Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (1, 1') zum Vorschub von Waren, mit einem ersten Warenvorschub (2), der über eine Feder (11) in eine Vorschubrichtung zu einem Frontanker (3) hin vorgespannt ist, und mindestens einer sich im Wesentlichen parallel zur Vorschubrichtung erstreckenden Wand (5, 7) zur seitlichen Begrenzung eines Kanals zur Aufnahme von Waren, wobei an der mindestens einen Wand (5, 7) eine Führungsschiene (10) für einen zweiten Warenvorschub (8) gehalten ist, entlang der der zweite, durch eine Feder (9) vorgespannte Warenvorschub (8) verfahrbar ist, wobei die Führungsschiene (10) oberhalb des Verfahrweges des ersten Warenvorschubes (2) angeordnet ist.

Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Vorschub von Waren, mit einem ersten Warenvorschub, der über eine Feder in eine Vorschubrichtung zu einem Frontanker hin vorgespannt ist, und mindestens einer sich im Wesentlichen parallel zur Vorschubrichtung erstreckenden Wand zur seitlichen Begrenzung eines Kanals zur Aufnahme von Waren.
  • Die DE 20 2015 105 469 U1 offenbart eine Vorrichtung zur Präsentation von Waren, bei der entlang eines nach oben offenen Kanals jeweils ein Warenvorschub entlang einer Führungsschiene verfahrbar ist, um Waren zu einem Frontanschlag zu fördern. Die Führungsschiene und seitliche Fachteiler an dem Kanal sind an einer Adapterschiene fixiert, so dass die Vorrichtung modular in der gewünschten Breite aufgebaut werden kann. Gerade bei Waren mit geringer Höhe wird der Stauraum in der Vorrichtung nicht optimal genutzt.
  • Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine Vorrichtung zum Vorschub von Waren zu schaffen, die eine optimierte Ausnutzung des Stauraumes ermöglicht.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird mit einer Vorrichtung mit den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1 gelöst.
  • Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung ist ein erster verfahrbarer Warenvorschub vorgesehen, an dem mindestens eine seitliche Wand zur Begrenzung eines Kanals zur Aufnahme von Waren angeordnet ist, wobei an der mindestens einen Wand eine Führungsschiene für einen zweiten Warenvorschub gehalten ist, entlang der der zweite, durch eine Feder vorgespannte Warenvorschub verfahrbar ist, wobei die Führungsschiene oberhalb des Verfahrweges des ersten Warenvorschubes angeordnet ist. Dadurch kann an dem Kanal zur Aufnahme von Waren eine optimierte Ausnutzung des Stauraumes erfolgen, da in einem unteren Teil des Kanals der erste Warenvorschub die Waren zu einem Frontanker fördern kann, während in einem oberen Teil des Kanals der zweite Warenvorschub Waren zu einer Vorderseite fördern kann. Die Aufteilung des Kanals in einen oberen Teil und einen unteren Teil ermöglicht eine verbesserte Ausnutzung des Stauraumes.
  • Vorzugsweise ist an der mindestens einen Wand zumindest ein Vorsprung vorgesehen, an dem die Führungsschiene gehalten ist. Die Führungsschiene kann dabei entweder lose auf dem Vorsprung aufliegen oder über mechanische Mittel an zumindest einem Vorsprung fixiert sein.
  • In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung sind der erste Warenvorschub und der zweite Warenvorschub zwischen zwei Wänden angeordnet, und die Führungsschiene für den zweiten Warenvorschub ist an den beiden Wänden abgestützt. Dadurch wird eine stabile Fixierung der Führungsschiene erreicht, die an beiden Wänden gehalten ist, so dass Kippbewegungen vermieden werden. Zudem werden die oberen und unteren Waren durch die beiden Wände in Längsrichtung der Führungsschiene geführt.
