Claims (10)

  1. Fahrzeug (10), insbesondere Eisenbahnfahrzeug, umfassend:
    - einen oberen Raum (14) und einen unteren Raum (16) jeweils für Fahrgäste,
    - mindestens eine Seitenwand (24), umfassend mindestens einen ersten Bereich (38), der sich in dem oberen Raum (14) befindet, und mindestens einen zweiten Bereich (42), der sich in dem unteren Raum (16) befindet,
    - einen Boden (20) des oberen Raums (14), der mindestens einen Trichter (30) anliegend an der Seitenwand (24) in einer Querrichtung (T) definiert, die im Wesentlichen parallel zu dem Boden (20) ist,
    - mindestens eine Treppe (28) für den Durchgang von Fahrgästen zwischen dem unteren Raum (16) und dem oberen Raum (14) über den Trichter (30), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fahrzeug Folgendes umfasst:
    - ein Belüftungssystem (36), das angepasst ist, um mindestens einen ersten Luftstrom (40), der entlang des ersten Bereichs (38) nach unten strömt, und mindestens einen zweiten Luftstrom (44), der entlang des zweiten Bereichs (42) nach oben strömt, zu erzeugen, und
    - mindestens ein Verkleidungselement (34), das an der Seitenwand (24) zwischen dem ersten Bereich (38) und dem zweiten Bereich (42) entlang einer Erhebungsrichtung (V) befestigt ist, die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu dem Boden (20) ist, wobei das Verkleidungselement (34) quer zu dem ersten Bereich (38) und zu dem zweiten Bereich (42) hervorsteht, das Verkleidungselement (34) eine erste Führungsfläche (70) definiert, die angepasst ist, um den ersten Luftstrom (40) abzulenken und einen dritten Luftstrom (72) zu bilden, der sich oberhalb des Bodens (20) befindet und im Wesentlichen quer ausgerichtet ist, wobei das Verkleidungselement (34) eine zweite Führungsfläche (74) definiert, die konfiguriert ist, um den zweiten Luftstrom (44) abzulenken und einen vierten Luftstrom (76) zu bilden, der sich unterhalb des Bodens (20) befindet und im Wesentlichen quer ausgerichtet ist.
  2. Fahrzeug (10) nach Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend ein Geländer (66) zum Schutz der Fahrgäste, wobei das Geländer (66) mindestens einen Abschnitt (68) umfasst, der sich in Bezug auf den Trichter (30) in Querrichtung (T) auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Seitenwand (24) befindet, wobei das Verkleidungselement (34) konfiguriert ist, damit der dritte Luftstrom (72) auf eine obere Hälfte des Abschnitts (68) des Geländers (66) oder über das Geländer (66) gerichtet wird.
  3. Fahrzeug (10) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der erste Bereich (38) mindestens ein verglastes Fenster (46) und/oder der zweite Bereich (42) mindestens ein verglastes Fenster (48) umfasst.
  4. Fahrzeug (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei das Verkleidungselement (34) einen oberen Abschnitt (78), der an den ersten Bereich (38) angrenzt und die erste Führungsfläche (70) definiert, einen unteren Abschnitt (82), der an den zweiten Bereich (42) angrenzt und die zweite Führungsfläche (74) definiert, und einen Zwischenabschnitt (80), der zwischen dem oberen Abschnitt (78) und dem unteren Abschnitt (82) entlang der Erhebungsrichtung (V) angeordnet ist, umfasst.
  5. Fahrzeug (10) nach Anspruch 4, wobei die eine oder die andere von der ersten Führungsfläche (70) und/oder der zweiten Führungsfläche (74) jeweils proximale Flächen (84, 86) in Bezug auf die Seitenwand (24) in der Querrichtung (T) umfassen, wobei die proximalen Flächen (84, 86) konkav sind.
  6. Fahrzeug (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, wobei die eine und/oder die andere von der ersten Führungsfläche (70) und der zweiten Führungsfläche (74) jeweils Abflachungen (88, 90) umfassen, die im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Querrichtung (T) sind.
  7. Fahrzeug (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, wobei die eine oder die andere von der ersten Führungsfläche (70) und der zweiten Führungsfläche (74) jeweils distale Flächen (92, 94) in Bezug auf die Seitenwand (24) in der Querrichtung (T) umfassen, wobei die distalen Flächen (92, 94) jeweils Schnäbel bilden, die in Bezug auf den Zwischenabschnitt (80) in der Querrichtung (T) hervorstehen.
  8. Fahrzeug (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, wobei die eine oder die andere von der ersten Führungsfläche (70) und der zweiten Führungsfläche (74) jeweils distale Flächen (92, 94) in Bezug auf die Seitenwand (24) in der Querrichtung (T) umfassen, wobei die distalen Flächen (92, 94) abgerundet sind.
  9. Fahrzeug (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, wobei der Zwischenabschnitt (80) eine im Wesentlichen ebene Fläche definiert, die die erste Führungsfläche (70) mit der zweiten Führungsfläche (74) verbindet.
  10. Fahrzeug (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei das Verkleidungselement (34) eine Querausdehnung (E) aufweist, die von der Seitenwand (24) ausgemessen wird, wobei die Querausdehnung (E) zwischen 5 cm und 35 cm liegt.
