Claims (10)

  1. Supporting structure (1) of fire protection design, in particular a post-and-beam structure, having at least one post (2), to which at least one beam (3) is fixed, an insert (8) and a fire protection panel (11, 12), the at least one post (2) being held on a ceiling (4) of a building via a support (5) and the insert (8) being inserted in a hollow chamber of the post (2), characterized in that the fire protection panel (11, 12) is fixed to the insert (8) via fastening means (10, 13, 14, 15) comprising an agraffe holder, which fastening means engage through an opening in the wall of the post (2).
