Definitions
- the invention relates to an arrangement for the hinged connection of a sash profile to a frame profile, comprising the sash profile, the frame profile, and a band for the hinged connection of the sash profile to the frame profile about a hinge axis, wherein the band comprises a hinge tab with a hinge part, in particular having a hinge sleeve for receiving a hinge pin, and with a mounting part which can be connected to the hinge part, has a first contact surface and at least two countersunk pins protruding from the first contact surface, and can be fastened to one of the sash profile and the frame profile, in particular by inserting the at least two countersunk pins into a recess formed on the respective profile.
- a hinge plate with a countersunk pin protruding from a contact surface for engaging with a hollow profile is known.
- the countersunk pin can be used in particular to improve the absorption of transverse forces on the profile and, in an assembled state, protrudes into a recess on the profile, which is advantageously a precise fit.
- a hinge flap with a mounting part is known in which a fitting extension can be inserted through a recess into a profile chamber and can be expanded using a screw to secure the mounting part.
- the screw can be screwed into the fitting extension from the front or back of the profile.
- the DE 89 10 702 U1 , the US 1 391 304 A and the EP0 844 348 A locking device for windows and doors is known in which, when a sash is closed, a locking part on the sash side interacts with a locking part on the frame side in such a way that even if a hinge connection is destroyed, the sash can be prevented from falling out or becoming further detached from the frame.
- the locking part can also be attached to a hinge part via a connection.
- the countersunk pin can only absorb or transfer relatively low or no forces between the leaf and frame.
- the forces acting in this direction can therefore only be absorbed by the screw connections.
- deformations of the hollow profile can occur in certain situations, particularly in the area of the screw arrangement. The aim is therefore to create a connection between the leaf and frame that is permanently precise and particularly stable in all conditions, even with particularly heavy door leaves.
- the object of the present invention is therefore to provide an arrangement which improves at least one of the above-mentioned disadvantages and in particular enables a permanently secure and stable connection to hollow profiles, even if these are relatively narrow and/or thin-walled.
- the invention solves the problem by an arrangement with a hinge flap having the features of the main claim.
- the mounting part has a second contact surface that is aligned substantially perpendicular to the first contact surface, wherein the mounting part can be fastened to the second contact surface by means of at least one first fastening screw on one of the sash profile and the frame profile.
- This has the particular advantage that different fastening directions are possible by means of the countersunk pin and the first fastening screw, so that not only the strength of the connection can be increased, but also the accessibility of the components and thus the entire assembly can be improved.
- the first contact surface of the mounting part preferably rests on that wall surface of the profile, in particular an outer wall, which is arranged substantially perpendicular to an end wall of the profile.
- This wall surface can in particular be formed by a projection formed on the profile, in particular a projection in the direction of the end wall, that is to say in the direction of the frame or a recess for the sash. It can be provided that the mounting part in the area of the first contact surface is not fastened to one of the sash profile and the frame profile by means of a fastening screw, but exclusively by means of the at least one countersunk pin. In another area of the mounting part, in particular on the second contact surface, the at least one first fastening screw for fastening the mounting part to one of the sash profile and the frame profile can be provided. Particularly preferably, two first fastening screws are provided.
- a separately designed securing element is provided for securing the mounting part, wherein the countersunk pins can be connected to the one securing element, in particular can be brought into engagement.
- the securing element can be fastened to the countersunk pins using a screw connection. This enables a particularly stable connection between the mounting part and the securing element.
- the securing element can be fastened to the countersunk pin using at least one second fastening screw.
- the securing element is particularly preferably fastened to each of the countersunk pins using a second fastening screw.
- the countersunk pin extends in the assembled state through at least a part of one of the sash profile and the frame profile, in particular through a projection of the profile. According to the invention, the countersunk pin completely penetrates at least a part of one of the sash profile and the frame profile in the assembled state.
- the countersunk pin has a flat front side against which the securing element rests with a first securing element contact surface in the assembled state.
- the connection of the countersunk pin to the securing element can be arranged, for example, in the front end area of the countersunk pin.
