Definitions

  • the invention relates to a rockfall barrier.
  • rockfall barrier is from the EP 2 489 785 B1 known.
  • the advantage of this rockfall barrier is that, on the one hand, it makes it possible to absorb high energies in the network and, on the other hand, it is also possible to transport the collected material from the support area to more easily accessible areas below the supports.
  • the braking elements required to absorb the high energy are predominantly arranged in the area of the supports in the generic rockfall barrier. This makes maintenance and repair work more complex, especially if the generic rockfall barrier is installed in terrain that is difficult to access.
  • JP S 56 138909 U shows a rockfall barrier with a net through which central cables run.
  • CN 201 908 312 U also shows a rockfall barrier with a net through which corresponding central cables run.
  • the rockfall barrier according to the invention for installation between a mountain side and a valley side of a mountain slope has, in addition to at least two guide devices, a net with an upper and a lower edge and an upper support cable, which guides the upper edge of the net on the guide devices, at least one middle rope.
  • This middle rope extends from an upper end point that is fixed on the upper support cable to a lower end point that can be fixed on the mountain slope.
  • the rockfall barrier according to the invention can be provided with only one upper support cable. Alternatively, however, it is also possible to provide several such upper support cables, in particular to bundle them, if this is necessary due to the expected loads. Furthermore, the rockfall barrier according to the invention has no horizontal central cables, which would possibly hold back blocks to be caught in the upper area or would increase the maintenance and repair costs again, since such horizontal central cables also have to be provided with braking elements.
  • the at least one middle rope is also guided diagonally or obliquely through the hit field in the area of the net.
  • the middle cable can be arranged from an upper end point fixed on the upper support cable to a lower end point fixed on the mountain slope.
  • the at least one middle rope can be provided with a braking element that can be fixed to the mountain slope and is arranged adjacent to the lower edge of the net.
  • connection of the middle rope to the net can be looped or fitted on the air side or on the terrain side.
  • the middle rope is preferably connected to the net via connecting elements such as shackles or sewing ropes.
  • the at least one middle rope is provided with a braking element that can be fixed to the mountain slope and is arranged adjacent to the lower edge of the net.
  • the rockfall barrier according to the invention has two central cables, each of which can be provided with an associated braking element, which in turn are arranged adjacent to the lower edge of the net.
  • an anchor can be provided which can be fixed to the mountain slope.
  • each of these middle ropes can be fixed to the mountain slope with an associated anchor.
  • Fig. 1 shows a rockfall barrier 1 for installation between a mountain side BS and a valley side TS of a mountain slope B.
  • This rockfall barrier 1 has at least two guide devices, of which due to the in Fig. 1 selected representation only one guide device 2A is visible. From the representation of the Fig. 2 However, in the example shown in this figure, a total of five such guide devices can be provided in the form of supports 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D and 2E. In order to be able to stretch a network 3, which is a further component of the rockfall barrier 1 according to the invention, at least two guide devices or supports 2A and 2B must be provided. Of course, it is possible that more than five such guide devices or supports can be provided, depending on how large the area to be protected by the rockfall barrier is.
  • supports could be two walls, especially in the form of reinforced concrete walls or similar, which are already provided for other purposes on a mountain road, for example.
  • the network 3 has an upper edge 4 and a lower edge 5, which, depending on the size of the network 3, runs at a corresponding distance from the upper edge 4.
  • the rockfall barrier 1 according to the invention also has an upper support cable 6, which attaches the upper edge 4 to the at least two guide devices, in particular according to Fig. 2 provided five guide devices 2A to 2E.
  • At least one middle cable 7A is also provided, which extends from an upper end point 8A fixed on the upper support cable 6 to a lower end point 9A which can be fixed on the mountain slope B.
  • Fig. 1 further illustrates that the rockfall barrier 1 according to the invention also has at least one braking element 10A, which is arranged adjacent to the lower edge 5 of the network 3 and can be fixed on the mountain slope, for example by means of an anchor 11A, whereby Fig. 1 shows the installed state of the rockfall barrier 1 according to the invention, in which the fixation is carried out by the anchor 11A on the mountain slope B on the valley side.
