Definitions

  • the invention relates to a system for the heavy-duty fastening of outdoor areas, comprising a number of profile lattice components that can be connected to one another, an outdoor area fastened therewith, and a method for producing a fastened outdoor area.
  • Such components made of plastic are, for example, from DE 195 29 473 C1 known.
  • the profile lattice component referred to as a multi-purpose component, is divided into individual surface sections which are connected to one another by spring elements molded integrally into the multi-purpose component.
  • the spring elements are band-like and additionally loop-shaped, as a result of which there can be extensive flexibility and yet a firm cohesion of the multi-purpose components to one another.
  • the multi-purpose components have hook-shaped coupling devices for detachable connection to one another. All surface sections of the multi-purpose components are open and can be filled with earth or gravel after laying.
  • the DE 20 2012 101 724 U1 discloses a plastic multi-purpose component, suitable as a building block of a planar composite consisting of several components, comprising a peripheral outer frame, at least partially non-linear transverse and longitudinal struts, coupling devices arranged on the outer sides of the outer frame and means for vertical locking.
  • the components are laid out, for example, for greening an area (parking lot, garage entrance, etc.), connected to one another (locked) and then provided with a filling material.
  • a profile lattice component made of plastic with a standing surface for resting on a base surface and with a tread surface opposite this, with a peripherally closed frame made of frame struts carrying a number of coupling devices on its outer surface for connecting adjacent components, and Longitudinal and transverse struts connecting opposite inner surfaces of the frame divide the interior of the frame in a lattice-like manner into a grid of individual passages, the tread surface being designed to be elastically deformable by means of spring elements provided along each strut.
  • the EP 2 821 550 A1 discloses a floor panel with panel parts and receiving chambers arranged offset to one another in rows and columns, with the receiving chambers having side walls towards the underside of the floor panel which are closed off with a floor, and with the panel parts and the receiving chambers being distributed in such a way that in all corner areas of the floor panels each plate parts and receiving chambers are arranged.
  • part-receiving chambers with half the cross-section are formed on all outer sides of the floor panels following the plate parts and part-plate parts with half the cross-section are formed following the receiving chambers, with the part-receiving chambers being provided with side walls that extend beyond the underside and form ground anchors.
  • loops are formed on the outer sides of the extended side walls, which snugly enclose the inserted side walls of partial accommodation chambers of an identically designed floor panel, brace the side walls of the floor anchors of both floor panels and fix the floor panels in a rigid unit so that they cannot tip over.
  • Part or all of the side walls of the receiving chambers are provided with openings that form continuous drainage channels.
  • the DE 10 2009 032 701 A1 discloses a support plate with square plate parts and receiving chambers arranged in rows and columns offset to one another.
  • the side walls of the receiving chambers are provided with openings that form a continuous opening, in particular a channel, with the openings in a row and/or column of receiving chambers.
  • the rows and columns of the receiving chambers are distributed in such a way that one receiving chamber in each case forms the corner areas of the support plate.
  • Protruding connecting tabs with latching elements and connecting receptacles with latching receptacles are formed on the outer sides of the supporting plates as a means for connecting adjacent supporting plates, with the latching elements being able to be latched from top to bottom into the latching receptacle of the next supporting plate when connecting the supporting plates and the latching elements designed as latching hooks engage behind the snap-in receptacle during the snap-in process.
  • half receiving chambers form the closure on the upper and lower outside of the support plate.
  • the side walls of half the accommodation chambers are extended downwards and form a ground anchor with the hooks, which have a greater length than the side walls of the other accommodation chambers.
  • the object of the invention is now to create a system for the heavy-duty fastening of outdoor areas by means of profile grid plates that can be connected to one another, whereby these can be introduced into the ground, in particular on lawns or meadows, by means of rollers and/or vibration, and hook into the ground and paved the area, making it passable but not sealing it.
  • profile grid panels should have a simple structure, be stackable to save space and compensate for linear expansion due to temperature fluctuations.
  • this object is achieved by a system having the features of claim 1 and by a method having the features of claim 8 .
  • the fastening system comprises a number of profile lattice components which can be connected to one another and which have coupling elements and recesses for receiving the coupling elements on the outer peripheral side surfaces, the profile lattice components being formed alternately in rows from tread sections and hollow sections, wherein the tread portions and hollow portions are staggered in rows, and the tread portions are surrounded by four side end faces and communicate with each other by a connecting portion and on the outer sides half tread portions are arranged alternately, forming a whole tread portion when assembling the tread lattice members.
