Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Ortung einer Handwerkzeugmaschine mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs.
- Aus der
WO 2016/165869 A2 ist bereits ein Überwachungssystem für Handwerkzeuge mit Funkmodulen bekannt. - Aus der
US 2014/240125 A1 ist ein Vermittlungsgerät und ein Verfahren gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 bekannt, das ein kabelloses Netzwerkmodul umfasst, das dazu ausgebildet ist, mit zumindest einer Handwerkzeugmaschine in einem kabellosen Netzwerk zu kommunizieren. -
US 2018/241488 A1 beschreibt ein System zur Kopplung eines Funkleitsenders mit einem Smart-Gerät und darüber zur Einkopplung in ein breiteres Netzwerk. - Die vorliegende Erfindung geht aus von einem Verfahren zur Ortung eines elektrischen Geräts, insbesondere einer Handwerkzeugmaschine, mit einer Kommunikationseinheit, wobei ein Aktivierungssignal durch die Kommunikationseinheit empfangen wird. Es wird vorgeschlagen, dass beim Empfang des Aktivierungssignals ein Ortungssignal ausgelöst wird.
- Die Erfindung stellt ein Verfahren zur Ortung eines elektrischen Geräts, insbesondere einer Handwerkzeugmaschine, bereit, mit dem ein Benutzer zuverlässig das elektrische Gerät, insbesondere die Handwerkzeugmaschine, in einer Arbeitsumgebung orten kann, indem beim Empfang des Aktivierungssignals das Ortungssignal ausgelöst wird.
- Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung soll unter einem "elektrischen Gerät" eine Werkzeugmaschine, eine Handwerkzeugmaschine, ein Gartengerät, ein Gartenwerkzeug oder ein Sauggerät verstanden werden.
- Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung soll unter einer "Handwerkzeugmaschine" insbesondere eine handgeführte Werkzeugmaschine, bevorzugt eine akkubetriebene Handwerkzeugmaschine verstanden werden. Beispielhaft kann die Handwerkzeugmaschine als ein Schrauber, ein Bohrschrauber, ein Schlagschrauber, ein Drehschlagschrauber, ein Trockenbauschrauber, eine Stichsäge oder als eine Winkelbohrmaschine ausgebildet sein.
- Das elektrische Gerät, insbesondere die Handwerkzeugmaschine, weist die Kommunikationseinheit auf. Dabei kann die Kommunikationseinheit des elektrischen Geräts, insbesondere der Handwerkzeugmaschine, an dem elektrischen Gerät, insbesondere der Handwerkzeugmaschine, angeordnet sein. Zudem ist denkbar, dass die Kommunikationseinheit mit dem elektrischen Gerät, insbesondere der Handwerkzeugmaschine, insbesondere lösbar, verbunden ist. Weiter ist es auch möglich, dass die Kommunikationseinheit als eine nachrüstbare Kommunikationseinheit zur Nachrüstung des elektrischen Geräts, insbesondere der Handwerkzeugmaschine, ausgebildet ist. Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung ist die Kommunikationseinheit dazu ausgebildet, Kommunikationssignale zu senden und/oder zu empfangen. Die Kommunikationseinheit empfängt das Aktivierungssignal. Die Kommunikationssignale können leitungsgebunden, über eine Drahtverbindung oder aber über Leiterbahnen auf einer Leiterplatine, übertragen werden und/oder die Kommunikationssignale können drahtlos übermittelt werden. Eine drahtlose Übermittelung der Kommunikationssignale kann dabei in Form von Bluetooth, WLAN, Infrarot, Nahfeldkommunikation (NFC) mittels RFID-Technik sein, als auch weitere, dem Fachmann geläufige, drahtlose Übermittelungen der Kommunikationssignale. Verwendete Kommunikationsprotokolle können hierbei Bluetooth Smart, GSM, UMTS, LTE, ANT, ZigBee, LoRa, SigFox, NB-loT, BLE, IrDA sein, als auch weitere, dem Fachmann geläufige, Kommunikationsprotokolle.
