Claims (14)
- Schleifmaschine (1) zum Schleifen von zumindest einer Platte (P), umfassend eine Arbeitsstation (3), ausgestattet mit:einem Einlauf (4) und einem Auslauf (5), der stromabwärts von dem Einlauf (4) angeordnet ist;zumindest einem Förderelement (6), um, beim Gebrauch, die zumindest eine Platte (P) mit einer Fördergeschwindigkeit entlang einer vorgegebenen Vorschubrichtung (F) von dem Einlauf (4) zu dem Auslauf (5) zu befördern;zumindest einem rotierenden Schleifelement (7, 8, 9) zum Schleifen der zumindest einen Platte (P), die auf dem zumindest einen Förderelement (6) angeordnet ist, wobei das zumindest eine rotierende Schleifelement (7, 8, 9) in einer Richtung drehbar ist, die der vorgegebenen Vorschubrichtung (F) entspricht, und auf dem zumindest einen Förderelement (6) zwischen dem Einlauf (4) und dem Auslauf (5) angeordnet ist;wobei die Schleifmaschine (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie eine Bremsvorrichtung (13) umfasst, die wiederum umfasst:ein Rollelement (131), das auf der zumindest einen Platte (P) rollen kann und dem Auslauf (5) zugewandt und über dem zumindest einen Förderelement (6) zwischen dem zumindest einen rotierenden Schleifelement (7, 8, 9) und dem Auslauf (5) angeordnet ist; undein Bremselement (132), das mit dem Rollelement (131) verbunden und in der Lage ist, das Rollen des Rollelements (131) so zu verlangsamen, dass die Vorschubbewegung der zumindest einen Platte (P) abgebremst wird.
- Schleifmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bremselement (132) Motormittel umfasst, die mit dem Rollelement (131) verbunden und konfiguriert sind um zu bewirken, dass sich das Rollelement (131) mit einer vorgegebenen Geschwindigkeit in dieselbe Richtung dreht wie das zumindest eine rotierende Schleifelement (7, 8, 9), so dass das Rollelement (131) auf der zumindest einen Platte (P) rutscht und somit die Vorschubbewegung der zumindest einen Platte (P) abbremst, wenn die zumindest eine Platte (P) die vorgegebene Geschwindigkeit überschreitet.
- Schleifmaschine (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bremselement (132) ferner eine Kupplung umfasst, die zwischen den Motormitteln und dem Rollelement (131) angeordnet sind.
- Schleifmaschine (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rollelement (131) eine Rolle ist, die mit einer Außenoberfläche versehen ist, die dafür konfiguriert ist, beim Gebrauch eine Reibung mit der zumindest einen Platte (P) zu erzeugen.
- Schleifmaschine (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 2-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgegebene Geschwindigkeit des Rollelements (131) mit der Fördergeschwindigkeit des zumindest einen Förderelements (6) synchronisiert ist.
- Schleifmaschine (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenoberfläche der Rolle (131) aus Gummi hergestellt ist.
- Schleifmaschine (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 4-6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenoberfläche der Rolle (131) im Wesentlichen glatt ist.
- Schleifmaschine (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rollelement (131) in Bezug auf das zumindest eine rotierende Schleifelement (7, 8, 9) um eine vorgegebene Höhe nach unten hervorragt.
- Schleifmaschine (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zumindest ein flexibles Mittel (14) zum Übertragen einer Drehbewegung umfasst, das mit den Motormitteln und dem Rollelement (131) verbunden ist, um eine Drehbewegung von den Motormitteln auf das Rollelement (131) zu übertragen.
- Schleifmaschine (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Warnsystem umfasst, das dafür konfiguriert ist, einer Bedienperson ein akustisches und/oder optisches und/oder taktiles Warnsignal bereitzustellen, wenn die zumindest eine Platte (P) abgebremst wird.
- Schleifmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Warnsystem konfiguriert ist, um das Warnsignal an tragbare Geräte, und/oder mobile Geräte, und/oder Desktop Personal Computer zu senden.
- Schleifmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Warnsystem konfiguriert ist, um die Warnsignale an einen entfernten Cloud Server zu senden, der diese Warnsignale wiederum an tragbare Geräte, und/oder mobile Geräte, und/oder Desktop Personal Computer sendet.
- Schleifmaschine (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 10-12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Warnsystem einen Beschleunigungsmesser umfasst, der dafür konfiguriert ist, Vibrationen der Schleifmaschine (1) oder des Rollelements (131) zu messen, oder einen Sensor (15) kapazitiver, optischer oder induktiver Art umfasst, oder einen mechanischen Fühler umfasst, der konfiguriert ist, eine Anomalie, vorzugsweise eine Verringerung und/oder Erhöhung der Spannung des zumindest einen flexiblen Mittels (14), zu erkennen.
- Schleifmaschine (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zumindest eine Förderelement ein Förderband (6) umfasst.