  • FIG. 1 A summary of the Figures 1 and 2 further illustrates that the support 2A is secured on the mountain slope B with the help of two mountain-side retaining ropes 18A, 18A 'via two mountain-side anchors 21A, 21A'.
  • the support 2A has a support head 13A through which the upper support cable 6 is guided.
  • the support 2A is provided with a bolt 36 with a spring clip and a base plate 35.
  • the base plate 35 is fixed to the mountain slope B with the help of a tension pile 37, a micropile tube 38 and a compression pile 39.
  • FIG Fig. 2 As before using the Fig. 2 has been explained, at least two guide devices are required to tension the network 3, which are shown in FIG Fig. 2 shown particularly preferred embodiment are designed as supports 2A and 2B. As explained in In the example case, however, five such supports 2A to 2E are provided, each of which is arranged at a distance from one another. The structure, arrangement and securing or installation of these supports 2A to 2E is the same for each of the supports shown, so that below reference will be made to supports 2A and 2B as a representative of all supports 2A to 2E.
  • the support 2A is connected to a support cable 12A.
  • This support cable has an upper end point 14A, which is fixed to the support 2A.
  • the support cable 12A also has a lower end point 15A, which is connected to a braking element 16A and which can be fixed on the mountain slope B on the valley side via an anchor 17A.
  • the support 2B has a corresponding arrangement, which can also be fixed to the mountain slope B via a support cable 12B with an upper end point 14B and lower end point 15B as well as a braking element 16B and an anchor 17B.
  • middle ropes 7A and 7B run between the support cables 12A and 12B, which are therefore referred to as middle cables because they are arranged in a central area between the support cables 12A and 12B.
  • the two middle ropes 7A and 7B have upper end points 8A and 8B and lower end points 9A and 9B.
  • the upper end points 8A and 8B are attached to the upper support cable 6 via cable connections 22A and 22B, respectively.
  • the cable connections 22A and 22B can be designed, for example, as T-shaped connections, which preferably represent movable components.
  • the middle ropes 7A and 7B also have braking elements 10A and 10B arranged adjacent to the lower edge 5 of the net 3, to which the lower end points 9A and 9B are fixed.
  • the braking elements and thus the fixation of the lower end points 9A and 9B of the middle cables 7A and 7B are fixed by associated anchors 11A and 11B.
  • Fig. 2 further illustrates that the upper support cable 6 can be fixed on the side of the two outermost supports 2A and 2E via side anchors 20A and 20E on the mountain slope B. Furthermore, a side bracing 19A and 19E is provided in the area of these outermost supports 2A and 2E. Both the ends of the upper support cable 6 and the side bracings 19A and 19E can be fixed to the mountain slope B using side anchors 20A and 20E.
  • braking elements can also be provided in the area of these side anchors 20A and 20E.
  • the cable connections 22A and 22B can, as explained above, either be designed to be displaceable along the cable axis of the upper cable 6 or to be fixed.
  • the in Fig. 2 illustrated particularly preferred embodiment has a total of five supports 2A to 2E.
  • middle cables 7A ', 7B' are provided between the support cables assigned to the supports 2B and 2C, middle cables 7A “and 7B” between the support cables assigned to the supports 2C and 2D and middle cables 7A "and 7B” between the support cables assigned to the supports 2D and 2E .
  • middle ropes 7A and 7B since in this regard both the supports 2A to 2E and the respective middle ropes are identically designed, arranged and fixed.
  • the embodiment of the rockfall barrier according to the invention 1 according to Fig. 3 differs from that of Fig. 2 only by arranging a lower net edge rope 28 through which the lower edge 5 of the net 3 is guided.
  • This lower net edge rope 28 extends through the entire lower edge 5 and is secured and tensioned on the mountain slope B on both sides of the net 3 via braking elements 24 and 25 and anchors 26 and 27.
  • this fixation can be designed to be movable along the axis of the lower support cable 23. It is also possible for a plurality of such support cables to be provided, for example combined as a bundle.
