102), chaque partie de support étant mobile entre une première position et une seconde position, l'appareil d'emballage pouvant fonctionner entre :
    une première configuration dans laquelle les parties de support sont dans la première position pour supporter un ou plusieurs contenants d'emballage positionnés sur elles ; et
    une seconde configuration dans laquelle les parties de support sont dans la seconde position et les surfaces de contact des courroies sont en contact avec un ou plusieurs contenants d'emballage.
  8. Appareil d'emballage selon la revendication 7, les parties de support (102) étant mobiles de la seconde position à la première position de manière progressive.
  9. Appareil d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, l'appareil étant conçu de sorte que les contenants d'emballage soient transportés sur la plate-forme de support (100) un par un.
  10. Appareil d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, l'agencement de transport par courroie étant conçu pour transporter les contenants depuis la plate-forme de support (100) en tant que lot, en maintenant l'espacement entre eux.
  11. Appareil d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, l'agencement de transport par courroie (800) étant réglable pour régler l'angle de dégagement des surfaces de contact des courroies.
  12. Appareil d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes comprenant en outre :
    un appareil de positionnement de contenant d'emballage (200) destiné à positionner les contenants d'emballage sur la plate-forme de support,
    l'appareil de positionnement de contenant d'emballage comprenant :
    un ou plusieurs rails (202, 204) qui forment chacun un chemin pour des dispositifs de transport ;
    une pluralité de dispositifs de transport à commande individuelle (300) comprenant au moins un premier dispositif de transport et un second dispositif de transport, chaque dispositif de transport étant monté sur un rail pour se déplacer le long du chemin ;
    un système de commande (400) conçu pour commander les dispositifs de transport,
    le système de commande étant conçu pour commander chaque dispositif de transport de sorte à : venir en prise avec un contenant d'emballage (10), se déplacer le long du chemin dans une première direction de transport, et libérer le contenant d'emballage, afin de positionner le contenant d'emballage sur la plate-forme de support (100) .
  13. Appareil d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre une station de scellement (600) destinée à sceller les contenants d'emballage.
  14. Procédé d'emballage utilisant un appareil d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    amener des contenants d'emballage (10) en contact avec les surfaces de contact des courroies ; et
    transporter les contenants d'emballage à l'opposé de la plate-forme de support (100) dans la première direction de transport.
  15. Procédé d'emballage selon la revendication 14, le procédé comprenant le transport de contenants d'emballage sur la plate-forme de support (100) un par un et leur transport depuis la plate-forme de support, éventuellement jusqu'à une station de scellement (600), en tant que lot de deux ou plus.
