Claims (14)

  1. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Stange (1) der Tabakindustrie mittels einer Maschine (100) der Tabakindustrie, wobei die Stange (1) einen Strang (2) von Material der Tabakindustrie und eine rohrförmige Hülle (3), die den Strang (2) umhüllt, umfasst, wobei das Verfahren die Schritte umfasst:
    - Zuführen eines Bands (4) von Hüllmaterial, das dafür vorgesehen ist, die rohrförmige Hülle (3) der Stange (1) zu bilden;
    - Formen eines Strangs (2) von Material der Tabakindustrie;
    - Wickeln des Bands (4) von Hüllmaterial um den Strang (2) von Material der Tabakindustrie, um die Stange (1) der Tabakindustrie zu bilden; und
    - Zuführen eines Fluid-Streifens (5) auf das Band (4) von Hüllmaterial (3) und/oder den Strang (2) von Material der Tabakindustrie;
    wobei das Verfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es den Schritt des Detektierens des Vorhandenseins und/oder der Größe von Blasen innerhalb des Fluids umfasst, bevor der Streifen (5) dem Band (4) von Hüllmaterial und/oder dem Strang (2) von Material der Tabakindustrie zugeführt wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei dann, wenn das Vorhandensein wenigstens einer Blase innerhalb des Fluid detektiert wird und/oder die Größe der Blase größer als ein vorbestimmter Schwellenwert ist, das Verfahren die Schritte umfasst:
    - Stoppen der Maschine (100) zum Bilden der Stange (1) der Tabakindustrie;
    - Reinigen der Düse (11), mit der das Fluid zugeführt wird; und
    - erneutes Starten der Maschine (100) zum Bilden der Stange (1) der Tabakindustrie.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, umfassend den Schritt des Verringerns der Geschwindigkeit der Maschine (100) zum Bilden der Stange (1) der Tabakindustrie in dem Fall, in dem das Vorhandensein wenigstens einer Blase innerhalb des Fluids detektiert wird und die Größe der Blase kleiner als ein vorbestimmter Schwellenwert ist.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Maschine (100) umfasst eine Zuführstation (9) für das Fluid, die einen Tank (10), der das Fluid enthält, eine Fluidzuführdüse (11); eine Leitung (12), die den Tank (10) und die Düse (11) verbindet, umfasst; wobei die Leitung (12) ein erstes Teilstück (12a), das den Tank (10) und die Düse (11) verbindet, und ein zweites Teilstück (12b), das ein erstes Ende, das mit dem ersten Teilstück (12a) verbunden ist, und ein zweites Ende, das frei ist oder mit dem Tank (10) verbunden ist, umfasst;
    wobei dann, wenn das Vorhandensein wenigstens einer Blase innerhalb des Fluids detektiert wird, und/oder die Größe der Blase größer als ein vorbestimmter Schwellenwert ist, das Verfahren die Schritte umfasst:
    - Öffnen eines Ventils, das in dem zweiten Teilstück (12b) der Leitung (12) angeordnet ist;
    - Ermöglichen, dass die Blase aus dem zweiten Teilstück (12b) der Leitung (12) austritt; und
    - Schließen des Ventils.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, das den Schritt des Aussendens eines Alarmsignals in dem Fall umfasst, in dem das Vorhandensein wenigstens einer Blase innerhalb des Fluids detektiert wird und/oder die Größe der Blase größer als ein vorbestimmter Schwellenwert ist.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, das die Schritte umfasst:
    Detektieren der Durchflussrate des Fluids innerhalb einer Leitung (12), wobei die Leitung (12) einen Tank (10), der das Fluid enthält, und eine Fluidzuführdüse (11) verbindet;
    Steuern einer Pumpe (16), die längs der Leitung (12) angeordnet ist, auf der Basis der detektierten Durchflussrate, so dass die Durchflussrate des Fluids gleich einem vorbestimmten Durchflussratenwert ist oder in einem Bereich vorbestimmter Durchflussratenwerte gehalten wird.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Schritt des Detektierens des Vorhandenseins und/oder der Größe von Blasen innerhalb des Fluids mittels eines Ultraschallsensors ausgeführt wird.
