Claims (10)

  1. Ensemble (100) comprenant un plan de cuisson (1) soutenu par un châssis (11) et une hotte (2) destinée à être montée dans un plan de travail qui doit soutenir le plan de cuisson (1) ;
    la hotte (2) comprend :
    - un châssis comprenant une plaque de base (20) de laquelle s'élèvent des parois latérales externes (21), et une plaque supérieure (22) de laquelle s'élèvent des parois latérales internes (23) ; les parois latérales internes (23) ayant des ouvertures d'aspiration (26) disposées longitudinalement et supérieurement pour le passage de l'air ;
    - une chambre inférieure (C1) définie entre la plaque de base (20) et la plaque supérieure (22) ;
    - deux chambres latérales (C2) définies entre les parois latérales externes (21) et les respectives parois latérales internes (23) ; les chambres latérales (C2) étant en communication avec la chambre inférieure (C1) ;
    - des groupes filtre (3) disposés dans les chambres latérales (C2) ;
    - des couvercles (32) qui ferment les chambres latérales (C2) au-dessus des groupes filtre (3) ;
    - un ventilateur (25) disposé dans une boîte (24) qui communique avec la chambre inférieure (C1) ;
    - un emplacement (S) défini entre la plaque supérieure (22) et les parois latérales internes (23) du châssis de la hotte ;
    où ledit châssis (11) du plan de cuisson est monté coulissant verticalement dans ledit emplacement (S) du châssis de la hotte pour se déplacer d'une position soulevée, où le plan de cuisson (1) se trouve au niveau des couvercles (32) des chambres latérales (C2), à une position abaissée où le plan de cuisson (1) se trouve au-dessous du niveau des couvercles (32) des chambres latérales (C2), de manière à laisser libres les ouvertures d'aspiration (26) des parois latérales du châssis de la hotte ;
    ledit ensemble (100) comprenant :
    - des moyens de guidage (4) pour guider le mouvement de déplacement vertical du châssis (11) du plan de cuisson par rapport au châssis de la hotte ; et
    - des moyens d'activation (5; 105; 205; 305; 405) pour déplacer ledit plan de cuisson (1).
  2. Ensemble (100) selon la revendication 1, où lesdits moyens de guidage (4) comprennent des guides (40) montés dans le châssis de la hotte et des patins (41) fixés au châssis (11) du plan de cuisson et montés coulissants dans les guides (40).
  3. Ensemble (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, où lesdits moyens d'activation (5) comprennent au moins un actionneur linéaire (50) disposé verticalement entre le châssis de la hotte et le châssis (11) du plan de cuisson.
  4. Ensemble (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, où lesdits moyens d'activation (105) comprennent un actionneur (50; 50) comprenant une roue dentée (151) activée par un moteur électrique qui s'embraie dans une crémaillère (152) fixée sur un bord latéral du dit châssis (11) du plan de cuisson.
  5. Ensemble (100) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, où lesdits moyens d'activation (205) comprennent un actionneur linéaire (50) disposé horizontalement pour activer un suiveur (253) qui coopère avec une came (12) qui déborde inférieurement du châssis (11) du plan de cuisson ; le suiveur (253) et la came (12) ayant une forme géométrique apte à transformer le mouvement horizontal de l'actionneur linéaire (50) en un mouvement vertical du plan de cuisson.
  6. Ensemble (100) selon la revendication 5, où le suiveur (253) et/ou la came (12) ont une forme cunéiforme.
  7. Ensemble (100) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, où lesdits moyens d'activation (305) comprennent des moyens de déplacement qui déplacent au moins une came excentrique (350) qui coopère avec une paroi inférieure du châssis (11) du plan de cuisson ; la came excentrique (350) ayant une forme essentiellement elliptique avec un axe majeur (a) et étant pivotée sur un axe de pivotement excentrique (351).
  8. Ensemble (100) selon la revendication 7, où lesdits moyens de déplacement de la came excentrique comprennent un actionneur linéaire (50) disposé horizontalement qui déplace une crémaillère (355) qui s'embraie dans une roue dentée (356) solidaire à ladite came excentrique (350).
  9. Ensemble (100) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, où lesdits moyens d'activation (405) comprennent un actionneur linéaire (50) qui déplace un engrenage à levier (9; 109) apte à abaisser et soulever le plan de cuisson (1).
  10. Ensemble (100) selon la revendication 9, où ledit engrenage à levier (9; 109) est du type à ciseau, pantographe ou lazy tongue.
