Claims (15)
- Procédé pour diviser et catégoriser au moins un substrat (02 ; 03) au moyen d'une machine de catégorisation de substrat (01), dans lequel dans un processus d'amenée de bande un substrat sous forme d'une bande de matériau (02) est transporté le long d'une voie de transport prévue vers un système de séparation transversale (11) de la machine de catégorisation de substrat (01) et dans lequel la bande de matériau (02) est divisée en une pluralité de feuilles (03), du fait que dans un processus de séparation respectif des feuilles (03) respectives sont séparées de la bande de matériau (02) et dans lequel les feuilles (03) respectives dans au moins un processus d'inspection respectif sont inspectées au moyen d'au moins un système d'inspection (14 ; 16 ; 17 ; 18) de la machine de catégorisation de substrat (01) disposé le long de la voie de transport prévue pour le transport du substrat (02 ; 03) après le système de séparation transversale (11) respectivement en ce qui concerne au moins une propriété que le substrat (02 ; 03) a déjà présentée avant le processus de séparation respectif et dans lequel les feuilles (03) dans un processus d'association respectif sont associées sur la base du résultat de l'inspection respectivement d'une d'au moins trois catégories réalisée dans le au moins un processus d'inspection respectif et dans lequel chacune des feuilles (03) dans un processus de sortie respectif est déposée respectivement sur une pile de sortie (06 ; 07 ; 08) correspondant à sa catégorie.
- Procédé pour catégoriser au moins un substrat (03), dans lequel dans un processus d'individualisation respectif un substrat (03) sous forme d'une feuille (03) respective est prélevé d'une pile de margeur (46) et individualisé et dans lequel dans un processus d'amenée de feuille respectif la feuille (03) respective est transportée le long d'une voie de transport prévue vers au moins un système d'inspection (14) et dans lequel les feuilles (03) respectives sont inspectées dans au moins un processus d'inspection respectif respectivement en ce qui concerne au moins une propriété que cette feuille (03) respective a déjà présentée avant le processus d'individualisation respectif et dans lequel les feuilles (03) dans un processus d'association respectif sont associées sur la base du résultat de l'inspection respectivement d'une d'au moins trois catégories réalisée dans le au moins un processus d'inspection respectif et dans lequel chacune des feuilles (03) dans un processus de sortie respectif est déposée respectivement sur une pile de sortie (06 ; 07 ; 08) correspondant à sa catégorie.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bande de matériau (02) sur un point de traitement disposé le long de la voie de transport prévue pour le transport du substrat (02 ; 03) devant un système de séparation transversale (11) réalisant le processus de séparation respectif est soumise à au moins un processus de traitement et que le processus de traitement respectif est une application d'une caractéristique de sécurité et/ou un estampage et/ou une application d'un film et/ou une impression et/ou le processus d'impression offset et/ou un processus d'impression en creux et/ou un processus de sérigraphie et/ou un processus d'estampage à chaud et/ou un processus de revêtement et/ou un processus de flexographie et/ou un processus de typographie et/ou un processus d'offset sec et/ou un processus de numérotation et/ou un processus de vernissage et/ou un processus d'impression à jet d'encre et/ou un processus d'application de microlentilles.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que les feuilles (03) respectives après le processus de séparation respectif et avant le au moins un processus d'inspection respectif sont soumises à au moins un processus de traitement et que le processus de traitement est une application d'une caractéristique de sécurité et/ou un estampage et/ou une application d'un film et/ou une impression et/ou le processus d'impression offset et/ou un processus d'impression en creux et/ou un processus de sérigraphie et/ou un processus d'estampage à chaud et/ou un processus de revêtement et/ou un processus de flexographie et/ou un processus de typographie et/ou un processus d'offset sec et/ou un processus de numérotation et/ou un processus de vernissage et/ou un processus d'impression à jet d'encre et/ou un processus d'application de microlentilles.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les feuilles (03) sont transportées exclusivement le long de la voie de transport à partir de la pile de margeur (46) jusqu'à le au moins un système d'inspection (14) et ainsi aucun matériau n'est appliqué sur les feuilles (03) ou retiré des feuilles (03) et/ou les feuilles (03) et/ou le substrat (03) de celles-ci ne sont ainsi pas modifiés de manière irréversible.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2 ou 3 ou 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que cette au moins une propriété est réalisée en tant qu'erreur de substrat et/ou au moins une inclusion d'au moins un corps étranger et/ou au moins un trou et/ou en tant que filigrane et/ou en tant que position et/ou qu'intégrité d'un filigrane et/ou en tant que fil de sécurité et/ou position et/ou intégrité et/ou largeur et/ou torsion éventuelle d'un fil de sécurité et/ou en tant que fil fenêtré réfléchissant et/ou en tant que fil fenêtré réfléchissant avec des propriétés holographiques et/ou en tant que position et/ou intégrité et/ou torsion et/ou largeur d'un fil fenêtré et/ou en tant que nombre et/ou longueur et/ou largeur de percées d'un fil fenêtré et/ou en tant que film appliqué et/ou en tant que situation et/ou intégrité d'au moins un fil appliqué.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2 ou 3 ou 4 ou 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que dans le au moins un processus d'inspection respectif la feuille (02 ; 03) respective est soumise à une inspection de réflexion unilatérale et/ou est soumise à une inspection de réflexion bilatérale et/ou est soumise à une inspection de transmission et/ou est soumise à une inspection de point de séparation.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2 ou 3 ou 4 ou 5 ou 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que chaque feuille (03) est pourvue d'un marquage individuel et/ou que chaque feuille (03) est pourvue d'un marquage individuel au moyen d'au moins un système de marquage (34).

- Machine de catégorisation de substrat selon la revendication 9 ou 11, caractérisée en ce que la machine de catégorisation de substrat (01) présente au moins un dispositif de traitement de feuilles (33) pour traiter les feuilles (03), qui est disposé le long de la voie de transport prévue pour le transport de substrat (02 ; 03) après le au moins un système de séparation transversale (11) et avant le au moins un système d'inspection (14 ; 16 ; 17 ; 18).
- Machine de catégorisation de substrat selon la revendication 9 ou 10 ou 11 ou 12, caractérisée en ce que la machine de catégorisation de substrat (01) présente au moins un dispositif de traitement de feuilles (33) pour traiter les feuilles (03), qui est disposé le long de la voie de transport prévue pour le transport de substrat (02 ; 03) après le au moins un système d'inspection (14 ; 16 ; 17 ; 18) et avant le au moins un dispositif de sortie (19).

- Machine de catégorisation de substrat selon la revendication 9 ou 11 ou 12 ou 13 ou 14, caractérisée en ce que la machine de catégorisation de substrat (01) et/ou machine de traitement de substrat (01) présente au moins un système de marquage (34) pour le marquage individuel de la bande de matériau (02) et/ou des feuilles (03) respectives.
