  • Manufacturing Of Cigar And Cigarette Tobacco (AREA)

Claims (16)

  1. Gerät zur Förderung und Prüfung eines Halbzeugs der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, umfassend
    - einen Förderer (10) mit einem Saugband (13), das ausgelegt ist, um das Halbzeug zu halten und entlang eines Förderwegs zu fördern, wobei der Förderer (10) mindestens einen Führungskanal (11) für das Halbzeug umfasst, der an den Seiten durch zwei Seitenwände (12) und an der Oberseite durch ein Saugband (13) abgegrenzt ist;
    - mindestens eine elektromagnetische Erkennungsvorrichtung (20, 40a, 40b), die mindestens einen Erkennungskanal definiert, der ausgelegt ist, um das Saugband (13) und mindestens einen Abschnitt des auf dem Saugband (13) gehaltenen Halbzeugs verschiebbar aufzunehmen, wobei die elektromagnetische Erkennungsvorrichtung (20, 40a, 40b) mindestens einen elektromagnetischen Sensor umfasst, um mindestens eine Eigenschaft des Halbzeugs und des Saugbands (13), die durch den Erkennungskanal geführt werden, zu erkennen,
    wobei das Fördergerät ausgelegt ist, um in einer ersten Auslegung zu arbeiten, in der die Erkennungseinheit mindestens eine Eigenschaft des durch den Erkennungskanal geführten Saugbands (13) erkennt und ein Referenzsignal generiert, und in einer zweiten Auslegung, in der die Erkennungseinheit mindestens eine Eigenschaft des Halbzeugs und des Saugbands (13), die durch den Erkennungskanal geführt werden, erkennt und ein Messsignal generiert,
    wobei das Fördergerät eine Steuereinheit (C) umfasst oder mit einer solchen assoziiert ist, die ausgelegt ist, um das Messsignal zu empfangen und zu verarbeiten und das Messsignal als eine Funktion des Referenzsignals zu korrigieren oder zu variieren, um ein effektives Messdatenelement zu gewinnen, das sich ausschließlich auf das Halbzeug bezieht, indem aus dem Messsignal eine auf das Saugband (13) zurückzuführende Komponente eliminiert wird.
  2. Gerät nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Saugband (13) mindestens ein Unterscheidungselement aufweist, das durch einen Abschnitt des Saugbands (13) definiert ist, aufweisend mindestens ein Unterscheidungsmerkmal, und wobei das Fördergerät mindestens einen Positionsdetektor (30, 50a, 50b) umfasst, der ausgelegt ist, um das mindestens eine Unterscheidungselement zu erkennen und ein Identifikationssignal zu generieren, das das Unterscheidungsmerkmal und den Zeitpunkt, an dem das Unterscheidungselement durch den Erkennungskanal geführt wird, darstellt.
  3. Gerät nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Steuereinheit (C) ausgelegt ist, um das Identifikationssignal und das Referenzsignal zu empfangen, indem diese miteinander verknüpft werden, um eine räumliche und/oder zeitliche Übereinstimmung zwischen dem Referenzsignal und dem Unterscheidungselement zu definieren.
  4. Gerät nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, wobei die Steuereinheit (C) ausgelegt ist, um das Referenzsignal als eine Funktion des Identifikationssignals zu modifizieren.
  5. Gerät nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei das Gerät Folgendes umfasst:
    - eine erste elektromagnetische Erkennungsvorrichtung (40a), die einen ersten Erkennungskanal definiert, der ausgelegt ist, um mindestens einen Abschnitt des Halbzeugs und des Saugbands (13) verschiebbar aufzunehmen, wobei die erste elektromagnetische Erkennungsvorrichtung (40a) mindestens einen elektromagnetischen Sensor umfasst, um mindestens eine Eigenschaft des Halbzeugs und des Saugbands (13), die durch den ersten Erkennungskanal geführt werden, zu erkennen;
    - eine zweite elektromagnetische Erkennungsvorrichtung (40b), die einen zweiten Erkennungskanal definiert, der ausgelegt ist, um mindestens einen Abschnitt des Saugbands (13) verschiebbar aufzunehmen, wobei die zweite elektromagnetische Erkennungsvorrichtung (40b) mindestens einen elektromagnetischen Sensor umfasst, um mindestens eine Eigenschaft des Saugbands (13), das durch den zweiten Erkennungskanal geführt wird, zu erkennen,
    wobei die erste und die zweite elektromagnetische Erkennungsvorrichtung (40a, 40b) auf unterschiedlichen Teilstücken des Förderers (10) befindlich sind, wobei die erste elektromagnetische Erkennungsvorrichtung (40a) vorzugsweise auf einer Betriebssektion des Förderers (10) befindlich ist und die zweite elektromagnetische Erkennungsvorrichtung (40b) auf einer Nichtbetriebssektion des Förderers (10) oder stromaufwärts eines Eintrittspunkts des Halbzeugs in den Führungskanal (11) befindlich ist.
  6. Gerät nach Anspruch 5, wenn abhängig von einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, umfassend
    - einen ersten Positionsdetektor (50a), der mit der ersten elektromagnetischen Erkennungsvorrichtung (40a) assoziiert und ausgelegt ist, um das mindestens eine Unterscheidungselement zu erkennen und ein Identifikationssignal zu generieren, das einen Zeitpunkt darstellt, an dem das Unterscheidungselement durch den ersten Erkennungskanal geführt wird;
    - einen zweiten Positionsdetektor (50b), der mit der zweiten elektromagnetischen Erkennungsvorrichtung (40b) assoziiert und ausgelegt ist, um das mindestens eine Unterscheidungselement zu erkennen und ein Identifikationssignal zu generieren, das einen Zeitpunkt darstellt, an dem das Unterscheidungselement durch den zweiten Erkennungskanal geführt wird.
