Description
The invention relates to a textile machine with a large number of similar bobbins, in particular work stations producing cross-wound bobbins, each of which has a thread store and at least one service trolley that can be moved along the work stations.
Textile machines of the type mentioned at the beginning are known in various configurations from the prior art. These usually have a large number of work stations arranged adjacent to one another, at which a thread is wound onto a bobbin, usually a cross-wound bobbin. These can be winding or spinning machines. On a spinning machine, for example, a thread is produced from a fiber structure placed in front of it, which after leaving the spinning unit - viewed in the direction of the thread path - one after the other, i. H. in the transport direction of the thread, for example the take-off device arranged one behind the other and the thread store, passes before the thread is finally wound onto a cross-wound bobbin by means of a thread winding device. An arrangement of thread winding device and thread storage device in direct succession is not absolutely necessary, but further components of the work station can also be interposed. Known spinning machines include in particular air-jet spinning and rotor spinning machines, which are also basically known from the prior art.
On the textile machines, the thread stores present at the work stations are used to temporarily store a thread section, the term "temporary storage" being understood to mean the arrangement of a thread loop during transport, for example starting from a spinning unit to the winding device within the thread store, so that fluctuations in the winding speed the winding device and / or a take-off device as well as fluctuations in the delivery speed of the spinning unit can be compensated for, with a fluctuating fill level of the yarn store.
Compared to textile machines with workplaces that do not have a thread store, new error states occur in workplaces with thread stores, which can be caused by conventional troubleshooting devices, which are arranged, for example, at the respective workplaces or by means of which can be moved along the workplaces the faulty workplaces are provided with positionable service trolleys, cannot be remedied. The novel error states include, for example, the tearing of the thread within the thread store, which, in the absence of a suitable error correction device on the service vehicle or the work station, makes it necessary to carry out the error correction by manual intervention by the operating personnel.
Proceeding from this, the invention is based on the object of providing a textile machine with a plurality of workstations having a plurality of thread stores, in which error states occurring in connection with the thread store can be remedied in an automated manner.
The invention achieves the object by a textile machine with the features of
It is characteristic of the textile machine according to the invention that the service trolley has an interference suppression means for the automatic elimination of error states occurring in the thread store and / or to be assigned to the thread store.
In the textile machine according to the invention, the service trolley, which can be moved along the individual workstations of the textile machine and positioned at the individual workstations, is designed to correct errors that occur in connection with the use of the thread store at the workstations. The specific malfunctions in connection with the thread store include, in particular, a thread break within the thread store, in which case the interference suppression means on the service trolley of the textile machine according to the invention can be used to remedy the fault, in the course of which the connection of the thread is re-established, for example from the spinning station to to the package, preferably the cross-wound bobbin.
The textile machine according to the invention ensures to a particular degree that error states in connection with the thread store can be automatically corrected, so that manual intervention by the operating personnel can be dispensed with. As a result of the reduction in manual interventions to correct errors, the downtimes at the workplaces can be reduced considerably. Due to the error states occurring only to a small extent in connection with the thread store, the arrangement of the Corresponding interference suppression means on a service trolley represent a particularly economical solution to the arrangement of corresponding interference suppression means at the individual workstations.
According to the invention, the service trolley is designed for troubleshooting such malfunctions that result from the use of the thread store at the work stations. In addition, the service trolley can also be designed to carry out further work, such as, for example, the elimination of further malfunctions that are not related to the thread store or the exchange of the cross-wound bobbins.
The design of the interference suppression means for troubleshooting thread storage-specific fault conditions can in principle be freely selected. According to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, however, it is provided that the interference suppression means have a cleaning unit for removing thread remnants from the thread store. The use of a cleaning unit ensures in particular that thread remnants or residues as a result of the thread run through the thread store are removed from the thread store, where they can lead to malfunctions during operation. The cleaning unit is used in the context of eliminating a thread storage-specific malfunction, whereby the cleaning unit can be designed to act pneumatically, for example, and an air flow is generated within the thread storage by means of overpressure or underpressure, through which impurities are removed.
According to a further embodiment of the invention it is provided that the interference suppression means have an optical inspection device for checking the thread store. The optical inspection device can be designed to identify the error occurring at the work site, so that suitable measures for eliminating the error can be carried out. As an alternative or in addition, the optical inspection device can also be used to monitor the elimination of errors and / or to check the error corrections carried out, with the inside of the thread store being checked for remaining residues by means of the optical inspection device, for example, and / or the thread path within the thread store being checked after the error has been eliminated .
As part of troubleshooting, it is usually necessary to reconnect a broken thread so that the winding process can be continued at the workstations of the textile machine. To produce the thread connection, suitable connection devices can be arranged at the individual work stations, for example from winding machines. According to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, however, it is provided that the service trolley has a thread connecting device. The arrangement of a thread connection device on the service trolley represents a particularly economical solution for thread connection. The thread connection device can also be present in addition to the thread connection devices arranged at the work stations, the thread connection device formed on the service trolley being designed in particular to restore a thread connection after a thread storage-specific problem has occurred is.
The design of the thread connecting device can in principle be freely selected. According to a particularly advantageous embodiment, however, it is provided that the thread connecting device has a thread search nozzle and manipulation means for positioning the free thread end withdrawn from the cheese in the area of a thread connector, in particular a splice and / or knot unit. The corresponding design of the thread connecting device makes the service trolley independent of the corresponding units at the work stations. The thread connecting device designed according to this development of the invention makes it possible completely to remove the thread end provided for the connection from the cheese and, after preparation, to feed it to the thread connector. A correspondingly designed thread connecting device ensures a particularly reliable mode of operation due to the optimal alignment of the individual units with respect to one another, whereby downtimes can be reduced in a complementary manner.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the thread connecting device can also be designed for arranging the free thread end at a piecing point of the work station. With a corresponding design of the service car, a new thread connection can be reliably established via this without resorting to units at the work site, this being made at the piecing point of the work site at which the free thread end coming from the cross-wound bobbin with that from the Spinning device fed thread is connected.
According to a further embodiment of the invention it is further provided that the service trolley has thread inspection means, in particular optical thread inspection means. The thread inspection means make it possible, especially after the thread connection has been re-established, to check it and, after a positive check, to enable operation at the work site. Faulty connections can be recognized via the thread inspection device and corrected using suitable measures, so that renewed malfunctions due to the faulty connection are avoided.
The invention also solves the problem by a service trolley with the features of

In the event of a malfunction at a