  • An der Führungsschiene ist vorzugsweise ein Frontanker fixiert, an dem ein Frontanschlag für die entlang der Führungsschiene verschiebbaren Waren vorgesehen ist. Der Frontanschlag kann dabei durch ein oder mehrere Stege oder Vorsprünge gebildet sein, die zumindest einen Teil einer Vorderseite der Waren verdecken. Alternativ oder zusätzlich kann auch ein Frontanschlag an einer Wand oder beiden Wänden vorgesehen sein.
  • In dem unteren Teil des Kanals ist vorzugsweise eine weitere untere Führungsschiene vorgesehen, an der der erste Warenvorschub verfahrbar gehalten ist. Die weitere Führungsschiene ist dann unterhalb der Führungsschiene für den zweiten Warenvorschub angeordnet. Alternativ kann auch auf die weitere Führungsschiene verzichtet werden, so dass der erste Warenvorschub nur entlang des Regalbodens verfahrbar ist und die Waren durch die seitlichen Wände geführt sind.
  • Wenn eine weitere untere Führungsschiene für den ersten Warenvorschub vorgesehen ist, ist diese vorzugsweise über einen Frontanker an einer Adapterschiene fixiert, die sich im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der weiteren Führungsschiene erstreckt. Auch die mindestens eine Wand kann an der Adapterschiene fixiert werden, so dass die Breite des Kanals zum Vorschub der Waren flexibel eingestellt werden kann, wenn eine stufenlose Positionierung entlang der Adapterschiene ermöglicht wird, wie dies beispielsweise in der DE 20 2015 105 469 U1 offenbart ist.
  • Vorzugsweise ist der Frontanker an der Führungsschiene an einem Vorsprung der mindestens einen Wand klemmend oder rastend fixiert. Der Frontanker kann dabei einem Raststeg aufweisen, der an einer Rastaufnahme an der Unterseite des Vorsprunges eingreift. Alternativ kann auch ein Raststeg an dem Frontanker ausgebildet sein, der mit einer Rastaufnahme an dem Frontanker zusammenwirkt. Die Führungsschiene ist bevorzugt in eine Richtung senkrecht zur Ebene einer Wand verstellbar an der einen Wand oder verstellbar an beiden Wänden gehalten ist, insbesondere über eine längliche Rastaufnahme aus einer Profilierung oder einem Langloch. Dadurch ist die Breite des Kanals veränderbar und kann an die Breite der Waren angepasst werden. Hierfür ist die Führungsschiene bevorzugt in eine Richtung senkrecht zur Ebene einer Wand stufenlos verstellbar an der einen Wand oder stufenlos verstellbar an den beiden Wänden gehalten.
  • Für einen Aufbau der Vorrichtung mit nur wenigen Bauteilen, ist an einer einzigen Wand ein Vorsprung vorgesehen, der an gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Wand hervorsteht. Der Vorsprung ragt somit an gegenüberliegenden Seiten hervor und kann somit zum Abstützen jeweils einer Führungsschiene eingesetzt werden. Der Vorsprung kann dabei wahlweise als separates bevorzugt plattenförmiges Bauteil an der Wand fixiert werden, beispielsweise durch eine Aussparung in der Wand durchgesteckt werden, oder integral mit der Wand ausgebildet sein.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand mehrerer Ausführungsbeispiele mit Bezug auf die beigefügten Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • Eine Vorrichtung 1 zum Vorschub von Waren umfasst einen unteren ersten Warenvorschub 2, der Waren zu einer Vorderseite gegen einen Frontanschlag 14 fördert. Der erste Warenvorschub 2 ist unterhalb eines zweiten Warenvorschubes 8 angeordnet, der Waren zu einem Frontanschlag 13 fördert, der sich oberhalb des Frontanschlages 14 befindet. Die beiden plattenförmigen Frontanschläge 13 und 14 können dabei aus ein oder mehreren Teilen gebildet sein. Der erste Warenvorschub 2 und der zweite Warenvorschub 8 sind zwischen zwei plattenförmigen Wänden 5 und 7 angeordnet, zwischen denen ein Kanal zur Aufnahme von Waren ausgebildet ist, der einen unteren Teil für den Warenvorschub 2 und einen oberen Teil für den Warenvorschub 8 aufweist.
