Vorrichtung (100) zum Trainieren der Muskulatur, umfassend ein Trainingsgerät (1 ) mit einem Kraftarm (2), welcher an einem ers ten Ende (3) mit Betätigungselementen (4) ausrüstbar ist und mit einem zweiten Ende (5) schwenkbar um eine Schwenkachse an einem ersten Gelenk (9) an einem Halteelement (6) angeordnet ist, wobei ein Druckfederelement (11 ) mit einem ersten Ende (10) an einem ersten Anlenkpunkt (12) an dem Kraftarm (2) anlenkbar ist und mit einem zweiten Ende (13) an einem zweiten Anlenkpunkt (14) an dem Halteelement (6) angelenkt ist, und eine Seilzuganordnung (50) mit einem Seil (60), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seilzuganordnung (50) mittels ei ner ersten Fixiereinrichtung (52) unabhängig vom Trainingsgerät (1 ) lösbar in einem räumlichen Bezug zum Trainingsgerät (1 ) fixiert ist und mit dem Kraftarm (2) des Trainingsgeräts (1 ) mittels einer zweiten Fixiereinrichtung (58) kombi- nierbar ist, so dass die Seilzuganordnung (50) mit dem Trainingsgerät (1 ) zur Ausübung eines Trainings verbindbar ist. 1.
