- This electronic control module is programmed to receive the information from the first remote control when the first person presses one of the keys of this first remote control and to operate accordingly: the motorized electric actuator 12 of the backrest 6, when one of the first two keys of the first remote control is activated;
- this electronic control module is programmed to receive information from the second remote control when the second person presses one of the keys of this second remote control and to actuate accordingly: the motorized electric actuator 13 of the backrest 8, when one of the first two buttons on the second remote control is pressed;
- the simultaneous and synchronized control of the two motorized electric jacks 40, 41 of the two crossbars 38, 39 guarantees to raise and lower the frame 3 while maintaining it in a horizontal plane and avoids creating a height offset between the first part 4 and the second part 5 of the frame 3, so as to prevent any risk of shearing of a member of one of the bedridden persons, said height offset being moreover made impossible by the presence of the first connecting pieces 24 put in place between said first part 4 and second part 5 of the frame 3.
- the electronic control module of the interface box 55 is programmed so that when the two remote controls are actuated simultaneously to control the height adjustment of the bed, the actuation of the two motorized electric jacks 40, 41 of the two crosspieces 38, 39 is neutralized.
- the module could also be programmed electronic control of the interface box 55 so that the first actuated remote control takes priority over the other remote control as regards the height adjustment of the position of the bed base 2.
- the bed 1 comprises a headboard panel 57 which is mounted at the level of the first end 3 a of the frame 3 and a footboard panel 58 which is mounted at the level of the second end 3b of the frame 3.
- the panels 57, 58 each comprise two pins 59, 60 on their two lateral sides 57a, 57b, 58a, 58b, these two pins 59, 60 extending on the side of the internal faces 61, 62 of said panels 57, 58.
- the two pins 59, 60 of the headboard panel 57 fit respectively into the first longitudinal ends 20a, 23a of the two longitudinal members 20, 23 distant from the two parts 4, 5 of the frame 3.
- the two pins 59, 60 of the footboard panel 58 fit respectively into the second longitudinal ends 20b, 23b of the two side members 20, 23 distant from the two parts 4, 5 of the frame 3.
- these two panels 57, 58 constitute in them -same two first complementary connecting pieces since they also participate in keeping the two parts 4, 5 of the frame 3 assembled, glued one next to the other in the same plane.
- the bed 1 is equipped with two transport carriages 63 (only one illustrated in FIG. 10).
- Each transport cart 63 placed flat on a floor, receives in a lying position on the side one of the two parts 4, 5 of the frame 3 and one of the two parts 36, 37 of the frame 35 to which the crosspiece 38 is subjected, 39 correspondent.
- the part 4, 5 of the frame 3 also remains subject to the cross 38, 39, but one could provide a variant of the transport cart 63 requiring disassembly of the part 4, 5 of the frame 3 vis-à-vis the cross 38 , 39 for holding them separately on said carriage 63.
- the two transport carriages 63 are evacuated to be stored in a cupboard, for example.
- Each transport cart 63 comprises two independent support structures 64, 65 each mounted on casters 66, 67 and each comprising a vertical post 68, 69 on which is fixed one end 4a, 4b, 5a, 5b of the part 4, 5 of the frame 3 to which the respective crosspiece 38, 39 and the part 36, 37 of the respective chassis 35 remain subject.
- the vertical uprights 68, 69 each comprise two horizontal pins (not shown), similar to the two pins 59, 60 on the headboard or footboard panel 57, 58 illustrated in FIG.
- butterfly screws 70 (illustrated for example in FIGS. 3 and 13) then ensure the blocking between the two vertical uprights 68, 69 and the two respective ends 4a, 4b, 5a, 5b of said part 4, 5 of the frame 3.
- an electronic interface system comprising two electronic interface boxes connected to an electronic distribution box, the motorized electric jacks 13, 14, 15, 16 of the bus lifter 6.8 and of the lifter legs 7, 9 being connected to the first electronic interface box, the electric jacks 40, 41 of the cross pieces 38, 39 being connected to the second electronic interface box and the remote controls being connected to the electronic distribution box.
- Activation of one of the first two keys and / or of one of the two second keys of the first remote control makes it possible to actuate respectively the motorized electric actuator 12 of the first backrest 6 and / or the motorized electric actuator 14 of the first leg lifter 7 by means of the electronic distribution box and the first electronic interface box.
- the activation of one of the first two keys and / or of one of the two second keys of the second remote control makes it possible to actuate respectively the motorized electric actuator 13 of the second backrest 8 and / or the actuator electric motor 15 of the second leg rest 9 via the electronic distribution unit and the first electronic interface unit.
- the actuation of one of the two third keys of the first remote control or of the second remote control makes it possible to simultaneously actuate the two motorized electric jacks 40, 41 of the two crosspieces 38, 39 by means of the electronic distribution unit. and the second electronic interface box.
- control members to replace or supplement the remote controls, for example a voice recognition system or an optical recognition system, in the event of the inability of one or other of the bedridden persons to move. arms, even speaking.
