- the third air flow 72 passes directly above the balustrade 66.
- the air flow 54 descends along the window 50 and forms a roll (arrows F5 and F6). Airflow 54 eventually rises along balustrade 66.
- the airflows 62, 64 meet and descend. However, these descending flows do not pass through the hopper 30 in the direction of the lower room 16 due to the presence of opposing air flows from the third air flow 72 and the flow represented by the arrow F6.
- the proximal surfaces 84, 86 are used to detach respectively the first air flow 40 and the second air flow 44 from the first zone 38 and from the second zone 42.
- the flats 88, 90 give their directions respectively to the third flows of air 72 and to the fourth air flow 76.
- the nozzles formed by the distal surfaces 92, 94 allow focusing of the third air flow 72 and of the fourth air flow 76 and prevent part of these flows diffuse towards the hopper 30.
- the covering member 34 thanks to its reduced transverse extension E, is compact and does not bother travelers when they take the stairs 28.
- the covering member advantageously made up of a single piece, is easily installed and is inexpensive.
- it does not require any particular adaptation of the other parts of the vehicle 10.

Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle, in particular a railway vehicle, comprising at least one upper room and one lower room respectively for passengers, a side wall comprising a first zone located in the upper room, and at least a second zone located in the lower room, and a ventilation system adapted to create at least a first air flow along the first zone, and at least a second air flow along the second zone.
In current railway vehicles, it is known to serve the upper room and the lower room from a space located at one end of the vehicle and giving access to each of the rooms by a door. Thus, the two rooms are independent of each other from an aeraulic point of view. The first airflow stays in the upper room, while the second airflow stays in the lower room.
It is also known to allow users to pass from a high level to a low level separated by a floor, thanks to a hopper formed in the floor and to a staircase.
In this case, the hopper forms a horizontal opening providing permanent communication between the upper room and the lower room.
If, for space reasons, the hopper is arranged adjacent to the side wall, and the first air flow descends towards the hopper, while the second air flow rises towards the hopper, there is a risk of anarchic circulation of the air flows between the upper room and the lower room likely to have very negative consequences on the thermal comfort of passengers. In other words, the temperature and ventilation settings selected for the upper room will potentially negatively influence the atmosphere in the lower room, and vice versa.
Thus, an object of the invention is to provide a vehicle comprising a permanent hopper and improving the thermal comfort of passengers present in the upper room or the lower room.

In the absence of the covering
Selon une variante non représentée, le troisième flux d'air 72 passe directement au-dessus de la balustrade 66.According to a variant not shown, the
Thanks to the characteristics described above, in particular the presence of the covering
Avantageusement, il ne nécessite pas d'adaptation particulière des autres parties du véhicule 10.In addition, the covering member, advantageously made up of a single piece, is easily installed and is inexpensive. Advantageously, it does not require any particular adaptation of the other parts of the
