Claims (24)

  1. Verpackung (1) für Uhrzeiger (2), wobei die Zeiger (2) jeweils mindestens ein Rohr (4), das eine Zeigerachse (D) definiert, und mindestens eine mit dem Rohr (4) verbundene Stützfläche (3), die zu der Zeigerachse (D) im Wesentlichen senkrecht ist, und mindestens einen Zeigerkörper (5), der in Bezug auf jedes Rohr (4) im Wesentlichen radial ist, umfassen, wobei die Verpackung (1) mindestens eine Palette (10) umfasst, die für die Aufnahme, das Halten, die Aufbewahrung und den Transport der Zeiger (2) vorgesehen ist, wobei die mindestens eine Palette (10) eine Reihe von Bohrungen (11) oder Zapfen (110) für die Aufnahme der Rohre (4) aufweist, wobei jede Bohrung (11) bzw. jeder Zapfen (110) an eine Aufnahme (12) angrenzt, die dafür ausgelegt ist, einen Zeigerkörper (5) abgestützt auf einer oberen Oberfläche (13) der Palette gegenüber einer unteren Oberfläche (14) der Palette, die sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Fläche der mindestens einen Palette (10) befindet, aufzunehmen, wobei die Aufnahmen (12) zueinander parallel sind und wovon jede dafür ausgelegt ist, einen Zeiger (2) in einer Längsrichtung (DL) der Palette (10) aufzunehmen, wobei jede der Aufnahmen (12) durch mindestens zwei seitliche Anschläge (120) in einer Querrichtung (DT) senkrecht zu der Längsrichtung (DL) und zu den Zeigerachsen (D) begrenzt ist und wobei mindestens eine Palette (10) mindestens eine quer verlaufende Auflagefläche (130) aufweist, die dafür ausgelegt ist, alle Stützflächen (3) einer Reihe von Zeigern (2) aufzunehmen, und in der Querrichtung (DT) und im Wesentlichen parallel zu der transversalen Auflagefläche (130) ausgerichtet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine erste Seite der mindestens einen quer verlaufenden Auflagefläche (130) erste Langlöcher (131) aufweist, deren Breite in der Längsrichtung (DL) an das Einsetzen von Pinzetten oder Robotergreifern zum Laden oder Entladen der Zeiger (2) angepasst ist und die dafür ausgelegt sind, ein Verblendung durch Kapillarität der Zeiger (2) auf der oberen Oberfläche der Palette (13) zu begrenzen, derart, dass ihre Ablage durch ein Handhabungsmittel mit Vertiefung erleichtert wird, und um den Durchgang von Waschfluiden und/oder die Anwendung bestimmter Bearbeitungen an den Zeigern (2), die auf der mindestens einen Palette (10) abgelegt sind, durch deren Dicke hindurch zu erleichtern.
  2. Verpackung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die quer verlaufende Auflagefläche (130) zwischen den Bohrungen (11) bzw. den Zapfen (110), die sie aufweist, durchgehend und eben ist.
  3. Verpackung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes erste Langloch (131) in der Querrichtung (DT) eine Länge besitzt, die größer oder gleich der Gesamtlänge mindestens zwei der aneinandergrenzenden Aufnahmen (12) ist.
  4. Verpackung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes erste Langloch (131) in der Längsrichtung (DL) eine Breite aufweist, die größer oder gleich 1,5 mm ist.
  5. Verpackung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Palette (10) im Wesentlichen parallel zur der quer verlaufenden Auflagefläche (130) und zu einer zweiten Seite hiervon gegenüber der ersten Seite zweite Langlöcher (132) besitzt, deren Breite in der Längsrichtung (DL) an das Einsetzen von Pinzetten oder Robotergreifern zum Laden oder Entladen von Zeigern (2) auf Höhe von Gegengewichten (6), wenn die Zeiger (2) solche besitzen, angepasst ist und die dafür ausgelegt sind, eine Verblendung durch Kapillarität der Zeiger (2) auf der oberen Oberfläche (13) der Palette zu begrenzen, derart, dass ihre Ablage durch ein Handhabungsmittel mit Vertiefung erleichtert wird, und um den Durchgang von Waschfluiden und/oder die Anwendung bestimmter Bearbeitungen an den Zeigern (2), die auf der mindestens einen Palette (10) abgelegt sind, zu erleichtern.