- the countersunk pin can be designed separately and fixed to the mounting part.
- the countersunk pin is preferably designed on the mounting part and forms a single component with it. This enables a particularly stable connection between the mounting part and the profile, in particular for the use of particularly heavy door leaves.
- the countersunk pin preferably extends in its longitudinal extension essentially perpendicular to the first contact surface.
- the countersunk pin particularly preferably extends in its longitudinal extension parallel offset and perpendicular to the hinge axis.
- the shape of the countersunk pin is irrelevant for the present invention.
- the The countersunk pin can be designed as a cylinder or rod.
- the countersunk pin can also have a polygonal shape in cross section, for example a square or hexagonal shape.
- the countersunk pin preferably has a length in the direction away from the first contact surface that is greater than a width of the countersunk pin defined perpendicular to the length.
- the countersunk pin particularly preferably has a length that is approximately twice its width.
- the securing element serves to secure the countersunk pin against being released from an operating position, in particular from the recess formed on the respective profile.
- the securing element can also be connected to another component, such as one of the sash profile and the frame profile.
- the securing element is designed as an independent, separate component which can be connected to one of the sash profile and the frame profile independently of the mounting part.
- one of the sash profile and the frame profile is to be understood in particular as one and the same profile, whereby this profile can be the sash profile or the frame profile.
- the other of the sash profile and the frame profile is accordingly also the same profile, but always the other than the one.
- the securing element can be fastened to one of the sash profile and the frame profile.
- the securing element can thus be fastened to one of the sash profile and the frame profile as well as to the countersunk pin.
- This makes it possible for the assembly part in the assembled state to be permanently fixed in a predefined position on one of the sash profile and the frame profile by means of the countersunk pin, on the one hand, and for the forces acting in the direction perpendicular to the first contact surface to be transmitted via this, on the other hand. Overall, this enables a permanently secure and particularly stable connection of the assembly part to a respective profile.
- a fastening means known per se can be provided for fastening the securing element.
- the securing element is particularly preferably first fastened to the at least one countersunk pin and then to one of the sash profile and the frame profile. This allows for particularly convenient installation of the hinge flap and a particularly stable connection of the hinge shutter to the respective profile.
- an internal thread is formed either on the mounting part, in particular on the countersunk pin, with which at least one second fastening screw that passes through the securing element can be brought into engagement, or that the countersunk pin passes through the securing element with a section and has an external thread in an axial end region on which a nut that fixes the securing element can be arranged.
- the second fastening screw is preferably aligned perpendicular to the first fastening screw in its longitudinal extension.
- the countersunk pin preferably has a fit that corresponds to a recess formed in one of the sash profile and the frame profile, for example a cylinder shape corresponding to a hole.
- This allows the mounting part to be attached to the sash or frame profile particularly conveniently, and also enables a particularly advantageous transfer of force from the sash to the frame. In particular, this can effectively prevent deformation of the profile wall in the area of the first fastening screw.
- the cylinder advantageously has a slightly smaller diameter than the hole.
- the countersunk pin does not necessarily have to be designed as a round rod, but can also be designed as a rod with a square cross-section, for example with a square or hexagonal shape.
- the countersunk pin can in particular be designed as a dowel pin or dowel bolt.
- the countersunk pin in the assembled state, is arranged with its front side in the plane of a profile wall surface facing the securing element, in particular a rear wall of a profile projection.
- the securing element can rest with the first securing element contact surface both on the front side surface of the countersunk pin and on the profile wall surface facing the securing element.
- the mounting part has several, in particular three, countersunk pins, each of which can be inserted into a recess formed separately on one of the sash profile and the frame profile.
- the countersunk pins are particularly preferably arranged in a row parallel to the hinge axis. This allows bending forces occurring between the sash and frame, in particular on the mounting part, to be transmitted particularly safely and effectively.
- the securing element can preferably be secured to one of the sash profile and the frame profile using at least one third fastening screw, in particular independently of the mounting part. This enables both a particularly strong connection between the mounting part and the profile and convenient installation of the securing element.
