This way the locking mechanism can only open by twisting the foldable flaps (8, 9) upwards, hence the weight of the load inside the foldable container does not cause the locking mechanism to open.

Claims (13)

  1. Contenant pliable, ayant un état replié (2) et un état déployé (1), ledit contenant ayant une forme sensiblement cuboïde dans l'état déployé (1) dans lequel :
    - le contenant dans l'état déployé (1) comprend :
    - une base (3) ;
    - une paire de premières parois latérales opposées (4, 5), s'étendant à partir de la base (3) ;
    - une paire de secondes parois latérales opposées (6, 7), s'étendant à partir de la base (3) ;
    - une ouverture de contenant (31) opposée à la base (3) ;
    - chacune des parois latérales (4, 5, 6, 7) est fixée à la base (3) par un joint articulé distinct ;
    - le contenant pliable est fait d'un polymère, de préférence d'un polymère synthétique, de façon davantage préférée de polypropylène (PP), de polyéthylène (PE), d'acrylonitrile butadiène styrène (ABS), de chlorure de polyvinyle (PVC), de polystyrène (PS), de méthacrylate de polyméthyle (PMMA), et/ou d'acide polylactique (PLA) ;
    comprenant en outre :
    - une paire de rabats pliables (8, 9), chacun fixé à un bord supérieur (10, 11) de chacune des premières parois latérales (4, 5) par un joint articulé ;
    - un mécanisme de verrouillage répétable configuré pour verrouiller de façon démontable chacun des rabats pliables (8, 9) contre au moins une paroi latérale (4, 5, 6, 7), ainsi stabilisant l'état déployé (1) ;
    dans lequel au moins une première paroi latérale (4, 5), de préférence les deux premières parois latérales (4, 5), sont chacune fixées à une seconde paroi latérale adjacente (6, 7) par une transmission mécanique (22, 23, 24, 25) pour le transfert de force, à partir de la paire de premières parois latérales opposées (4, 5), à la paire de secondes parois latérales opposées (6, 7) durant la transition entre l'état replié (2) et l'état déployé (1) ;
    caractérisé en ce que :
    chaque rabat pliable (8, 9) serre au moins une, de préférence au moins deux transmissions mécaniques (22, 23, 24, 25) contre au moins une paroi latérale (4, 5, 6, 7), lorsque ledit rabat pliable est verrouillé contre au moins une des parois latérales (4, 5, 6, 7), par le mécanisme de verrouillage répétable, dans l'état déployé (1).
  2. Contenant pliable selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le mécanisme de verrouillage comprend deux paires d'encliquetages répétables, RC, chacun comprenant un premier élément de RC (13) et un second élément de RC (12), dans lequel :
    - une application d'une force externe stabilise (ou déstabilise) une fixation du premier élément de RC (13) au second élément de RC (12),
    - les premiers éléments de RC (13) sont prévus sur chaque rabat pliable (8, 9),
    - les seconds éléments de RC (12) sont prévus sur au moins deux des parois latérales (4, 5, 6, 7), de préférence sur au moins deux parois latérales opposées (4, 5 ; ou, 6, 7),
    - le premier élément de RC (13) et le second élément de RC (12) sont configurés de telle sorte qu'ils soient mutuellement fixés de façon stable lorsque les rabats pliables (8, 9) sont pliés ou pivotés vers l'intérieur.
  3. Contenant pliable selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le second élément de RC (12) comprend un élément de réception (16) et le premier élément de RC (13) comprend un élément saillant complémentaire (17), et l'élément de réception (16) peut être fixé (ou enlevé) de façon démontable à l'élément saillant complémentaire (17) par application d'une force externe (29).
  4. Contenant pliable selon la revendication 3, dans lequel chaque paroi latérale (4, 5, 6, 7) comprend au moins un, de préférence au moins deux éléments de guidage (32), dans lequel, dans l'état déployé (1), chaque élément de guidage (32) s'engage avec un élément de guidage (32) de la paroi latérale voisine (4, 5, 6, 7) .
  5. Contenant pliable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel :
    - la base (3),
    - la paire de premières parois latérales opposées (4, 5),
    - la paire de secondes parois latérales opposées (6, 7), et
    - facultativement la paire de rabats pliables (8, 9), sont faites d'une pièce unique et les joints articulés sont des articulations mobiles.
  6. Contenant pliable selon la revendication 5, dans lequel la pièce unique est une pièce moulée par injection.
  7. Contenant pliable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel les parois latérales (6, 7) de la paire de seconde parois latérales comprennent des poignées ou des ouvertures de poignée (20, 21).
  8. Contenant pliable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, configuré de telle sorte que, lors de la transition de l'état déployé (1) à l'état replié (2), la paire de premières parois latérales opposées (4, 5) se plient vers l'extérieur et la paire de secondes parois latérales opposées (6, 7) se plient vers l'intérieur.
  9. Contenant pliable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, configuré de telle sorte que le mouvement de la paire de premières parois latérales opposées (4, 5) relativement à la base (3) autour de l'articulation de liaison actionne le mouvement de la paire de secondes parois latérales opposées (6, 7) autour de l'articulation de liaison relativement à la base (3).
  10. Contenant pliable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel chaque transmission (22, 23, 24, 25) comprend une partie non élastique fixée, à une extrémité, à une première paroi latérale (4, 5) et, à l'autre extrémité, à une seconde paroi latérale adjacente (6, 7).
  11. Contenant pliable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, dans lequel l'état replié (2) a une forme aplatie, facultativement rectangulaire, telle qu'oblongue ou carrée.
  12. Contenant pliable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, dans lequel le contenant pliable dans l'état déployé (2) est empilable avec un autre contenant pliable dans l'état déployé (2).
  13. Procédé pour fabriquer un contenant pliable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, comprenant les étapes de :
    - le moulage par injection d'une pièce unique, dans lequel ladite pièce unique comprend une base (3), et deux paires de parois latérales (4, 5, 6, 7), une transmission mécanique (22, 23, 24, 25) et facultativement des rabats pliables (8, 9) ; dans lequel les parois latérales (4, 5, 6, 7) sont fixées à la base (3) par l'intermédiaire d'articulations, de préférence d'articulations mobiles (26) et chaque transmission mécanique est fixée à une paroi latérale par l'intermédiaire d'articulation, de préférence d'une articulation mobile ;
    - la fixation, de préférence la fixation irréversible, de la transmission mécanique (22, 23, 24, 25) à une paroi latérale adjacente (4, 5, 6, 7).
