Claims (9)

  1. Tambour séparateur (1) destiné à la séparation de pièces de différentes sortes sous forme de pièces moulées par injection et de carottes, comportant un châssis de base de séparation (10) présentant une forme de base cylindrique et rotatif autour d'un axe longitudinal, le tambour séparateur (1) présentant sur ses faces frontales deux zones de raccordement (2, 3) qui sont reliées, par l'intermédiaire de bagues (4, 5), à une zone de tambour centrale (6), la zone de tambour centrale (6) étant conçue à partir de sections de paroi (7) en forme de bande qui présentent respectivement une ouverture (8) allongée, s'étendant approximativement sur toute la zone de tambour centrale (6), ainsi que des segments interchangeables (9) pouvant être fixés de manière réversible sur le châssis de base de séparation (10), des ouvertures (11) étant formées pour la séparation des pièces exclusivement à travers les segments interchangeables (9), les segments interchangeables (9) présentant respectivement des contours de fixation (12) qui correspondent aux contours opposés sur les côtés du châssis de base de séparation (10) et un élément interchangeable (9) étant respectivement placé sur une section de paroi (7) en forme de bande respective sur une face externe du châssis de base de séparation (10) et y étant fixé de manière réversible sans outil.
  2. Tambour séparateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le châssis de base de séparation (10) présente une section transversale polygonale.
  3. Tambour séparateur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le châssis de base de séparation (10) est conçu en section transversale sous forme de polygone comportant au moins six et au plus seize angles.
  4. Tambour séparateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque segment interchangeable (9) présente une forme de base allongée rectangulaire et est destiné à venir en appui sur la section de paroi (7) en forme de bande présentant l'ouverture (8) allongée du châssis de base de séparation (10).
  5. Tambour séparateur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les segments interchangeables (9) sont fixés, au moyen d'aimants, de verrouillages à billes ou de fermetures à encliquetage, aux sections de paroi (7) en forme de bande.
  6. Tambour séparateur selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que les segments interchangeables (9) présentent respectivement une pluralité d'ouvertures (11).
  7. Tambour séparateur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures (11) dans le segment interchangeable (9) sont circulaires.
  8. Tambour séparateur selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures (11) dans le segment interchangeable (9) sont agencées dans une seule rangée qui est orientée parallèlement à l'axe central du châssis de base de séparation (10).
  9. Tambour séparateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que chaque segment interchangeable (9) repose à plat, en dehors de l'ouverture allongée (8), sur la section de paroi (7) respective.
