Claims (4)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Positionieren von Stanzwalzen in Rotationsschneidemaschinen, in denen die Trägerfolie der herzustellenden Etiketten durch ein Paar Rollen geführt wird, die über jeweilige Zahnräder (2-3) miteinander synchronisiert sind, wobei eine Basisrolle (4) und eine obere, die Stanze tragende Rolle (5) festgelegt sind und wobei die obere Rolle (5) auf am Tragrahmen (7) des Mechanismus angebrachten Führungen (6) vertikal verfahrbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit den Enden der Achse (9) der oberen Rolle (5) über Wälzlager oder Zahnräder (11) jeweils exzentrische Nocken (10) verbunden sind, wobei von diesen exzentrischen Nocken (10) ein seitlicher Arm (12) ausgeht, der in einem Zahnradbogen (13) endet, auf den eine mit einem Impulsmotor (15) verbundene Schnecke (14) einwirkt, die mit einer internen und/oder externen Steuerschnittstelle verbunden ist, die manuell und/oder per Computer gesteuert wird.
  2. Vorrichtung zum Positionieren von Stanzwalzen in Rotationsschneidemaschinen nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Rollenverschiebemechanismus in der Basisrolle (4) befindet.
  3. Vorrichtung zum Positionieren von Stanzwalzen in Rotationsschneidemaschinen nach dem ersten Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschiebemechanismus in die obere Rolle (5) und in die Basisrolle (4) eingebaut ist.
  4. Vorrichtung zum Positionieren von Stanzwalzen in Rotationsschneidemaschinen nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie die Annäherung der oberen Rolle (5) und der Basisrolle (4) ermöglicht, um den Verschleiß der Stanze auszugleichen.
