Claims (15)
- Film de contrôle de lumière pourvu d'au moins une couche fonctionnelle (9) qui est formée par une multitude de microstructures (10) destinées au contrôle de lumière lesquelles sont réalisées dans un plan d'extension de la couche fonctionnelle (9), et pourvu d'au moins une caractéristique de sécurité (52, 53, 54, 55) qui est réalisée dans lesdites microstructures (10) destinées au contrôle de lumière, les microstructures (10) étant orientées de manière perpendiculaire au plan d'extension de la couche fonctionnelle (9) ou de manière inclinée par rapport au plan d'extension de la couche fonctionnelle (9) de sorte que pour deux microstructures (10) voisines, l'une des deux microstructures (10) n'est pas complètement recouverte par l'autre microstructure (10) et que plusieurs ou toutes les microstructures (10) sont au moins dans certaines zones réalisées en couleur, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une zone d'au moins une microstructure (10) destinée au contrôle de lumière est éliminée en vue de former ladite au moins une caractéristique de sécurité (52, 53, 54, 55) en couleur.
- Film de contrôle de lumière selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la caractéristique de sécurité (52, 53, 54, 55) ne peut pas être vue selon un angle primaire par rapport à la couche fonctionnelle (9) et devient visible à partir d'un angle visuel autre que celui-ci.
- Film de contrôle de lumière selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les microstructures (10) sont colorées en une ou plusieurs couleurs ou en ce que les microstructures (10) présentent un revêtement de couleur ou une métallisation colorée.
- Film de contrôle de lumière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les microstructures (10) alignées les unes aux autres sont conçues de manière à présenter des couleurs variables ou alternantes ou en ce que des microstructures (10) transparentes sont prévues entre des microstructures (10) de couleur.
- Film de contrôle de lumière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les microstructures (10) alignées les unes aux autres présentent une succession récurrente des couleurs RVB (Rouge, Vert, Bleu) ou des couleurs CMJ (Cyan, Magenta, Jaune).
- Film de contrôle de lumière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les microstructures (10) sont réalisées en tant que lamelles (41, 42, 43) alignées les unes aux autres qui s'étendent dans une direction située à l'intérieur du plan d'extension de la couche fonctionnelle (9).
- Film de contrôle de lumière selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les lamelles (41, 42, 43) sont orientées selon un angle compris entre 1° et 90° par rapport au plan d'extension de la couche fonctionnelle (9) et en ce que de préférence toutes les lamelles (41, 42, 43) sont orientées selon le même angle les unes par rapport aux autres.
- Film de contrôle de lumière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que sur la face supérieure de la couche fonctionnelle (9) est prévue une couche de recouvrement (6) transparente qui, de préférence, peut être marquée par rayonnement laser et/ou en ce que sur une face inférieure de la couche fonctionnelle (9) est prévue une couche de recouvrement (7) transparente ou une couche de recouvrement blanche, colorée ou opaque.
- Film de contrôle de lumière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une couche intermédiaire (8) est prévue entre la couche fonctionnelle (9) et la couche de recouvrement supérieure et/ou inférieure (6, 7).
- Film de contrôle de lumière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une caractéristique de sécurité (52, 53, 55) est réalisée dans la microstructure (10) d'un seul côté ou des deux côtés ou en ce qu'une partie d'une caractéristique de sécurité (52, 53, 55) est réalisée dans la microstructure (10) sur ladite une face et que la partie complémentaire de la caractéristique de sécurité (52, 53, 55) est réalisée dans la microstructure (10) sur la face opposée de sorte qu'une caractéristique (52, 53, 55) complète peut être vue de préférence à partir des deux faces.
- Document pourvu d'un corps composite (4) qui comprend au moins une image (19) et/ou des données de personnalisation (22), caractérisé en ce que le corps composite (4) comprend un film de contrôle de lumière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10 ou est réalisé sous la forme d'une feuille de contrôle de lumière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10.
- Procédé destiné à fabriquer un document (11) formé d'au moins un corps composite (4) qui est constitué d'un film de contrôle de lumière ou qui comprend au moins un film de contrôle de lumière qui présente au moins une couche fonctionnelle (9) pourvue d'une multitude de microstructures (10) destinées au contrôle de lumière, la microstructure (10) étant orientée de manière perpendiculaire au plan d'extension de la couche fonctionnelle (9) ou de manière inclinée par rapport au plan d'extension de la couche fonctionnelle (9) de sorte que pour deux microstructures (10) voisines, l'une des deux microstructures (10) n'est pas complètement recouverte par l'autre microstructure (10), caractérisé en ce que la couche fonctionnelle (9) du film de contrôle de lumière, dans lequel plusieurs ou toutes les microstructures (10) sont au moins dans certaines zones réalisées en couleur, est usinée au moyen d'un rayon laser, et en ce qu'au moins une zone de ladite au moins une microstructure (10) destinée au contrôle de lumière est détruite en vue de former une caractéristique de sécurité (52, 53, 54, 55) en couleur.
- Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que pour la réalisation de la caractéristique de sécurité (52, 53, 54, 55) en couleur, le rayon laser est orienté de manière perpendiculaire au plan d'extension de la couche fonctionnelle (9) ou de manière inclinée par rapport au plan d'extension de la couche fonctionnelle (9).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'une ou plusieurs microstructures (10) situées côte à côte et/ou au moins une ou plusieurs microstructures (10) situées les unes au-dessus des autres sont détruites au moins dans certaines zones au moyen du rayon laser.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 14, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une caractéristique de sécurité (54) constituée par au moins une perforation des microstructures (10) est réalisée dans la couche fonctionnelle (9) au moyen du rayon laser.