- the third fastening screw is preferably arranged in its longitudinal extension perpendicular to the second fastening screw that can be brought into engagement with the countersunk pin.
- the securing element is particularly preferably secured to the profile using several, in particular three, third fastening screws and with a second fastening screw to each of the preferably three countersunk pins. If several third fastening screws are provided, these are preferably arranged in a row parallel to the hinge axis.
- the first fastening screw and the third fastening screw are preferably arranged parallel to one another in their longitudinal extension and the second fastening screw is arranged perpendicular to them.
- the mounting part in the assembled state is arranged on a front side of a profile projection and the securing element on the back of the profile projection, and the countersunk pins extend through the profile projection.
- the mounting part lies flat with the first contact surface on the front or front wall of the profile projection and the securing element on the back wall of the profile projection. This enables a permanently secure and particularly stable connection of the mounting profile to the profile.
- the hinge part and the assembly part can basically be a common, in particular one-piece component.
- the hinge part and the assembly part are two separate components that can be attached to one another.
- the hinge part can be moved relative to the mounting part in at least one adjustment direction. This enables the sash to be positioned precisely in relation to the frame.
- the reference number 300 shows a hinge plate as is known from the prior art.
- the hinge plate 300 has a body 6 with two second hinge parts 7a, 7b and a mounting part connecting the hinge parts 7a, 7b.
- the body 6 can be attached to a profile, in particular to another of the sash profile 8 and the frame profile 9, via two fastening screws that can be arranged in the area of the mounting part - not shown here.
- the hinge plate 300 is as follows: Figure 1 two or three holes on a web section between the two hinge parts 7a, 7b, whereby these holes - in particular to simplify production - can alternatively be designed as an elongated hole.
- the hinge plate 300 has two countersunk pins, which can each be brought into engagement in a hole formed on the profile 8, 9. As can be seen from Figure 1 As can be seen, these countersunk pins can absorb bending and transverse forces occurring on the hinge flap 300, but not forces which act in the direction of the longitudinal extension of the countersunk pins.
- a hinge tab 1 of a hinge 100 of an arrangement according to the invention is shown in an assembled state 200.
- the hinge tab 1 is mounted on a sash profile 8 in the present case, but can of course also be mounted on a frame profile 9 as an alternative.
- the hinge tab 1 serves to connect the sash profile 8 to the frame profile 9 in a hinged manner about a hinge axis S.
- the hinge tab 1 has, among other things, a hinge part 2 and a separately formed assembly part 3.
- the hinge part 2 has a hinge sleeve surrounding a hinge bolt 5 and can be displaced with the mounting part 3 via screws 31a, 31b, 31c in a manner known per se relative to the mounting part 3 in at least one adjustment direction and can be fastened to the mounting part 3.
- the mounting part 3 In addition to a contact surface provided for receiving the hinge part 2, the mounting part 3 also has a first contact surface 14 and a second contact surface 15, with which the mounting part 3 rests on the profile 8 in the mounted state 200. In this state, the mounting part 3 rests with the first contact surface 14 in particular on a front wall 27 and with the second contact surface 15 on an end wall 30 of the profile 8, in particular on a profile projection 25 formed on the profile 8.
- the mounting part 3 On the first contact surface 14, the mounting part 3 has protruding countersunk pins 10a, 10b, 10c, as shown in particular in Figure 4 These countersunk pins 10a, 10b, 10c extend in the assembled state 200 through at least a part of the profile 8, in particular through the profile projection 25, as shown in particular in Figure 3 is shown.
- the mounting part 3 On the second contact surface 15, the mounting part 3 has holes through which two first fastening screws 11a and 11b extend, via which the mounting part 3 can be fastened to the profile 8.