  • In Figur 2 wurde die Wand 7 der Vorrichtung 1 weggelassen, so dass erkennbar ist, dass der erste untere Warenvorschub 2 entlang einer Führungsschiene 4 geführt ist. Der Warenvorschub 2 ist dabei über eine Feder 11, insbesondere eine aufwickelbare Bandfeder in Vorschubrichtung vorgespannt, wobei ein Ende der Feder 11 an einem Frontanker 3 fixiert ist.
  • Der zweite Warenvorschub 8 ist entlang einer Führungsschiene 10 verfahrbar, wobei der Warenvorschub 8 ebenfalls durch eine Feder 9 in Vorschubrichtung vorgespannt ist. Die Feder 9 ist mit einem Ende an einem Frontanker 12 fixiert, an dem auch mindestens der nach oben ragender Frontanschlag 13 vorgesehen ist. Die Führungsschiene 10 ist dabei an zwei Vorsprüngen 6 abgestützt, die an der Wand 5 hervorstehen. Die Vorsprünge 6 sind steg- oder plattenförmig ausgebildet.
  • In Figur 3 ist die Anordnung der Vorsprünge 6 an der Wand 5 zu sehen. Die beiden Vorsprünge 6 sind beabstandet voneinander angeordnet und dienen zur Auflage der Führungsschiene 10. Die Wand 5 ist über ein Fixierteil 15 an einer nicht dargestellten Adapterschiene festlegbar, wobei an dem Fixierteil 15 der nach oben ragender Frontanschlag 14 für die Waren ausgebildet ist, die mit dem ersten Warenvorschub 2 gefördert werden. Die Führungsschiene 4 für den ersten Warenvorschub 2 ist über einen Frontanker 3 an der Adapterschiene fixierbar, ähnlich wie dies in der DE 20 2015 105 469 beschrieben ist, so dass die Wände 5 und 7 sowie die unteren Führungsschienen 4 stufenlos entlang der Adapterschiene verstellt und fixiert werden können.
  • In den Figuren 4A und 4B ist der Frontanker 12 der Führungsschiene 10 in einer demontierten Position gezeigt. Der Frontanker 12 weist zwei zur Rückseite hervorstehende Raststege 17 auf, an denen ein oder mehrere Rastvorsprünge 18 ausgebildet sind. Ein Rastvorsprung 18 kann in der montierten Position in eine Rastaufnahme 16 an dem Vorsprung 6 eingreifen, wobei die Rastaufnahme 16 als Schlitz, Öffnung oder Profilierung ausgebildet sein kann. In dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Rastaufnahmen 16 durch Langlöcher gebildet, die sich senkrecht zu der Ebene der Wand 5 erstrecken, so dass der Frontanker 12 entlang der Rastaufnahmen 16 frei positioniert werden kann, was die Verstellung des Abstandes der Wände 5 und 7 voneinander ermöglicht.
  • Der senkrecht von der Wand 5 hervorstehende Vorsprung 6 kann dabei integral mit der Wand 5 ausgebildet sein, beispielsweise durch ein Spritzgussverfahren mit Kunststoff, oder als separates Bauteil. Vorzugsweise steht der Vorsprung 6 an gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Wand 5 hervor, so dass über einen mit zwei Teilen versehenen Vorsprung 6 zwei Führungsschienen 10 abgestützt werden können.
  • In Figur 5 ist eine modifizierte Vorrichtung 1' zum Vorschub von Waren gezeigt, bei der ein unterer erster Warenvorschub 2 und ein oberer zweiter Warenvorschub 8 vorgesehen sind, wie bei dem vorangegangenen Ausführungsbeispiel. Der Abstand der Wände 5 und 7 ist deutlich größer als in Figur 1, wobei die Führungsschiene 10 dennoch auf den Vorsprüngen 6 an den Wänden 5 und 7 abgestützt ist. Insofern kann die Breite des Kanals zum Vorschub von Waren verstellt werden, um diese in optimaler Weise an die Breite der Waren anzupassen.