- Das Aktivierungssignal wird mittels eines externen elektrischen Geräts mit einer Kommunikationseinheit ausgelöst und gesendet. Dabei kann das externe elektrische Gerät beispielsweise ein Smartphone, ein Tablet oder Computer sein, wobei auch eine Cloud-basierte Schnittstelle denkbar wäre. Der Benutzer kann beispielsweise mittels eines Programms, insbesondere einer App, das Aktivierungssignal auslösen. Anschließend sendet das externe elektrische Gerät mittels der Kommunikationseinheit das Aktivierungssignal an die Kommunikationseinheit des elektrischen Geräts, insbesondere der Handwerkzeugmaschine. Die Kommunikationseinheit des elektrischen Geräts, insbesondere der Handwerkzeugmaschine, empfängt das Aktivierungssignal. Dabei kann das elektrische Gerät, insbesondere die Handwerkzeugmaschine, eingeschaltet oder ausgeschaltet sein. Die Kommunikationseinheit ist dazu ausgebildet, dass auch in einem ausgeschalteten Zustand des elektrischen Geräts, insbesondere der Handwerkzeugmaschine, das Aktivierungssignal empfangen werden kann. Hierzu kann die Kommunikationseinheit eine eigene Energieversorgungseinheit aufweisen. Es ist denkbar, dass die Kommunikationseinheit beim Empfang des Aktivierungssignals das elektrische Gerät, insbesondere die Handwerkzeugmaschine, in einen betriebsbereiten Zustand versetzt, insbesondere einschaltet. Ferner ist es denkbar, dass die Kommunikationseinheit beim Empfang des Aktivierungssignals die Steuereinheit einschaltet.
- Erfindungsgemäß ist die Kommunikationseinheit des elektrischen Geräts, insbesondere der Handwerkzeugmaschine, dazu ausgebildet, beim Empfang des Aktivierungssignals das Ortungssignal auszulösen. Hierzu kann die Kommunikationseinheit das Aktivierungssignal an eine Steuereinheit des elektrischen Geräts, insbesondere der Handwerkzeugmaschine, übermitteln. Die Steuereinheit kann das elektrische Gerät, insbesondere die Handwerkzeugmaschine, steuern und/oder regeln. Insbesondere kann die Steuereinheit eine Antriebseinheit des elektrischen Geräts, insbesondere der Handwerkzeugmaschine, steuern und/oder regeln. Weiter kann beispielsweise die Steuereinheit das Aktivierungssignal in das Ortungssignal umwandeln. Das Ortungssignal ist ein Signal zur Ortung des elektrischen Geräts, insbesondere der Handwerkzeugmaschine, in der Arbeitsumgebung des Benutzers. Die Arbeitsumgebung ist eine Umgebung um den Benutzer, in der er seine gewünschten Tätigkeiten durchführen möchte. Die Arbeitsumgebung kann beispielsweise ein Umkreis von beispielsweise 30 m ausgehend von dem Benutzer sein. Die Arbeitsumgebung kann beispielsweise eine Baustelle oder eine Werkstatt sein. Sobald das Ortungssignal ausgelöst wird, kann der Benutzer das elektrische Gerät, insbesondere die Handwerkzeugmaschine, in der Arbeitsumgebung auffinden oder wiederfinden. Insbesondere kann der Benutzer anhand des Ortungssignals eine Position des elektrischen Geräts, insbesondere der Handwerkzeugmaschine, in der Arbeitsumgebung bestimmen.
- Erfindungsgemäß wird das Ortungssignal von einer Werkzeugaufnahme des elektrischen Geräts, insbesondere der Handwerkzeugmaschine, in Form einer mechanischen Bewegung erzeugt. Das elektrische Gerät, insbesondere die Handwerkzeugmaschine, weist dabei die Werkzeugaufnahme zu einer Verbindung mit einem Einsatzwerkzeug auf. Die Werkzeugaufnahme ist in einer Ausführungsform der Hauptabtriebswelle zugeordnet, insbesondere mit dieser verbunden, sodass der Antrieb der Hauptabtriebswelle an die Werkzeugaufnahme übertragen werden kann. Das Einsatzwerkzeug kann beispielhaft in Form eines Schrauberbits ausgebildet sein, als ein HEX-Bohrer, als SDS-Quick-Einsatzwerkzeuge, als ein Rundschaftbohrer oder aber als ein Steckschlüssel. Die Werkzeugaufnahme kann in einer Ausführungsform als eine Mehrkant-Innenaufnahme, insbesondere eine Sechskant-Innenaufnahme, ausgebildet sein. Denkbar ist auch, dass die Werkzeugaufnahme als eine Mehrkant-Außenaufnahme ausgeformt ist oder aber als ein Spannfutter.
