Claims (8)
- Système de pompe comprenant un système de buses de nébulisation comportant au moins deux buses de nébulisation d'un nébuliseur électrohydrodynamique, le système de pompe comportant au moins un jeu de tuyaux (30) ainsi qu'au moins un rotor de pompe (7) et au moins un élément roulant (6) destiné à former une zone de roulement (21) d'une pompe péristaltique, le jeu de tuyaux (30) comprenant au moins le même nombre de canaux de tuyau (22) que le nombre de buses de nébulisation (70) et chaque canal de tuyau (22) étant associé à une buse de nébulisation (70) et reliant celle-ci à la zone de roulement (21), caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux, de préférence trois rotors de pompe (7) sont formés, chaque rotor de pompe (7) déplaçant au moins un corps de roulement (6) et étant associé à au moins un canal de tuyau (22).
- Système de pompe selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque canal de tuyau (22) relie directement un réservoir à fluide à une buse de nébulisation (70) à travers la zone de roulement (21).
- Système de pompe selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un canal de tuyau (22) suit un tracé depuis un réservoir à fluide jusque devant la zone de roulement (21), une division en au moins deux, de préférence trois canaux de tuyau (22) ou plus est formée devant la zone de roulement (21) et ces canaux de tuyau (22) sont disposés en suivant un tracé à travers la zone de roulement (21) jusqu'à respectivement une buse de nébulisation (70) associée au canal de tuyau (22) respectif.
- Système de pompe selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une buse de nébulisation (70) est reliée à au moins deux canaux de tuyau (22).
- Système de pompe selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux, de préférence quatre corps de roulement (6) sont formés, chaque corps de roulement (6) étant associé à au moins un canal de tuyau (22).
- Procédé pour faire fonctionner un nébuliseur électrohydrodynamique, le nébuliseur comportant de préférence trois buses de nébulisation (70) ou plus,
caractérisé en ce que
un système de pompe selon l'une des revendications précédentes est compris et un débit volumique défini d'un fluide (42, 75, 55) est imposé à chaque buse de nébulisation (70) par le biais du système de pompe. - Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un jet libre (44, 57, 77) généré de manière hydraulique se produit sous la forme d'une colonne de fluide à la sortie d'une buse de nébuliseur (70), lequel ne forme une nébulisation (79) par interaction électrohydrodynamique qu'après une zone de jet libre.
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'avec un diamètre d'une ouverture de la buse de nébuliseur (70) de 0,1 mm à 0,3 mm et/ou une longueur d'un canal à fluide dans la buse de nébuliseur (70) de 3 mm à 15 mm, un jet libre (44, 57, 77) de 10 mm à 15 mm est formé.