  8. Maschine (100) zum Herstellen einer Stange (1) der Tabakindustrie, wobei die Stange (1) einen Strang (2) von Material der Tabakindustrie und eine rohrförmige Hülle (3), die den Strang (2) umhüllt, umfasst, umfassend:
    Zuführmittel (6) für ein Band (4) von Hüllmaterial, das dafür vorgesehen ist, die rohrförmige Hülle (3) der Stange (1) zu bilden;
    eine Formungsstation (7) für den Strang (2) von Material der Tabakindustrie;
    eine Umhüllungsstation (8), bei der das Band (4) von Hüllmaterial (3) um den Strang (2) von Material der Tabakindustrie gewickelt wird, um die Stange (1) zu bilden;
    eine Fluid-Zuführstation (9), bei der ein Streifen (5) von Fluid auf das Band (4) eines Hüllmaterials (3) und/oder auf den Strang (2) von Material der Tabakindustrie zugeführt wird, wobei die Zuführstation (9) umfasst: einen Tank (10), der das Fluid enthält; eine Fluidzuführdüse (11); eine Leitung (12), die den Tank (10) und die Düse (11) verbindet;
    wobei die Maschine (100) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Zuführstation (9) Sensormittel (13) umfasst, die an der Leitung (12) angeordnet sind und in der Lage sind, das Vorhandensein und/oder die Größe von Blasen innerhalb des Fluids zu detektieren.
  9. Maschine (100) nach Anspruch 8, wobei das Fluid Klebstoff ist und wobei die Zuführstation (9) stromaufwärts der Umhüllungsstation (8) oder an dieser angeordnet ist, um einen Streifen (5) von Klebstoff auf das Band (4) des Hüllmaterials (3) zuzuführen.
  10. Maschine (100) nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, wobei die Sensormittel (13) einen Ultraschallsensor (13a) umfassen, der das Vorhandensein und/oder die Größe von Blasen innerhalb des Fluids detektiert.
  11. Maschine (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, wobei die Leitung (12) ein erstes Teilstück (12a), das den Tank (10) und die Düse (11) verbindet, und ein zweites Teilstück (12b), das ein erstes Ende, das mit dem ersten Teilstück (12a) verbunden ist, und ein zweites Ende, das frei ist oder das mit dem Tank (10) verbunden ist, umfasst.
  12. Maschine (100) nach Anspruch 11, umfassend eine Steuereinheit (14), die mit den Sensormitteln (13) verbunden ist und die die durch die Sensormittel (13) detektierten Daten empfängt, und wobei die Zuführstation (9) ein Ventil umfasst, das längs des zweiten Teilstücks (12b) der Leitung (12) angeordnet ist und das durch die Steuereinheit (14) gesteuert wird, wobei insbesondere das Ventil in dem Fall, in dem wenigstens eine Blase innerhalb des Fluids detektiert wird, und/oder in dem Fall, in dem die Größe der Blase größer als ein vorbestimmter Schwellenwert ist, geöffnet wird.
  13. Maschine (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, umfassend:
    eine Steuereinheit (14), die mit den Sensormitteln (13) verbunden ist und die die durch die Sensormittel (13) detektierten empfängt; Alarmmittel (15), die durch die Steuereinheit (14) gesteuert werden und die ein Alarmsignal auf der Basis der durch die Sensormittel (13) detektierten Daten aussenden, wobei sie insbesondere in dem Fall, in dem wenigstens eine Blase innerhalb des Fluids detektiert wird, und/oder in dem Fall, in dem die Größe der Blase größer als ein vorbestimmter Schwellenwert ist, ein Alarmsignal aussenden.

    die Maschine (100) eine Steuereinheit (14) umfasst, die mit den Sensormitteln (13) verbunden ist und die die durch die Sensormittel (13) detektierten Daten empfängt; und
    die Zuführstation (9) eine Pumpe (16) umfasst, die an der Leitung (12) angeordnet ist und die durch die Steuereinheit (14) auf der Basis der durch die Sensormittel (13) detektierten Daten gesteuert wird, so dass die Durchflussrate des Fluids gleich einem vorbestimmten Durchflussratenwert ist oder innerhalb eines Bereichs zuvor vorbestimmter Durchflussratenwerte gehalten wird.