- In einem Verfahrensschritt wird die mechanische Bewegung der Werkzeugaufnahme als eine Drehbewegung mit einer maximalen Amplitude von 5°, insbesondere 2°, ganz insbesondere 1°, ausgeführt. Die Drehbewegung kann dabei in der Rechtslaufdrehrichtung, der Linkslaufdrehrichtung oder abwechselnd zwischen den beiden Laufdrehrichtungen sein. Die maximale Amplitude der Drehbewegung soll so verstanden werden, dass ein Abstand von einem ersten Punkt der Drehbewegung der Werkzeugaufnahme bis zu einem zweiten Punkt der Drehbewegung der Werkzeugaufnahme maximal 5°, insbesondere 2°, ganz insbesondere 1°, beträgt.
- In einem Verfahrensschritt wird die mechanische Bewegung der Werkzeugaufnahme als eine Hubbewegung mit einer maximalen Hublänge von 3 mm, insbesondere 2 mm, ganz insbesondere 1 mm, ausgeführt. Als "Hubbewegung" soll eine axiale Bewegung der Werkzeugaufnahme relativ zur Hauptabtriebswelle verstanden werden. Die Hublänge ist hierbei eine Länge der einen Hubbewegung, die maximal 3 mm, insbesondere 2 mm, ganz insbesondere 1 mm, beträgt.
- In einem Verfahrensschritt führt die Werkzeugaufnahme die mechanische Bewegung während einer Zeitspanne von 1 s, insbesondere 10 s, ganz insbesondere 15 s, aus. Während der Zeitspanne von 1 s, insbesondere 10 s, ganz insbesondere 15 s, führt die Werkzeugaufnahme die mechanische Bewegung aus, sodass der Benutzer eine Möglichkeit zur Ortung der Handwerkzeugmaschine hat. Es ist möglich, dass nach einer vorgegebenen Pause die Werkzeugaufnahme erneut die mechanische Bewegung während der Zeitspanne ausführt, bis der Benutzer das elektrische Gerät, insbesondere die Handwerkzeugmaschine, geortet hat.
- In einem Verfahrensschritt wird das Ortungssignal während eines Betriebs des elektrischen Geräts, insbesondere der Handwerkzeugmaschine, deaktiviert. Hierdurch wird ermöglicht, dass der Benutzer während des Betriebs des elektrischen Geräts, insbesondere der Handwerkzeugmaschine, weiterhin auf seine gewünschten, durchzuführenden Arbeiten fokussiert bleibt. Es wird vermieden, dass der Benutzer aufgrund des ausgesendeten Ortungssignal abgelenkt wird. Während des Betriebs des elektrischen Geräts, insbesondere der Handwerkzeugmaschine, erfasst die Steuereinheit einen Betriebszustand des elektrischen Geräts, insbesondere der Handwerkzeugmaschine, und unterbindet beim Empfang des Aktivierungssignals die Umwandlung in das Ortungssignal. Es ist auch denkbar, dass während des Betriebs des elektrischen Geräts, insbesondere der Handwerkzeugmaschine, die Kommunikationseinheit beim Empfang des Aktivierungssignals die Übermittlung des Aktivierungssignals an die Steuereinheit unterbindet. Zudem ist möglich, dass beim Betrieb des elektrischen Geräts, insbesondere der Handwerkzeugmaschine, die Ausgabeeinheit die Aussendung des Ortungssignals unterbindet.
