Es besteht daher Bedarf an einer Vorrichtung, die auch zum Herausziehen großer und schwerer in einem Fundament verankerter Masten oder Stützen geeignet ist. Claims (11)
- Lifting device, comprising:- a lifting cylinder (1) having a piston (2),- a vertically movable claw (6), which is fixedly connected to the piston (2) of the lifting cylinder (1) and can be positioned below an object to be lifted,- characterized by- a guide (11), which is connected to the piston (2) of the lifting cylinder (1) and is arranged obliquely with respect to the direction of movement of the piston (2), for a supporting element (13) which can be placed with a contact surface (16) laterally against the object to be lifted, and- an actuating element to displace the support element (13) along the guide (11).
- The lifting device according to claim 1, wherein the claw (6) is guided in a carriage (5) connected to the lifting cylinder (1) and is movable along the carriage (5).
- The lifting device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the claw (6) has an angled end portion (10) forming a support for the object to be lifted.
- The lifting device according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the claw (6) is made of a highly quenched and tempered steel, preferably of the material 42CrMo5.
- The lifting device according to one of the claims 2 to 4, wherein a plate (4) is arranged on the upper side of the lifting cylinder (1), which plate is firmly connected to the guide (11) for the support element (13) and the carriage (5).
- The lifting device according to claim 5, wherein the plate (4), the guide (11) and the carriage (5) enclose a triangular free space.
- The lifting device according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the actuating element for displacing the support element (13) along the guide (11) is designed as a handwheel (14) or as an electric motor.
- The lifting device according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the contact surface (16) of the support element (13) consists of a plastic material, preferably polyamide (PA).
- The lifting device according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the lifting cylinder (1) can be actuated manually or by means of a hydraulic unit driven electrically or by an internal combustion engine.
- Arrangement comprising several, preferably two or four lifting devices according to any one of claims 1 to 9, with a central control device for separately controlling the pistons (2) of the lifting cylinders (1).
- A method of extracting a mast (21) or support anchored in a foundation, comprising the following steps:- arranging at least two lifting devices according to any one of claims 1 to 9 on opposite sides of the mast (21) or the support so that the claws (6) are located below a bottom plate of the mast (21) or the support,- shifting the support elements (13) of the lifting devices along the guides (11) until the contact surfaces (16) rest laterally against the mast (21) or the support,- extending the pistons (2) of the lifting cylinders (1) to raise the mast (21) or the support, and- lifting the mast (21) or the support with a hoist such as a crane.
