Claims (5)
- Ein feuerfester Rollvorhang zum Abschluss einer Durchgangsöffnung, bei dem mindestens ein lineares Transportelement (9, 9a) in Form einer Schiene, eines Bandförders, einer Rohrleitung, eines Kabels oder eines anderen Leiters quer über die Durchgangsöffnung gespannt ist und über deren Fundament (8) hervorgeht, mit einem Gehäuse (4), permanenten vertikalen Nutführungen (12) mit Dichtungselementen und einer flexiblen Beschichtung (1) aus feuerfestem Material, die mit ihrer oberen Kante an einer Rotations-Wickelwelle (3) gesichert ist, die in einem Gehäuse gelagert ist, das an einem Kopf (5) der zu schließenden Durchgangsöffnung befestigt werden kann, wobei die Kanten der Seitenbeschichtung gleitend in permanenten vertikalen Nutführungen angebracht sind und wobei der Vorhang darüber hinaus mit einer starren Dichtungsplatte (13) aus feuerfestem Material ausgestattet ist, die in der abgerollten Position der Beschichtung (1), in Längsrichtung unter der unteren Kante (10) der Beschichtung ausgestreckt ist und an der besagten unteren Kante (10) mit ihrer oberen Fläche (14) haftet, während die untere Fläche (15) der starren Dichtungsplatte (13) am Fundament (8) der Durchgangsöffnung (6) haftet, wobei die starre Dichtungsplatte (13) mindestens einen seitlichen, offenen, nach unten gerichteten Hohlraum (20) hat, der das lineare Transportelement (9, 9a) umgibt, und über das Fundament (8) der Durchgangsöffnung (6) hinausragt, mit einem lateralen Umriss, der dem Profil des linearen Transportelements (9, 9a) entspricht, wobei die starre Dichtungsplatte (13) an der Beschichtung (1) mithilfe von Schwingbügeln (16) befestigt ist, die an den Plattenenden montiert sind und ein Drehgelenk mit der unteren Kante (10) der Beschichtung (1) hat.
- Ein feuerfester Rollvorhang zum Abschluss einer Durchgangsöffnung (6), bei dem mindestens ein lineares Transportelement (9, 9a) in Form einer Schiene, eines Bandförders, einer Rohrleitung, eines Kabels oder eines anderen Leiters quer über die Durchgangsöffnung gespannt ist und über deren Fundament (8) hervorgeht, mit einem Gehäuse (4), permanenten vertikalen Nutführungen (12) mit Dichtungselementen und einer flexiblen Beschichtung (1) aus feuerfestem Material, die mit ihrer oberen Kante an einer Rotations-Wickelwelle (3) gesichert ist, die in einem Gehäuse (4) gelagert ist, das an einem Kopf (5) der zu schließenden Durchgangsöffnung (6) befestigt werden kann, wobei die Kanten der Seitenbeschichtung gleitend in permanenten vertikalen Nutführungen angebracht sind und wobei der Vorhang darüber hinaus mit einer starren Dichtungsplatte (13) aus feuerfestem Material ausgestattet ist, die in der abgerollten Position der Beschichtung (1), in Längsrichtung unter der unteren Kante (10) der Beschichtung ausgestreckt ist und an der besagten unteren Kante (10) mit ihrer oberen Fläche (14) haftet, während die untere Fläche (15) der starren Dichtungsplatte (13) am Fundament (8) der Durchgangsöffnung (6) haftet, wobei die starre Dichtungsplatte (13) mindestens einen seitlichen, offenen, nach unten gerichteten Hohlraum (20) hat, der das lineare Transportelement (9, 9a) umgibt, und über das Fundament (8) der Durchgangsöffnung (6) hinausragt, mit einem lateralen Umriss, der dem Profil des linearen Transportelements (9, 9a) entspricht, wobei die starre Dichtungsplatte (13) sich in der Ruhelage auf Ebene des Gehäuses (4) der Welle (3) befindet, und sich im abgerollten Zustand der Beschichtung (1) unter ihrer unteren Kante (10) befindet.
- Der Vorhang gemäß Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die starre Dichtungsplatte (13) einen einzelnen Hohlraum (20) besitzt, der dem Umriss des einzelnen linearen Transportelements (9) entspricht.
- Der Vorhang gemäß Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die starre Dichtungsplatte (13) mehrere Hohlräume (20) besitzt, die Seite an Seite geformt sind und den Umrissen mehrerer linearer Transportelemente (9a) entsprechen.
- Der Vorhang gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 3 oder 4, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass eine Beschichtung (22) aus einem unter Temperatureinfluss anschwellenden Material auf einer internen Umfangsfläche (21) von jedem der Hohlräume (20) der starren Dichtungsplatte (13) geformt wird.