- Das elektrische Gerät, insbesondere die Handwerkzeugmaschine, umfasst zudem eine Energieversorgungseinheit und einen Handschalter. Der Handschalter kann durch den Benutzer mittels zumindest eines Fingers betätigen werden, um die Antriebseinheit des elektrischen Geräts, insbesondere der Handwerkzeugmaschine, zu steuern und/oder zu regeln. Die Energieversorgungseinheit des elektrischen Geräts, insbesondere der Handwerkzeugmaschine, ist zur Energieversorgung zumindest der Antriebseinheit, insbesondere des Elektromotors, der Kommunikationseinheit, der Steuereinheit und der Ausgabeeinheit vorgesehen. Bevorzugt handelt es sich bei dem elektrischen Gerät, insbesondere der Handwerkzeugmaschine, um ein akkubetriebenes elektrisches Gerät, insbesondere Handwerkzeugmaschine, welches mittels zumindest eines Akkus, insbesondere mittels eines Handwerkzeugmaschinenakkupacks, betreibbar ist. Hierdurch findet dann die Bereitstellung der Energie durch die zumindest eine Energieversorgungseinheit mittels des zumindest einen Akkus statt. Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung soll unter einem "Handwerkzeugmaschinenakkupack" ein Zusammenschluss von zumindest einer Akkuzelle und einem Akkupackgehäuse verstanden werden. Der Handwerkzeugmaschinenakkupack ist vorteilhafter Weise zur Energieversorgung von handelsüblichen akkubetriebenen Handwerkzeugmaschinen ausgebildet. Die zumindest eine Akkuzelle kann beispielsweise als eine Li-Ion-Akkuzelle mit einer Nennspannung von 3,6 V ausgebildet sein. In einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung kann der zumindest eine Akku gehäusefest im Wesentlichen innerhalb des Handwerkzeugmaschinengehäuses angeordnet, insbesondere angebracht, ganz insbesondere montiert. In einer weiteren Ausführungsform ist es jedoch auch möglich, dass der zumindest eine Akku als ein wechselbarer Akku, insbesondere als ein wechselbarer Akkupack, ausgebildet ist. Alternativ kann es sich bei der Handwerkzeugmaschine um eine netzbetriebene Handwerkzeugmaschine handeln, welche mittels einem Stromversorgungskabel an eine externe Netzsteckdose verbindbar ist. Dabei kann die externe Netzsteckdose eine Spannung von beispielsweise 100 V, 110 V, 120 V, 127 V, 220 V, 230 V oder 240 V mit 50 Hz oder 60 Hz bereitstellen, aber auch eine Dreiphasenwechselspannung. Die möglichen Ausgestaltungen der externen Netzsteckdose und die damit verbundenen verfügbaren Spannungen sind dem Fachmann hinlänglich bekannt.
- In einer Ausführungsform kann die Kommunikationseinheit die eigene Energieversorgungseinheit zur Energieversorgung aufweisen. Beispielsweise kann die eigene Energieversorgungseinheit eine Batterie, insbesondere eine Knopfzelle, ein Kondensator, oder aber zumindest ein Akku sein. Hierdurch wird ermöglicht, dass die Ausgabeeinheit unabhängig der Energieversorgungseinheit des elektrischen Geräts, insbesondere der Handwerkzeugmaschine, das Ortungssignal aussenden kann.
- Weiter stellt die Erfindung ein elektrisches Gerät, insbesondere eine Handwerkzeugmaschine, zur Durchführung eines Verfahrens zur Ortung des elektrischen Geräts, insbesondere der Handwerkzeugmaschine, bereit.
- Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand von einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform erläutert. Die Zeichnungen im Folgenden zeigen:

Fig. 1 zeigt ein erfindungsgemäßes elektrisches Gerät, wobei es hier als eine Handwerkzeugmaschine 100 ausgebildet ist. Beispielhaft ist die Handwerkzeugmaschine 100 als ein beispielhafter Akku-Schrauber ausgebildet. Die Handwerkzeugmaschine 100 umfasst eine Hauptabtriebswelle 120 und eine Werkzeugaufnahme 150. Die Handwerkzeugmaschine 100 weist ein Handwerkzeugmaschinengehäuse 110 mit einem Handgriff 126 auf. Das Handwerkzeugmaschinengehäuse 110 ist hier T-förmig ausgebildet, wobei auch ein pistolenförmiges Handwerkzeugmaschinengehäuse denkbar ist. Die Handwerkzeugmaschine 100 ist zu einer netzunabhängigen