  • Die Warenvorschübe 2 und 8 sind über Federn 9 und 11 in Vorschubrichtung vorgespannt. Optional kann die Bewegung auch über einen Dämpfer an dem Warenvorschub 2 bzw. 8 gebremst werden, beispielsweise einen Rotationsdämpfer, wie dies in dem Patent EP 3 007 592 B1 beschrieben.
  • In dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der erste Warenvorschub 2 entlang der Führungsschiene 4 verfahrbar. Es ist auch möglich, auf die Führungsschiene 4 zu verzichten, da die Waren in dem unteren Teil des Kanals durch die beiden Wände 5 und 7 geführt sind. Dann kann der Warenvorschub 2 über die Feder 11 mit einem Frontanker 3 verbunden sein, der an einer Adapterschiene festgelegt ist.
  • Zudem kann die Ausbildung der Frontanschläge 13 und 14 je nach Anforderung modifiziert werden. Der Frontanschlag 14 kann, von oben betrachtet, vor dem Frontanschlag 13 angeordnet sein, um eine Entnahme aus dem unteren Teil des Kanals nach oben zu ermöglichen.
  • Die dargestellten Vorrichtungen 1 und 1' können zur Präsentation von Waren, wie Zigarettenpackungen, Süßigkeiten, Gewürzen oder anderen Waren, eingesetzt werden.

Claims (12)

  1. Vorrichtung (1, 1') zum Vorschub von Waren, mit einem ersten Warenvorschub (2), der über eine Feder (11) in eine Vorschubrichtung zu einem Frontanker (3) hin vorgespannt ist, und mindestens einer sich im Wesentlichen parallel zur Vorschubrichtung erstreckenden Wand (5, 7) zur seitlichen Begrenzung eines Kanals zur Aufnahme von Waren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der mindestens einen Wand (5, 7) eine Führungsschiene (10) für einen zweiten Warenvorschub (8) gehalten ist, entlang der der zweite, durch eine Feder (9) vorgespannte Warenvorschub (8) verfahrbar ist, wobei die Führungsschiene (10) oberhalb des Verfahrweges des ersten Warenvorschubes (2) angeordnet ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der mindestens einen Wand (5, 7) zumindest ein Vorsprung (6) vorgesehen ist, an dem die Führungsschiene (10) gehalten ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Warenvorschub (2) und der zweite Warenvorschub (8) zwischen zwei Wänden (5, 7) angeordnet sind und die Führungsschiene (10) für den zweiten Warenvorschub (8) an den beiden Wänden (5, 7) abgestützt ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Führungsschiene (10) ein Frontanker (12) mit einem Frontanschlag (13) für die entlang der Führungsschiene (10) verschiebbaren Waren fixiert ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Warenvorschub (2) entlang einer weiteren Führungsschiene (4) verfahrbar ist, die unterhalb der Führungsschiene (10) für den zweiten Warenvorschub (8) angeordnet ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Frontanker (12) an der zweiten Führungsschiene (10) an einem Vorsprung (6) an der mindestens einen Wand (5, 7) klemmend und/oder rastend fixiert ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Frontanker (12) einen Raststeg (17) aufweist, der in eine Rastaufnahme (16) an der Unterseite des Vorsprunges (6) eingreift.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Wand (5, 7) und die weitere Führungsschiene (4) an einer Adapterschiene fixiert sind, die sich im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der weiteren Führungsschiene (4) erstreckt.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung (6) an gegenüberliegenden Seiten der mindestens einen Wand (5, 7) hervorsteht.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung (6) als separates Bauteil an der mindestens einen Wand (5, 7) festgelegt oder integral mit der mindestens einen Wand (5, 7) ausgebildet ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsschiene (10) in eine Richtung senkrecht zur Ebene einer Wand (5, 7) verstellbar an der mindestens einen Wand (5, 7) gehalten ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsschiene (10) in eine Richtung senkrecht zur Ebene einer Wand (5, 7) stufenlos verstellbar an der einen Wand (5, 7) oder stufenlos verstellbar an den beiden Wänden (5, 7) gehalten ist.