In the case of particularly heavy leaves and/or particularly high loads, particularly in the direction perpendicular to the first contact surface or away from the profile surface with the recess, the countersunk pin can only absorb or transfer relatively low or no forces between the leaf and frame. The forces acting in this direction can therefore only be absorbed by the screw connections. In particular with relatively narrow and/or thin-walled profiles, as is more common nowadays, deformations of the hollow profile can occur in certain situations, particularly in the area of the screw arrangement. The aim is therefore to create a connection between the leaf and frame that is permanently precise and particularly stable in all conditions, even with particularly heavy door leaves.
The object of the present invention is therefore to provide an arrangement which improves at least one of the above-mentioned disadvantages and in particular enables a permanently secure and stable connection to hollow profiles, even if these are relatively narrow and/or thin-walled.
The invention solves the problem by an arrangement with a hinge flap having the features of the main claim.
Advantageous embodiments and further developments of the invention are disclosed in the subclaims, the description and the figures.
According to the invention, the mounting part has a second contact surface that is aligned substantially perpendicular to the first contact surface, wherein the mounting part can be fastened to the second contact surface by means of at least one first fastening screw on one of the sash profile and the frame profile. This has the particular advantage that different fastening directions are possible by means of the countersunk pin and the first fastening screw, so that not only the strength of the connection can be increased, but also the accessibility of the components and thus the entire assembly can be improved. In the assembled state, the first contact surface of the mounting part preferably rests on that wall surface of the profile, in particular an outer wall, which is arranged substantially perpendicular to an end wall of the profile. This wall surface can in particular be formed by a projection formed on the profile, in particular a projection in the direction of the end wall, that is to say in the direction of the frame or a recess for the sash.
According to the invention, a separately designed securing element is provided for securing the mounting part, wherein the countersunk pins can be connected to the one securing element, in particular can be brought into engagement. This makes it possible for the mounting part to be permanently fixed in a predefined position on one of the sash profile and the frame profile in an assembled state by means of the countersunk pins, in particular also in the direction perpendicular to the first contact surface. This enables a permanently secure and particularly stable connection of the mounting profile to a hollow profile.
According to the invention, the securing element can be fastened to the countersunk pins using a screw connection. This enables a particularly stable connection between the mounting part and the securing element. The securing element can be fastened to the countersunk pin using at least one second fastening screw. The securing element is particularly preferably fastened to each of the countersunk pins using a second fastening screw.
According to the invention, the countersunk pin extends in the assembled state through at least a part of one of the sash profile and the frame profile, in particular through a projection of the profile. According to the invention, the countersunk pin completely penetrates at least a part of one of the sash profile and the frame profile in the assembled state.
According to the invention, the countersunk pin has a flat front side against which the securing element rests with a first securing element contact surface in the assembled state. As a result, the contact surface between the countersunk pin and the securing element can be advantageously enlarged, so that a particularly stable connection between the securing element and the countersunk pin is possible.
The connection of the countersunk pin to the securing element can be arranged, for example, in the front end area of the countersunk pin. In principle, the countersunk pin can be designed separately and fixed to the mounting part. The countersunk pin is preferably designed on the mounting part and forms a single component with it. This enables a particularly stable connection between the mounting part and the profile, in particular for the use of particularly heavy door leaves. The countersunk pin preferably extends in its longitudinal extension essentially perpendicular to the first contact surface. The countersunk pin particularly preferably extends in its longitudinal extension parallel offset and perpendicular to the hinge axis. The shape of the countersunk pin is irrelevant for the present invention. For example, the The countersunk pin can be designed as a cylinder or rod. Alternatively, the countersunk pin can also have a polygonal shape in cross section, for example a square or hexagonal shape. The countersunk pin preferably has a length in the direction away from the first contact surface that is greater than a width of the countersunk pin defined perpendicular to the length. The countersunk pin particularly preferably has a length that is approximately twice its width.
The securing element serves to secure the countersunk pin against being released from an operating position, in particular from the recess formed on the respective profile. For this purpose, the securing element can also be connected to another component, such as one of the sash profile and the frame profile. The securing element is designed as an independent, separate component which can be connected to one of the sash profile and the frame profile independently of the mounting part.