Stromversorgung mechanisch und elektrisch mit einer Energieversorgung für einen Akkubetrieb verbindbar, sodass die Handwerkzeugmaschine 100 als akkubetriebene Handwerkzeugmaschine 100 ausgebildet ist. - Das Handwerkzeugmaschinengehäuse 110 umfasst dabei illustrativ eine Antriebseinheit 111. Die Antriebseinheit 111 umfasst ferner einen Elektromotor 114 mit einem Elektromotorgehäuse 113 und eine Getriebeeinheit 118. Die Getriebeeinheit 118 kann als zumindest ein schaltbares Planetengetriebe ausgebildet sein. Die Getriebeeinheit 118 ist mit dem Elektromotor 114 über eine Motorwelle 116 verbunden. Die Getriebeeinheit 118 ist dazu vorgesehen, eine Drehung der Motorwelle 116 in eine Drehung zwischen der Getriebeeinheit 118 und der Werkzeugaufnahme 150 über die Hauptabtriebswelle 120 umzuwandeln. In dieser Ausführungsform dient die Hauptabtriebswelle 120 als eine Werkzeugachse 104. Illustrativ ist der Getriebeeinheit 118 ein Getriebegehäuse 119 zugeordnet. Das Getriebegehäuse 119 ist beispielshaft in dem Handwerkzeugmaschinengehäuse 110 angeordnet. Es ist jedoch auch denkbar, dass der Elektromotor 114 und die Getriebeeinheit 118 unmittelbar im Handwerkzeugmaschinengehäuse 110 angeordnet sein können, wenn die Handwerkzeugmaschine 100 in einer "o-pen frame"-Bauweise ausgebildet ist. Weiter umfasst die Handwerkzeugmaschine 100 einen Handschalter 130, der durch den Benutzer betätigt werden kann. Der Handschalter 130 steuert die Antriebseinheit 111. Weiter weist die Handwerkzeugmaschine 100 eine Steuereinheit 102 zur Regelung und/oder Steuerung der Antriebseinheit 111 auf. Bei Betätigung des Handschalters 130 durch den Benutzer, wird die Antriebseinheit 111 eingeschalten. Die Antriebseinheit 111 ist elektronisch steuer- und/oder regelbar, sodass ein Reversierbetrieb und eine Vorgabe mittels des Handschalters 130 für eine gewünschte Drehgeschwindigkeit realisierbar ist. Der Elektromotor 114 ist in dieser Ausführungsform als ein elektronisch kommutierter Motor ausgebildet.
- Bevorzugt ist die Werkzeugaufnahme 150 an der Hauptabtriebswelle 120 angeformt und/oder ausgebildet. Die Werkzeugaufnahme 150 ist hier als ein Spannfutter ausgebildet, welche dazu vorgesehen ist, ein Einsatzwerkzeug 160 aufzunehmen.
- In dieser Ausführungsform weist die Handwerkzeugmaschine 100 eine Energieversorgungseinheit 300 zur Energieversorgung der Handwerkzeugmaschine 100 auf. Hier erfolgt die Energieversorgung mittels eines nicht näher dargestellten Handwerkzeugmaschinenakkupacks. Die Bereitstellung der Energie durch die Energieversorgungseinheit 300 findet mittels des Handwerkzeugmaschinenakkupacks statt, wobei der Handwerkzeugmaschinenakkupack wechselbar ausgebildet ist.
- In dieser Ausführungsform umfasst die Handwerkzeugmaschine 100 eine Kommunikationseinheit 140. Hier ist die Kommunikationseinheit 140 innerhalb des Handwerkzeugmaschinengehäuses 110 angeordnet. Die Kommunikationseinheit 140 ist dazu ausgebildet, ein Aktivierungssignal 180 zu empfangen. Das Aktivierungssignal 180 wird von einem nicht näher dargestellten externen elektrischen Gerät gesendet. Eine Übermittlung des Aktivierungssignals 180 erfolgt drahtlos mittels einer Funkverbindung zwischen der Kommunikationseinheit 140 und dem externen elektrischen Gerät. Die Kommunikationseinheit 140 übermittelt das Aktivierungssignal 180 leitungsgebunden an die Steuereinheit 102. Die Steuereinheit 102 empfängt das Aktivierungssignal 180 und wandelt dieses in ein Ortungssignal 190 um.
- Weiter umfasst die Handwerkzeugmaschine 100 eine Ausgabeeinheit 170 zur Aussendung des Ortungssignals 190. Hierzu übermittelt die Steuereinheit 102 das Ortungssignal 190 an die Ausgabeeinheit 170. Die Ausgabeeinheit 170 umfasst ein Ausgabeelement 172 zur Ausgabe des Ortungssignals 190. Bevorzugt ist die Ausgabeeinheit 170 die Antriebseinheit 111. Das Ortungssignal 190 erzeugt in dieser Ausführungsform einen Schalldruckpegel von wenigstens 5 dB(A).

