  • An advantage of the filler and the loading method according to the invention is the possibility of fast loading of the rod-like articles from above, at the same time into multiple chambers of the multi-chamber container while ensuring a compact arrangement of the said articles, without gaps among them, and the limitation of the risk of arrangement of the rod-like articles transversely relative to one another. Furthermore, an advantage of the filler according to the invention is a compact structure and the fact that overall dimensions of the filler units do not go beyond the path of movement of the containers being filled, in the top view. Additionally, the solution according to the invention allows eliminating the risk of occurrence of physical damage to the rod-like articles in the course of loading, with a simultaneous increase of the filling speed.

Claims (16)

  1. Füllvorrichtung (20, 40, 50) eines Behälters (1, 41, 51) für stabförmige Artikel (R) der Tabakindustrie zum Beladen eines Behälters von oben, die Folgendes umfasst:
    Einen Trichter (21) zur Aufnahme von stabförmigen Artikeln (R),
    eine Fülleinheit (23), die während des Betriebs ihre Konfiguration zwischen einer geschlossenen Konfiguration, in der der Fluss von stabförmigen Artikeln (R) blockiert ist, und einer offenen Konfiguration, die den Fluss von stabförmigen Artikeln (R) ermöglicht, ändert, um den Behälter (1, 41, 51) mit stabförmigen Artikeln (R) zu beladen,
    einen Beladebereich (28) zum Beladen eines leeren Behälters (1, 41, 51), der unterhalb der Fülleinheit (23) angeordnet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Füller bewegliche Stützmittel (24, 48, 58) umfasst, die sich unterhalb des Ladebereichs (28) eines leeren Behälters (1, 41, 51) befinden und dazu geeignet sind, Stützflächen (11) zum Stützen stabförmiger Gegenstände (R) von unten in die Kammer (5, 42, 52) des Behälters (1, 41, 51) durch die länglichen Öffnungen (10, 47, 57) im Boden (4, 46, 56) der Kammer (5, 42, 52) des Behälters (1, 41, 51) einzuführen.
  2. Füllvorrichtung (20, 40, 50) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflagefläche (11) die Form hat, die an die längliche Öffnung im Boden (4, 46, 56) der Kammer (5, 42, 52) des Behälters (1, 41, 51) angepasst ist.
  3. Füllvorrichtung (20, 40, 50) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflagefläche (11) die Form eines Vierecks hat.
  4. Füllvorrichtung (20, 40, 50) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflagefläche (11) die Form eines Rechtecks hat.
  5. Füllvorrichtung (20, 40, 50) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflagefläche (11) die Form einer gebrochenen Kurve oder einer gewellten Kurve hat.
  6. Füllvorrichtung (20, 40, 50) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement (27) mit der Stützfläche (11) die Form eines flachen Quaders hat.
  7. Füllvorrichtung (20, 40, 50) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützmittel (24) eine Gruppe (25) von Stützmitteln ist, die geeignet sind, die Stützflächen durch eine Gruppe (G) von Öffnungen (10, 47, 57) im Boden (4, 46, 56) der Kammer (5, 42, 52) in die Kammer (5, 42, 52) des Behälters (1, 41, 51) einzusetzen.
  8. Füllvorrichtung (20, 50) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützmittel (24, 58) dazu geeignet sind, die Stützflächen (11) in die Kammern (5, 52) des Behälters (1, 51) mit einer Reihe (9) von Kammern (5, 52) einzuführen.
  9. Füllvorrichtung (20) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützmittel (24) dazu geeignet sind, die Stützflächen (11) in die Kammern (5) des Behälters (1) mit mindestens zwei Reihen (9) von Kammern (5) einzusetzen.
  10. Füllvorrichtung (20, 50) nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützmittel (24) so ausgelegt sind, dass sie die Stützflächen (11) gleichzeitig in alle Kammern (5, 52) einer Reihe (9) einsetzen.
  11. Füllvorrichtung (40) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kammer (42) mit mindestens zwei Wänden (44, 45) versehen ist.
  12. Füllvorrichtung (40, 50) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kammer (42, 52) mit drei Wänden (43, 44, 45, 53, 54, 55) versehen ist.
  13. Füllvorrichtung (20) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kammer (5) mit vier Wänden (6a, 6b) versehen ist, die einen im Wesentlichen rechteckigen Querschnitt mit einer Seite (a) und einer Seite (b) aufweisen.
  14. Füllvorrichtung (20, 50) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Gruppe von Öffnungen (10, 57) in einer Reihe im Boden (4, 56) der Kammer (5, 52) des Behälters (1, 51) angeordnet ist, die sich in einer Richtung (k) senkrecht zur Seite der Kammer (5, 52) erstreckt.
  15. Füllvorrichtung (20, 40, 50) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie außerdem einen Transportförderer (C) für leere und gefüllte Behälter (1, 41, 51) umfasst, der unterhalb des Ladebereichs (28) des leeren Behälters (1, 41, 51) angeordnet ist.
  16. Verfahren zum Beladen eines Behälters (1, 41, 51) mit stabförmigen Artikeln (R) der Tabakindustrie von oben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    ein Behälter (1, 41, 51) unter eine Fülleinheit (23) eines Füllers (20, 40, 50) gestellt wird, wobei
    der Behälter mindestens eine Kammer (5, 42, 52) zum Beladen mit stabförmigen Artikeln (R) und
    längliche Öffnungen (10, 47, 57) im Boden (4, 46, 56) der Kammer (5, 42, 52) des Behälters (1, 41, 51) umfasst,
    wobei Stützflächen (11) von Stützmitteln (24, 48, 58) von unten in die Kammern (5, 42, 52) des Behälters (1, 41, 51) durch die länglichen Öffnungen (10) im Boden (4, 46, 56) der Kammer (5, 42, 52) des Behälters (1, 41, 51) eingeführt werden, bis zu einer Höhe, die der Höhe der Kammer (5, 42, 52) des Behälters (1, 41, 51) entspricht,
    eine geschlossene Konfiguration der Füllanordnung (23) in eine offene Konfiguration geändert wird, die den Fluss von stabförmigen Gegenständen (R) in die Kammern (5, 42, 52) des Behälters (1, 41, 51) ermöglicht,
    die Position der Stützmittel (24, 48, 58) abgesenkt wird, wobei gleichzeitig die Kammern (5, 42, 52) des Behälters (1, 41, 51) mit stabförmigen Gegenständen (R) beladen werden, die Stützmittel (24, 48, 58) abgesenkt werden, bis die Stützflächen (11) der Stützmittel (24, 48, 58) aus den Öffnungen (10, 47, 57) im Boden (4, 46, 56) der Kammern (5, 42, 52) des Behälters (1, 41, 51) herausgeschoben sind,
    und die offene Konfiguration der Füllanordnung (23) in die geschlossene Konfiguration geändert wird, in der der Fluss der stabförmigen Gegenstände (R) in die Kammern (5, 42, 52) des Behälters (1, 41, 51) blockiert ist.
