Claims (8)
- Ein intelligentes Gerät (10), umfassend ein Grundbekleidungsstück (11), das dazu bestimmt ist, während der Verwendung durch einen Benutzer (200) getragen zu werden, und ein Überwachungsgerät (20), das mit mindestens einem ersten in Längsrichtung verlängerten Abschnitt versehen ist, der sich entlang eines jeweiligen Hauptteils erstreckt eine Erstreckungsachse (101) aufweist und mindestens einen ersten Endabschnitt (20a) und einen zweiten Endabschnitt (20b) aufweist und Folgendes umfasst:- ein Geolokalisierungsmodul (21) zur Identifizierung der geografischen Position des Überwachungsgeräts (20) über ein globales Navigationssatellitensystem (GNSS) (300),- mindestens eine sich in Längsrichtung erstreckende Antenne (22), die dem Geolokalisierungsmodul (21) zugeordnet und mindestens parallel zur Haupterstreckungsachse (101) angeordnet ist,- eine Inertialmesseinheit (25), die mindestens einen Beschleunigungsmesser und ein Gyroskop umfasst,- eine elektronische Steuer- und Ansteuereinheit (23), mindestens eine Energieversorgungsbatterie (24) und einen Transceiver (26),- wobei das Überwachungsgerät (20) funktionell mit einem Verarbeitungsgerät (30) verbunden ist, das dazu konfiguriert ist, die Position und die Bewegung mindestens eines Körperteils des Benutzers (200) im Raum als Funktion der von ihm erfassten Daten zu identifizieren Geolokalisierungsmodul (21) und durch die Trägheitsmesseinheit (25), wobei die Überwachungsvorrichtung (20) auf dem Grundbekleidungsstück (11) angeordnet ist und während des Gebrauchs entlang einer im Wesentlichen horizontalen Richtung angeordnet ist, wobei das mindestens eine erste Ende Abschnitt (20a) und ein zweiter Endabschnitt (20b) sind an dem Grundbekleidungsstück (11) im Wesentlichen an den Schultern des Benutzers (200) angeordnet, wobei jeder der Endabschnitte (20a, 20b) an einer entsprechenden Schulter von angeordnet ist der Benutzer (200).
- Das intelligente Gerät (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verarbeitungsgerät (30) in Bezug auf das Überwachungsgerät (20) entfernt angeordnet ist, wobei das Verarbeitungsgerät (30) und das Überwachungsgerät (20) wechselseitig sind über ein Telematik-Kommunikationsnetz verbunden.
- Intelligentes Gerät (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das Verarbeitungsgerät (30) in der Nähe des Überwachungsgeräts (20) befindet, wobei das Verarbeitungsgerät (30) und das Überwachungsgerät (20) miteinander verbunden sind Weg eines telematischen Kommunikationsnetzes mit kurzer Reichweite.
- Intelligentes Gerät (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verarbeitungseinrichtung (30) von der Überwachungseinrichtung (20) unterstützt wird.
- Intelligentes Gerät (10) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Antenne (22) eine rahmenartige Struktur umfasst, die die mindestens eine Batterie (24) trägt.
- Intelligentes Gerät (10) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Antenne (22) eine rahmenartige Struktur umfasst, die die mindestens eine Trägheitsmesseinheit (25) trägt.
- Intelligentes Gerät (10) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Überwachungsgerät (20) erste Mittel zur lösbaren Kopplung mit zweiten Kopplungsmitteln aufweist, die an dem Grundbekleidungsstück (11) definiert sind.
- Intelligentes Gerät (10) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Batterie (24) von einem Typ ist, der durch Induktion wiederaufladbar ist.