  7. Gerät nach Anspruch 6, wobei der erste Positionsdetektor (50a) stromabwärts der ersten elektromechanischen Erkennungsvorrichtung (40a) entlang der Förderrichtung positioniert ist und die zweite elektromagnetische Erkennungsvorrichtung (40b) stromaufwärts der ersten elektromechanischen Erkennungsvorrichtung (40a) positioniert ist.
  8. Gerät nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, wobei ein jeder Positionsdetektor einen Encoder (E, 32, 52a, 52b) umfasst, der ausgelegt ist, um ein Positionssignal zu generieren, das eine Position eines jeden Abschnitts des Saugbands (13) relativ zur mindestens einen elektromechanischen Erkennungsvorrichtung (20) darstellt.
  9. Gerät nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, wobei ein jeder Positionsdetektor einen Unterbrechungssensor (31, 51a, 51b) umfasst, der ausgelegt ist, um das mindestens eine Unterscheidungsmerkmal zu erkennen, indem identifiziert wird, wann das Unterscheidungsmerkmal am Positionsdetektor vorbeigeführt wird.
  10. Gerät nach Anspruch 9, wobei das Unterscheidungselement ein grafisches Zeichen, einen Einschnitt oder eine Kerbe oder eine Verbindungsstelle auf dem Saugband (13) ist und es sich beim Unterbrechungssensor (31, 51a, 51b) um eine optische Inspektionsvorrichtung handelt, vorzugsweise um eine Bilderfassungsvorrichtung oder um eine Fotozelle, die ausgestaltet ist, um den Durchgang des Unterscheidungselements zu erkennen.
  11. Gerät nach Anspruch 9, wobei das Unterscheidungselement ein Metalleinsatz ist und der Unterbrechungssensor (31, 51a, 51b) ein elektromagnetischer Sensor ist, der ausgestaltet ist, um den Durchgang des Unterscheidungselements zu erkennen.
  12. Gerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die mindestens eine elektromagnetische Erkennungsvorrichtung (20, 40a, 40b) eine elektromagnetische Mikrowellenerkennungsvorrichtung ist, die vorzugsweise ausgelegt ist, um zwischen 108 und 1012 Hz zu arbeiten.
  13. Verfahren zur Förderung und Prüfung eines Halbzeugs der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
    - Halten und Fördern des Halbzeugs entlang eines Führungskanals (11), der an den Seiten durch zwei Seitenwände (12) und an der Oberseite durch ein Saugband (13) begrenzt ist;
    - Bereitstellen von mindestens einer elektromagnetischen Erkennungsvorrichtung (20, 40a, 40b), die mindestens einen Erkennungskanal definiert, der ausgelegt ist, um das Saugband (13) und mindestens einen Abschnitt des auf dem Saugband (13) gehaltenen Halbzeugs verschiebbar aufzunehmen;
    - Erkennen von mindestens einer Eigenschaft des Saugbands (13), das durch den Erkennungskanal geführt wird, und Generieren eines Referenzsignals;
    - Messen von mindestens einer Eigenschaft des Halbzeugs und des Saugbands (13), die durch den Erkennungskanal geführt werden, und Generieren eines Messsignals;
    - Verarbeiten des Messsignals und dessen Korrigieren oder Variieren als eine Funktion des Referenzsignals, sodass ein effektives Messdatenelement gewonnen wird, das sich nur auf das Halbzeug bezieht, indem aus dem Messsignal eine auf das Saugband (13) zurückzuführende Komponente eliminiert wird.
  14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, wobei der Schritt zum Erkennen vor oder nach dem Schritt zum Messen durchgeführt wird.
  15. Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, wobei der Schritt zum Erkennen die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - Bewirken, dass das Saugband (13) durch den mindestens einen Erkennungskanal um eine volle Umdrehung des Saugbands (13) geschoben wird;
    - gleichzeitig Erkennen von mindestens einer Eigenschaft des durch den mindestens einen Erkennungskanal geführten Saugbands (13) mittels der elektromagnetischen Erkennungsvorrichtung (20, 40a, 40b);
    - Assoziieren der mindestens einen gemessenen Eigenschaft mit nachfolgenden Abschnitten des Saugbands (13) und Generieren eines Referenzsignals.
  16. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, wobei der Schritt zum Bereitstellen die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - Bereitstellen einer ersten elektromagnetischen Erkennungsvorrichtung (40a), die einen ersten Erkennungskanal definiert, der ausgelegt ist, um das Saugband (13) und mindestens einen Abschnitt des auf dem Saugband (13) gehaltenen Halbzeugs verschiebbar aufzunehmen;
    - Bereitstellen einer zweiten elektromagnetischen Erkennungsvorrichtung (40b), die einen zweiten Erkennungskanal definiert, der ausgelegt ist, um das Saugband (13) verschiebbar aufzunehmen,
    wobei der Schritt zum Erkennen den folgenden Schritt umfasst:
    - Erkennen von mindestens einer Eigenschaft des durch den zweiten Erkennungskanal geführten Saugbands (13) mittels der zweiten elektromagnetischen Erkennungsvorrichtung (40b), und wobei der Schritt zum Messen den folgenden Schritt umfasst:
    - Messen von mindestens einer Eigenschaft des Halbzeugs und des Saugbands (13), die durch den ersten Erkennungskanal geführt werden, mittels der ersten elektromagnetischen Erkennungsvorrichtung (40a), wobei der Schritt zum Erkennen gleichzeitig mit dem Schritt zum Messen durchgeführt wird.