The expression "one of the sash profile and the frame profile" is to be understood in particular as one and the same profile, whereby this profile can be the sash profile or the frame profile. "The other of the sash profile and the frame profile" is accordingly also the same profile, but always the other than the one.
Preferably, the securing element can be fastened to one of the sash profile and the frame profile. The securing element can thus be fastened to one of the sash profile and the frame profile as well as to the countersunk pin. This makes it possible for the assembly part in the assembled state to be permanently fixed in a predefined position on one of the sash profile and the frame profile by means of the countersunk pin, on the one hand, and for the forces acting in the direction perpendicular to the first contact surface to be transmitted via this, on the other hand. Overall, this enables a permanently secure and particularly stable connection of the assembly part to a respective profile. In particular, a fastening means known per se can be provided for fastening the securing element. The securing element is particularly preferably first fastened to the at least one countersunk pin and then to one of the sash profile and the frame profile. This allows for particularly convenient installation of the hinge flap and a particularly stable connection of the hinge shutter to the respective profile.
It is particularly preferred that, in order to fasten the securing element to the countersunk pin, an internal thread is formed either on the mounting part, in particular on the countersunk pin, with which at least one second fastening screw that passes through the securing element can be brought into engagement, or that the countersunk pin passes through the securing element with a section and has an external thread in an axial end region on which a nut that fixes the securing element can be arranged. The second fastening screw is preferably aligned perpendicular to the first fastening screw in its longitudinal extension.
The countersunk pin preferably has a fit that corresponds to a recess formed in one of the sash profile and the frame profile, for example a cylinder shape corresponding to a hole. This allows the mounting part to be attached to the sash or frame profile particularly conveniently, and also enables a particularly advantageous transfer of force from the sash to the frame. In particular, this can effectively prevent deformation of the profile wall in the area of the first fastening screw. The cylinder advantageously has a slightly smaller diameter than the hole. The countersunk pin does not necessarily have to be designed as a round rod, but can also be designed as a rod with a square cross-section, for example with a square or hexagonal shape. The countersunk pin can in particular be designed as a dowel pin or dowel bolt.
It is preferably provided that, in the assembled state, the countersunk pin is arranged with its front side in the plane of a profile wall surface facing the securing element, in particular a rear wall of a profile projection. As a result, the securing element can rest with the first securing element contact surface both on the front side surface of the countersunk pin and on the profile wall surface facing the securing element.
The mounting part has several, in particular three, countersunk pins, each of which can be inserted into a recess formed separately on one of the sash profile and the frame profile. The countersunk pins are particularly preferably arranged in a row parallel to the hinge axis. This allows bending forces occurring between the sash and frame, in particular on the mounting part, to be transmitted particularly safely and effectively.
The securing element can preferably be secured to one of the sash profile and the frame profile using at least one third fastening screw, in particular independently of the mounting part. This enables both a particularly strong connection between the mounting part and the profile and convenient installation of the securing element. The third fastening screw is preferably arranged in its longitudinal extension perpendicular to the second fastening screw that can be brought into engagement with the countersunk pin. The securing element is particularly preferably secured to the profile using several, in particular three, third fastening screws and with a second fastening screw to each of the preferably three countersunk pins. If several third fastening screws are provided, these are preferably arranged in a row parallel to the hinge axis. The first fastening screw and the third fastening screw are preferably arranged parallel to one another in their longitudinal extension and the second fastening screw is arranged perpendicular to them.
It is preferably provided that in the assembled state the mounting part is arranged on a front side of a profile projection and the securing element on the back of the profile projection, and the countersunk pins extend through the profile projection. Particularly preferably, the mounting part lies flat with the first contact surface on the front or front wall of the profile projection and the securing element on the back wall of the profile projection. This enables a permanently secure and particularly stable connection of the mounting profile to the profile.
The hinge part and the assembly part can basically be a common, in particular one-piece component. Preferably, the hinge part and the assembly part are two separate components that can be attached to one another. Particularly preferred The hinge part can be moved relative to the mounting part in at least one adjustment direction. This enables the sash to be positioned precisely in relation to the frame.