  6. Verpackung (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes zweite Langloch (132) in der Querrichtung (DT) eine Länge hat, die größer oder gleich der Gesamtlänge von mindestens zwei der Aufnahmen (12) ist, die aneinandergrenzen.
  7. Verpackung (1) nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes zweite Langloch (132) in der Längsrichtung (DL) eine Breite aufweist, die größer oder gleich 1,5 mm ist.
  8. Verpackung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Palette (10) Positionsindexierungsmittel (20) aufweist und mindestens einen Abstandshalter (15) aufweist, der sich in einer vertikalen Richtung erstreckt und dafür ausgelegt ist, mit einer Palettenunterseite (14) einer anderen Palette (10) oder mit einer Keilunterseite, die ein Keil aufweist, den die Verpackung (1) aufweist und der einen Platzbedarf in der Ebene hat, der mit der Palette (10) übereinstimmt, abstützend zusammenzuwirken, wobei sich jeder Abstandshalter (15) von der Oberseite (13) der Palette über eine Palettenhöhe (HP) erstreckt, die größer als der maximale axiale Platzbedarf jedes Zeigers (2) über seiner Stützfläche (3) zuzüglich eines Abstands mit einem Wert eines vordefinierten funktionellen Spiels (J) ist.
  9. Verpackung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Palette (10) im Wesentlichen parallel zu der quer verlaufenden Auflagefläche (130) eine Freigabetasche (135) oder eine Folge von Freigabetaschen (135) zur Aufnahme von gebogenen oder gewölbten distalen Enden (53) der Zeiger (2) umfasst.
  10. Verpackung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Palette (10) in der Querrichtung (DT) mindestens eine Reihe von Bohrungen (11) bzw. von Zapfen (110) in einem konstanten Abstand aufweist.
  11. Verpackung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Palette (10) und/oder jeder Keil in ein Rechteck in jeder Ebene senkrecht zur Richtung der Zeigerachsen (D) einbeschrieben ist.
  12. Verpackung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Palette (10) einen Zentrier- oder Einraststift (16) aufweist, der sich von der Palettenoberseite (13) aus über jeden Abstandshalter (15) hinaus erstreckt, um mit einer Zentrierungs- oder Einrastvertiefung (17), die die Unterseite (14) einer weiteren Palette (10) oder eine untere Keilseite, die ein Keil aufweist, zusammenzuwirken.
  13. Verpackung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Aufnahme (12) von den benachbarten Aufnahmen (12) durch mindestens einen seitlichen Anschlag (120) getrennt ist, der auf Höhe jedes ersten Langlochs (131), das die betreffende Palette (10) aufweist, unterbrochen ist.
  14. Verpackung (1) nach Anspruch 5 und einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Aufnahme (12) von benachbarten Aufnahmen (12) durch mindestens einen seitlichen Anschlag (120) getrennt ist, der auf Höhe jedes zweiten Langlochs (132), das die betreffende Palette (10) aufweist, unterbrochen ist.
  15. Verpackung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Palette (10) und/oder jeder Keil Mittel (50) zum Identifizieren ihrer bzw. seiner Abmessungen, die durch ein automatisches Erfassungsmittel lesbar und/oder durch einen Bediener erkennbar sind, und/oder mindestens einem farbigen Stift, der den Typ der Palette oder den Typ des aufnehmbaren Zeigers kennzeichnet und der in eine Lochung (31), die die obere Oberfläche (13) der Palette aufweist, eingesetzt ist, umfassen.
  16. Verpackung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Palette (10) und/oder jeder Keil vollständig aus einem Material gebildet ist, das gegenüber Bearbeitungen, die der Fertigungsumfang der Zeiger (2) umfasst, unempfindlich und beständig ist.
