  • an access arrangement with at least one access device can be provided in a parking system in order to control the passage of a vehicle from the controlled area into the non-controlled area.
  • the exit from the parking device can be controlled by an access device.
  • driving into a parking device is granted, for example after a ticket has been created by a control device of the access arrangement due to a user action.
  • the ticket in particular a paper ticket, is then paid for by a user at a machine after the end of a parking time and when exiting by a validator device Access arrangement checked.
  • the access device of the access arrangement enables extension.
  • the validator device determines that the ticket has not yet been paid for, for example, the access device remains closed.
  • the first display In order to show a user of a parking system the costs for its use before entering the parking device, there is usually at least one first display in (immediate) proximity, i.e. adjacent, to the access device, for example on the control device issuing the ticket.
  • the first display is configured to display a parking rate record (e.g., cost per time unit and/or the like).
  • a parking system has a longer access section that branches off from a traffic route and leads to the access device, so that a user cannot (sufficiently) perceive the first display when driving off the traffic route into the access section.
  • turning the vehicle or the like by the user after driving into the access section is not possible or only possible with great effort, so that the user also has to pass the access device after driving into the access section.

  • the distance 118 corresponds in particular to the distance between the starting area 124 and the end area 126.
  • the delay period may depend on a predetermined first number of vehicles that must pass through the access device 104 after a detected request for a change of at least one parking tariff parameter.
  • the number of vehicles that pass through the access device 104 after a request to change at least one parking tariff parameter can be recorded, for example by a control device (not shown).
  • the delay module 120 can be set up in particular such that the first display 108 for displaying the changed parking tariff data record is only activated when the detected number of vehicles corresponds to (or exceeds) the predefined first number of vehicles.
  • the delay period corresponds to the period of time required by the predefined first number of vehicles to pass through the access device 104 .
  • the specified first number of the number of (standard) vehicles e.g. with an assumed (standard) vehicle length (e.g. of 4.5 m) and an assumed (standard) distance between two vehicles (e.g. of 1 m) correspond, which can be accommodated at most on route 118.
  • the parking tariff control device 114 is a local parking tariff control device 114 of the parking device 102.
  • the parking tariff control device 114 can be implemented in a cell computer of the parking device 102. Implementation in a control device would also be conceivable.
  • the figure 2 12 shows a schematic view of a further exemplary embodiment of a parking system 200 according to the present application with a further exemplary embodiment of a parking tariff control device 214 according to the present application. To avoid repetition, essentially only the differences from the exemplary embodiment are explained below figure 1 described. For the other components of the parking system 200, reference is made to the statements above.
  • the access arrangement 201 comprises (in addition to an access device 204 and a first display 208) a control unit 240.
  • the first display 208 is attached to the control unit 240 or is comprised by it.
  • the control device 240 can issue a ticket in accordance with the currently valid parking tariff data set displayed on the first display 208 . Then the control device 240 can, for example, cause the barrier 204 to open by actuating the actuator described above.
  • a validator device 238 is provided on the exit access device 206 .
  • the validator device 238 may be configured to receive and validate a ticket. If the check shows that the ticket is valid (that is to say, in particular, it is a paid ticket), the validator device 238 can cause the barrier 206 to open, for example by actuating an actuator described above.
  • the parking system 200 comprises a backend system 242 which is arranged remotely from the parking device 202 and is formed, for example, by one or more (distributed) servers.
  • the parking rate controller 214 is implemented in the backend system 242 in the present case.
  • the backend system 242 has a communication module 234, at least set up for communicating with components 208, 210, 238, 240 of the parking system 200 via a long-distance communication network 236.
  • the Parking tariff control device 214 can use this to control at least first display 208 and second display 210, as well as control device 240 and/or validator device 238.
  • Control device 240 can be controlled at the same time by control of first display 208 (or by control of control device 240 the first display 208 can be activated at the same time).
  • At least the first display 208 and the second display 210 can be controlled in such a way that the changed parking rate data record is displayed by the at least one first display 208 and the at least one second display 210.
  • the request to change at least one parking rate parameter may be generated by a parking rate adjustment module 232 .
  • the parking rate controller 214 may include the parking rate adjustment module 232, for example.
  • a parking fee adjustment module can also be implemented in a local cell computer, a control device or the like.
  • the parking tariff adjustment module 232 can generate a change in at least one parking tariff parameter based on at least one predetermined tariff change rule and the detected current utilization (for example based on entry and exit data of the control device 240 and/or the validator device 238) and then cause a corresponding activation.
  • At least one delay module 220 can delay the activation of the first display or control device 240 comprising the first display 208 .
  • a delay module can also be integrated in a first display and/or a control device. In this case, for example, upon receipt of a control signal (comprising, for example, a changed parking fee data record) from the parking tariff control device delay the delay module displaying the changed parking tariff data set.
  • a drive-through grace period adjustment module 230 is provided in the parking system 200 .
  • the parking rate controller 214 may include the drive-through grace period adjustment module 230 .
  • a drive-through waiting time adjustment module can also be implemented in a local cell computer, a control device or the like.
  • the drive-through waiting time adjustment module 230 can extend a drive-through waiting time by a (specific and in particular unchangeable) additional drive-through waiting time for an extension period in order to vehicles or their users who use the access device during the extension period 204 happen to provide a longer time to leave the parking device 202 again.
  • the extension period may be fixed and/or dependent on a second number of vehicles that must pass through the access device 204 after a request to change at least one parking tariff parameter.
  • the figure 3 shows a diagram of an embodiment of a method for operating a parking system, in particular a parking system according to FIG figure 1 and/or 2.
  • a parking tariff data set is displayed by at least one first display arranged at least adjacent to the access device.
  • step 302 which is carried out at least predominantly in parallel with step 301, the parking tariff data set is displayed by at least one second display arranged remotely from the access device and on the access section.
  • a request to change at least one parking rate parameter can be generated.
  • step 304 the at least one first display and the at least one second display can be activated upon detection of a generated request to change at least one parking tariff parameter, such that the changed parking tariff data record is displayed by the at least one first display and the at least one second display is effected.
  • the at least one second display can be activated directly, while in a sub-step 306 activation of the first display (and/or the control device of the corresponding access arrangement) can be delayed by a delay period. Delaying the display of the changed parking fee data set by the at least one first display in comparison to the display of the changed parking fee data set by the at least one second display can therefore be effected by a delay time period.
  • this can also include a (nearly) simultaneous activation of the first and second displays and delaying the display of the changed parking tariff data set on the first display by a delay module of the first display (and/or the control unit of the corresponding access arrangement).
  • a transit waiting time can be increased by an additional transit waiting time upon detection of a generated request to change at least one parking tariff parameter for an extension period.
