Die Fig. 1 zeigt eine Explosionsdarstellung einer erfindungsgemäßen Anordnung eines Scharniers 1, von dem lediglich ein Aufnahmekörper dargestellt ist. Aus Gründen der Übersichtlichkeit sind das eigentliche Gelenk, das andere Bandteil sowie gegebenenfalls vorhandenen Verstelleinrichtungen des Türbandes nicht dargestellt. Zwischen dem Scharnier 1 und dem als ebene Fläche angedeuteten Hohlkammerprofil 2 ist ein Zwischenstück 3 angeordnet, welches mit Hilfe einer Halteschraube 4 durch Eindrehen in eine Bohrung 5 in dem Hohlkammerprofil 2 befestigbar ist. Außenseitig sind an dem Scharnier 1 Zapfen 6 angeordnet, die durch zugeordnete Öffnungen 7 des Zwischenstücks 3 hindurchtreten und in Ausnehmungen 8 des Hohlkammerprofils 2 eingreifen können. Das Scharnier 1 ist durch Befestigungsschrauben 9, die zugeordnete angepasste Innengewinde 10 des Zwischenstücks 3 durchgreifen, an dem Hohlkammerprofil 2 befestigbar. Hierzu sind an dem Hohlkammerprofil 2 ebenfalls Vorbohrungen 5 vorgesehen. Sowohl die Halteschraube 4 als auch die Befestigungsschrauben 9 sind als selbstschneidende Schrauben ausgebildet, die gegenüber den Vorbohrungen 5 ein Übermaß aufweisen und in diese durch Eindrehen ein Innengewinde hineinschneiden. Die Zapfen 6 sind so ausgebildet, dass sie die zugeordneten Öffnungen 7 des Zwischenstücks 3 spielfrei durchgreifen und mit Übermaß in die Ausnehmungen 8 des Hohlkammerprofils 2 einpressbar sind. Im montierten Zustand befinden sich das Zwischenstück 3 mit dem Hohlkammerprofil 2 und dem Scharnier 1 jeweils an gegenüberliegenden parallelen Seiten 11, 11' jeweils flächig in Anlage. Zusätzlich ist der Aufnahmekörper des Scharniers 1 so ausgebildet, dass er an der nicht dargestellten Rückseite eine Ausnehmung aufweist, in die das Zwischenstück 3 formschlüssig entlang der Achse der Zapfen 6 einschiebbar ist. Damit umgreift das Scharnier 1 im montierten Zustand das Zwischenstück 3 zusätzlich zum flächigen Kontakt auch umlaufend, was eine verbesserte Kraftübertragung ermöglicht. An der hier sichtbaren Ausnehmung der Rückseite des Scharniers 1 sind Stützrippen 15 sichtbar, die die Anlagefläche für die dem Scharnier 1 zugewandte Seite 11 des Zwischenstücks 3 bilden. Die Stützrippen 15 bilden eine stabile und materialsparende Innenkonstruktion des Aufnahmekörpers des Scharniers 1. Es ist erkennbar, dass in einer der Kammern des Hohlkammerprofils 2 ein metallisches Verstärkungselement 17 angeordnet ist, in das die Schrauben 4, 9 sowie die Zapfen 6 eingreifen. Das Verstärkungselement 17 ist als gekantetes Rechteckprofil in das Hohlkammerprofil 2 eingesetzt. Weiterhin zeigt das Hohlkammerprofil 2 in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel einzelne, Hohlkammern abtrennende Zwischenwände, die parallel zu den Achsen der Schrauben 4, 9 und Zapfen 6 verlaufen und so zwischen dem Verstärkungselement 17 und dem Zwischenstück 3 angeordnet sind, dass ihre Verlängerungen die jeweiligen Kontaktflächen des Hohlkammerprofils 2 mit dem Zwischenstück 3 bzw. dem Verstärkungselement 17 schneiden. Hierdurch ist das Hohlkammerprofil 2 intern besonders gut gegen eine Vorspannung zwischen Zwischenstück 3 und Verstärkungselement 17 ausgestattet.