  17. Verpackung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verpackung (1) mehrere Paletten (10) und/oder Keile mit dem gleichen Platzbedarf in der Ebene enthält, die jeweils wenigstens zwei Schnittflächen (40) aufweisen, die auf gegenüberliegenden Kantenflächen (41; 42) ausgebildet sind und dafür ausgelegt sind, mindestens ein elastisches Band (43) oder Flanschmittel aufzunehmen, die dafür ausgelegt sind, die Gesamtheit der Paletten in gegenseitiger Abstützung vorübergehend zu befestigen.
  18. Verpackung (1) nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verpackung (1) nur mehrere gleiche Paletten (10) und mindestens ein elastisches Band (43) umfasst.
  19. Automatisiertes Produktionsmittel (100) zur Herstellung und/oder Verpackung von Uhrenzeigern (2), wobei die Zeiger (2) beiden Seiten einer Auflagefläche (3) ein Rohr (4) und einen Zeigerkörper (5), der sich über eine Zeigerhöhe (HA) oberhalb der Auflagefläche (3) erstreckt, umfassen, wobei das automatisierte Produktionsmittel (100) mindestens eine Fertigungseinheit (1100) umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das automatisierte Produktionsmittel (100) einen Palettenstapelmechanismus (120) umfasst, der dafür ausgelegt ist, eine Palette (10) einer Verpackung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, die für die Aufnahme, das Halten, das Aufbewahren und den Transport der Zeiger (2) mit derselben Zeigerhöhe vorgesehen ist, aufzunehmen und zu identifizieren, und Positionsindexierungsmittel (20) für ihre präzise Positionierung auf dem Palettenstapelmechanismus (120) umfasst.
  20. Automatisiertes Produktionsmittel (100) nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Palettenstapelmechanismus (120) mindestens ein automatisches Erfassungsmittel (150) aufweist, das dafür ausgelegt ist, Identifizierungsmittel (50), die jede Palette (10) einer Verpackung (1) nach Anspruch 15 enthält, zu identifizieren.
  21. Automatisiertes Produktionsmittel (100) nach Anspruch 19 oder 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das automatisierte Produktionssmittel (100) Oberflächenbearbeitungsmittel (160) für die Oberflächenbearbeitung der Zeiger (2), die positioniert auf den Paletten (10) gehalten werden, umfasst.
  22. Automatisiertes Produktionsmittel (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das automatisierte Produktionsmittel (100) Mittel (170) umfasst, um die Zeiger (2), die positioniert auf den Paletten (10) gehalten werden, nach ihrer Bearbeitung zu kontrollieren und/oder zu untersuchen.
  23. Verfahren zum Fertigen von Uhrenzeigern (2), wobei die Zeiger (2) jeweils mindestens ein Rohr (4), das eine Zeigerachse (D) definiert, und eine Stützfläche (3), die mit dem Rohr (4) verbunden ist und zur Zeigerachse (D) im Wesentlichen senkrecht ist, und mindestens einen Zeigerkörper (5), der in Bezug auf jedes Rohr (4) im Wesentlichen radial ist, umfassen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für jede Fertigung von Zeigern (2) mit einer gegebenen Zeigerhöhe mindestens eine Verpackung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18 bereitgestellt wird und das ein erstes Material bereitgestellt wird, das von einem automatisierten Produktionsmittel (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 22 verwendbar ist, dass mindestens eine Fertigung der Zeiger auf dem automatisierten Produktionsmittel (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 22 ausgeführt wird, das die bearbeiteten Zeiger (2) auf mindestens einer Palette (10) mit geeigneten Abmessungen ablegt, dass mindestens ein Waschen der bearbeiteten Zeiger (2) in Position auf der Palette (10) ausgeführt wird und dass eine Besichtigung der Zeiger (2) an ihrer Position auf der Palette (10) durchgeführt wird.
  24. Fertigungsverfahren nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Waschen und vor der Endbesichtigung an den bearbeiteten und auf der Palette (10) in Position gehaltenen Zeigern (2) mindestens eine Oberflächen- und/oder Deckbehandlung durch eine periphere Schicht durchgeführt wird.
