Claims (10)

  1. Procédé permettant de saisir et de déplacer dans une direction de levage (26) un composant présentant un raccord faisant saillie (5) au moyen d'un outil de levage, dans lequel le raccord (5) est saisi par l'outil de levage au niveau d'une contre-dépouille (25) radialement périphérique de manière complète ou partielle dans laquelle viennent en prise plusieurs éléments de préhension de l'outil de levage, dans lequel l'outil de levage présente un support cylindrique (1) dont une première zone d'extrémité (2) peut être saisie manuellement et à l'autre deuxième zone d'extrémité (3) duquel est disposé un agencement de préhension pour saisir le raccord (5) du composant, dans lequel une douille (6) de l'agencement de préhension est disposée sur le support (1) de manière axialement coulissante entre une position de déblocage et une position de saisie,

Outil de levage comprenant plusieurs éléments de préhension pour saisir et déplacer dans une direction de levage (26) un composant présentant un raccord faisant saillie (5) selon le procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel un support cylindrique (1) présente une première zone d'extrémité (2) pouvant être saisie manuellement et une deuxième zone d'extrémité (3), dans lequel un agencement de saisie est agencé au niveau de la deuxième zone d'extrémité (3) avec une douille (6) de l'agencement de saisie, disposée de manière coulissante sur le support (1) et qui est coulissante axialement avec une zone de guidage entre une position de déblocage et une position de saisie et qui présente à une extrémité de celle-ci un élargissement en forme de pot (7), dans lequel, dans la position de déblocage, l'élargissement en forme de pot (7) se trouve à l'extérieur de deux ou de plusieurs mâchoires de serrage (9, 9') qui entourent le support (1) au niveau de la deuxième zone d'extrémité (3) du support (1) en étant disposées en forme d'anneau l'une par rapport à l'autre, et qui sont guidées sur le support (1) de manière mobile entre une position radialement maximale et une position radialement minimale et sont sollicitées par ressort dans leur position radialement maximale, dans lequel les mâchoires de serrage (9, 9') font saillie axialement au-delà de la deuxième zone d'extrémité (3) du support (1) avec une zone de préhension et présentent au niveau de la zone de préhension des embouts (24) orientés radialement vers l'intérieur, et dans lequel le coulissement de la douille (6) dans sa position de saisie fait que l'élargissement en forme de pot (7) est emmanché axialement sur les mâchoires de serrage (9, 9') et que les mâchoires de serrage (9, 9') sont mobiles radialement vers l'intérieur dans leur position radialement minimale.
  3. Outil de levage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les mâchoires de serrage (9, 9') prennent appui l'une sur l'autre de manière élastique dans la direction radialement périphérique.
  4. Outil de levage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que le contour extérieur radialement périphérique des mâchoires de serrage (9, 9') est réalisé en s'effilant sous forme de cône (12) à l'extrémité tournée vers la première zone d'extrémité (2) du support (1).
  5. Outil de levage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le contour intérieur des mâchoires de serrage (9, 9') disposées en forme d'anneau l'une par rapport à l'autre est réalisé de manière graduée, dans lequel la partie détournée du support (1) est le gradin (22) plus grand et la partie tournée vers le support (1) est le gradin plus petit.
  6. Outil de levage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la douille (6) peut être arrêtée axialement dans la position de déblocage et/ou dans la position de saisie.
  7. Outil de levage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la zone de guidage (35) de la douille (6), guidée de manière coulissante sur le support (1), présente une rainure de guidage (28) radialement continue dans laquelle un embout de guidage (27) du support (1) fait saillie radialement et qui présente une zone centrale (29) s'étendant dans la direction d'extension longitudinale du support (1), la première extrémité plus éloignée des mâchoires de serrage (9, 9') de laquelle est suivie d'une première zone transversale (30) et la deuxième extrémité plus proche des mâchoires de serrage (9, 9') est suivie d'une deuxième zone transversale (31), dans lequel les zones transversales (30, 31) s'étendent transversalement à l'extension longitudinale du support (1).
  8. Outil de levage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité, détournée de la zone centrale (29), de la deuxième zone transversale (31) est suivie d'une zone d'enclenchement (32) qui s'étend dans la direction d'extension longitudinale du support (1).
  9. Outil de levage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le support (1) présente au niveau de sa deuxième zone d'extrémité (3) une bride (8) radialement périphérique s'étendant radialement vers l'extérieur, sur laquelle les mâchoires de serrage (9, 9') entourant le support (1) sont guidées de manière radialement mobile entre leur position radialement maximale et leur position radialement minimale, dans lequel les mâchoires de serrage (9, 9') présentent sur leur contour intérieur respectivement une rainure de guidage (10) radialement périphérique, correspondant à la bride (8), dans laquelle la bride (8) fait saillie.
  10. Outil de levage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le support (1) présente une manette (33) au niveau de sa zone d'extrémité détournée des mâchoires de serrage (9, 9').