  • the profile lattice components can have a square or rectangular shape and consist of a plastic.
  • the profile lattice components can be connected to one another in two ways.
  • mushroom-head-like connecting elements and two elastic spring-loaded lugs are arranged on two side areas arranged at right angles to one another on half the tread section, and snap-in openings for receiving the mushroom-head-like connecting elements are arranged on half the tread sections of the opposite side areas.
  • the half tread sections arranged on the side faces of the profile lattice components have locking openings with two elastically resilient lugs, in which connecting elements with two mushroom heads arranged at the ends can be locked in order to connect adjacent profile lattice components.
  • the spring-loaded lugs arranged on half the running surface sections can completely absorb material expansions as expansion elements or can act as an elastic connection between the profile grid plates.
  • Hook-shaped members are arranged on the underside of the side end faces surrounding the hollow portions between the tread portions. Unless the hollow sections are provided with intersecting webs in the interior, hook-shaped elements can also be arranged at the crossing point.
  • the profile grid components When the profile grid components are introduced into an outdoor area, preferably a lawn, they are connected to one another, laid on the surface and pressed into the ground by means of vibrating rollers. Due to the special design on the underside of the profile lattice components, on which hook-shaped elements are arranged, the profile lattice components get caught in the roots of the lawn and thus prevent lift-off when aircraft take off due to the resulting negative pressure from the ground or the subsoil.
  • the tread sections of the profile grid components are provided with openings and nubs.
  • the openings can have regular or irregular geometric shapes. Water can seep through the openings, which prevents the root system from dying and the profile grid components from becoming detached from the subsoil. When aircraft are landing or taking off, a negative pressure is created underneath the wings, as a result of which loose profile grid components can be lifted and the profile grid component surface can thus become detached from the ground.
  • the arrangement of nubs on the surface of the tread sections of the profile grid components results in an improvement in rolling resistance of around 20% compared to a pure lawn surface.
  • the area paved with the system is a flight operation area, in particular a taxiway and/or runway, the subsoil of which is a lawn or meadow area.
  • the flight operations area equipped with it has a CBR value, which determines the load-bearing capacity of the ground in a test, in a range from 9% to 30%, preferably a CBR value in the range from 19% to 24%.
  • the basic load after the installation of the system according to the invention is 35 to 125 MN.
  • the figure 1 shows the profile lattice component 1 in a perspective representation in plan view.
  • the tread lattice component 1 comprises tread portions 2 and open portions 3 which are staggered in rows, the tread portions 2 being surrounded by four side end surfaces 7 and the tread portions being interconnected by means of the connecting portions 6 such that the open portion 3 results.
  • Half tread sections 2a are arranged on each of the open sections 3 , on which either a connecting element 8 or a latching opening 10 is provided.
  • the tread sections 2 lie on the side of the profile grid component 1 facing away from the laying base.
  • nubs are provided in the form of truncated pyramids, which improve the rolling resistance. Furthermore, two breakthroughs are provided in the surface of the tread sections, through which the surface water in the underlying root areas of the lawn can penetrate to prevent the root system from dying. At the same time, the subsoil beneath the tread sections 2 is also ventilated.
  • the connecting elements 8 are mushroom-shaped and, together with the lugs 9 , bring about an elastic connection between the profile lattice components and can thus also compensate for length expansions due to temperature fluctuations.
  • the figure 2 shows the profile lattice component 1 in a perspective view from below.
  • Hook-shaped elements 11 are provided on the side end surfaces 7 . These serve to anchor the profile grid components 1 in the root system after they have been rolled into the lawn.
  • the figure 3 shows a detail of the profile grid component 1 in the view from below.
  • crosspieces 12 can be arranged in the spaces of the tread sections 2 and/or the open sections 3 for further stabilization.
  • hook-shaped elements 11 are arranged, which are used to anchor the profile grid panels 1 in the ground.
  • paved runways or runways become operational areas, which are characterized by improved taxiing behavior of the aircraft compared to pure grass or lawn areas and shorter take-off distances. Furthermore, the sinking of the aircraft in bad weather is safely avoided.
  • the elastic arrangement of the profile grid components ensures a stable basis for the taxiways and runways as flight operations areas and their necessary adhesion.
  • a particular advantage of the system according to the invention is that the profile grid components are rolled into the existing subsoil, such as lawns or grass areas, and the grid plates are not, as described in the known prior art, laid on the surface and then, for example, filled with topsoil and planted become.