Fig. 2 zeigt ein Flussdiagramm 200 eines erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren zur Ortung der Handwerkzeugmaschine 100. Bei Verfahrensschritt 210 empfängt die Kommunikationseinheit 140 das Aktivierungssignal 180 von dem externen elektrischen Gerät. In einem Verfahrensschritt 220 übermittelt die Kommunikationseinheit 140 das Aktivierungssignal 180 an die Steuereinheit 102. Die Steuereinheit 102 empfängt das Aktivierungssignal 180 in einem Verfahrensschritt 230 und wandelt dieses in das Ortungssignal 190 um. Bei Verfahrensschritt 240 übermittelt die Steuereinheit 102 das Ortungssignal 190 an die Ausgabeeinheit 170. In einem Verfahrensschritt 250 sendet die Ausgabeeinheit 170 das Ortungssignal 190 mittels dem Ausgabeelement 172 in einer Zeitspanne von 1 s aus. Das Ortungssignal 250 erzeugt dabei wenigstens den Schalldruckpegel von 5 dB(A). In einer Option 250a wird das Ortungssignal 190 als ein akustisches Ortungssignal 190a ausgesendet, wohin bei einer Option 250b das Ortungssignal 190 als ein optisches Ortungssignal 190b ausgesendet wird und in einer Option 250c wird das Ortungssignal 190 als ein haptisches Ortungssignal 190c ausgesendet. Es ist auch eine Kombination des akustischen Ortungssignals 190a, des optischen Ortungssignals 190b und des haptischen Ortungssignals 190c denkbar. In einer Option 250d wird das Ortungssignal 190 von dem Elektromotor 114 in Form von Drehschwingungen ausgesendet. Die Drehschwingungen weisen dabei eine maximale Amplitude von 120° auf, wobei eine Frequenz der Drehschwingungen in einem Bereich von 20 Hz bis 20k Hz liegt. In einer Option 250e wird das Ortungssignal 190 von der Werkzeugaufnahme 150 in Form einer mechanischen Bewegung ausgesendet. Die mechanische Bewegung der Werkzeugaufnahme 150 wird während einer Zeitspanne von 1 s ausgeführt. Dabei ist in einer Option 250f die mechanische Bewegung der Werkzeugaufnahme 150 eine Drehbewegung mit einer maximalen Amplitude von 5°. In einer Option 250g ist die mechanische Bewegung der Werkzeugaufnahme 150 eine Hubbewegung mit einer maximalen Hublänge von 3 mm. Wenn die Handwerkzeugmaschine 100 in Betrieb ist und von dem Benutzer verwendet wird, wird in einem Verfahrensschritt 260 das Ortungssignal 190 deaktiviert. Hierbei leitet die Steuereinheit 102 das Ortungssignal 190 nicht an die Ausgabeeinheit 170 weiter.
Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur Ortung eines elektrischen Geräts, insbesondere einer Handwerkzeugmaschine (100), mit einer Kommunikationseinheit (140), wobei ein Aktivierungssignal (180) durch die Kommunikationseinheit (140) empfangen wird, wobei beim Empfang des Aktivierungssignals (180) ein Ortungssignal (190) ausgelöst wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Ortungssignal (190) von einer Werkzeugaufnahme (150) des elektrischen Geräts, insbesondere der Handwerkzeugmaschine (100), in Form einer mechanischen Bewegung erzeugt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mechanische Bewegung der Werkzeugaufnahme (150) als eine Drehbewegung mit einer maximalen Amplitude von 5°, insbesondere 2°, ganz insbesondere 1°, ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mechanische Bewegung der Werkzeugaufnahme (150) als eine Hubbewegung mit einer maximalen Hublänge von 3 mm, insbesondere 2 mm, ganz insbesondere 1 mm, ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Werkzeugaufnahme (150) die mechanische Bewegung während einer Zeitspanne von 1 s, insbesondere 10 s, ganz insbesondere 15 s, ausführt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ortungssignal (190) während eines Betriebs des elektrischen Geräts, insbesondere der Handwerkzeugmaschine (100), deaktiviert wird.
- Elektrisches Gerät, insbesondere Handwerkzeugmaschine (100), mit einer Kommunikationseinheit geeignet zum Empfang eines Aktivierungssignals und einer Werkzeugaufnahme, zur Durchführung eines Verfahrens zur Ortung des elektrischen Geräts, insbesondere der Handwerkzeugmaschine (100), nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
