Luftausblassystem für einen tragbaren Trockensauger, über das vom Trockensauger eingesaugte Saugluft als Abluft zur Umgebung ausgeblasen werden kann, wobei das Luftauslasssystem eine in einem Gehäuse des Trockensaugers anzuordnende Aufnahmebucht aufweist, in der wahlweise ein Luftfiltereinsatz oder ein Ausblasadapter aufnehmbar ist, wobei der Ausblasadapter ein Auslassfitting zum Anschluss eines Blasschlauchs aufweist und der Luftfiltereinsatz frei von einem solchen Auslassfitting ist.

Description

Luftausblassystem für einen tragbaren Trockensauger
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Luftausblassystem für einen Trockensauger. Über ein Luftausblassystem kann vom Trockensauger eingesaugte Saugluft als Abluft zur Umgebung ausgeblasen werden. Die Erfindung betrifft ebenfalls einen Trockensauger mit einem solchen Luftausblassystem. Luftausblassysteme bzw. Trockensauger der eingangs genannten Art sind grundsätzlich aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt.
Es ist Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, ein Luftausblassystem bereitzustellen, das einen kompakten und flexiblen Aufbau eines Trockensauger begünstigt.
Die Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass das Luftausblassystem eine in einem Gehäuse des Trockensaugers anzuordnende Aufnahmebucht aufweist, in der wahlweise ein Luftfiltereinsatz oder ein Ausblasadapter aufnehmbar ist, wobei der Ausblasadapter ein Auslassfitting zum Anschluss eines Blasschlauchs aufweist und der Luftfiltereinsatz frei von einem solchen Auslassfitting ist.
Das erfindungsgemäße Luftausblassystem schafft die Grundlage für einen Trockensauger, mit dem - in einem Saugbetrieb - Saugluft über ein Einlassfitting angesaugt werden kann und diese Saugluft als Abluft zur Umgebung ausgeblasen werden kann. Ist in die erfindungsgemäß vorgesehene Aufnahmebucht ein Luftfiltereinsatz aufgenommen, so wird die Abluft gefiltert zur Umgebung durch den Luftfiltereinsatz ausgeblasen. Ist hingegen statt des Luftfiltereinsatzes der Ausblasadapter in der Aufnahmebucht angenommen, so kann an dessen Auslassfitting ein Blasschlauch für einen Blasbetrieb des Trockensaugers angeschlossen werden. Über das Einlassfitting einströmende Saugluft strömt als Abluft demnach durch das Auslassfitting und einen etwaigen daran angeschlossenen Blasschlauch zur Umgebung.
Das erfindungsgemäße Luftausblassystem schafft die Grundlage für einen Trockensauger besonders kompakter Bauart.
Ein solcher Trockensauger ist ausgestattet mit einem erfindungsgemäßen Luftausblassystem, wobei die Aufnahmebucht des Luftausblassystems in dem Gehäuse des Trockensaugers angeordnet ist, und der Trockensauger weiterhin ein zum Anschluss eines Saugschlauchs ausgebildetes Einlassfitting aufweist, das am Gehäuse angeordnet ist und über das die Saugluft im Betrieb eingesaugt wird, wobei sich die Aufnahmebucht über eine Ecke des Gehäuses hinweg erstreckt.
Diesbezüglich wurde erkannt, dass aus dem Stand der Technik bekannte Trockensauger beispielsweise an ihrem hinteren Gehäuseende einen Luftauslass aufweisen können, der zum Einstecken eines Blasschlauchs geeignet ist. Hierdurch kann der Trockensauger als sogenannter "Blower" genutzt werden. Als problematisch wurde erkannt, dass je kleiner die Querschnittsfläche der Ausblasöffnung ist, desto höher auch die Ausblasgeschwindigkeit der Abluft und somit eine unerwünschte Staubverwirbelung von Umgebungsstaub ist. Ebenfalls können Benutzer oder Personen in der Umgebung solcher Trockensauger unangenehm "angeblasen" werden. Die beschriebene hohe Ausblasgeschwindigkeit ist insbesondere bei kompakten Trockensaugern ein Problem.
In Abkehr dazu weist der erfindungsgemäße Trockensauger eine Aufnahmebucht auf, die sich über eine Ecke des Gehäuses hinweg erstreckt. Durch diese Positionierung über Eck kann am Gehäuse des Trockensaugers Platz gespart werden bzw. ein Auslass mit vergleichsweise hohem Strömungsquerschnitt ermöglicht werden.
Es hat sich als vorteilhaft herausgestellt, wenn der Luftfiltereinsatz und/oder der Ausblasadapter modularer Teil des Luftausblassystems sind.
In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausgestaltung ist die Aufnahmebucht als Diffusor ausgebildet. Somit kann bereits eine Reduktion der Ausströmgeschwindigkeit der Abluft erreicht werden.
In der Aufnahmebucht kann wenigstens ein Haltedom vorgesehen sein, an dem der Ausblasadapter befestigt werden kann. Vorzugsweise sind zwei Haltedome innerhalb eines Volumens der Aufnahmebucht vorgesehen. Dementsprechend kann der Ausblasadapter ein oder zwei Steck- oder Klemmstifte aufweisen mittels welcher der Ausblasadapter an dem Haltedom oder den Haltedomen befestigt werden kann. Alternativ kann der Ausblasadapter mittels einer Schraubverbindung in der Aufnahmebucht gesichert sein.
Es hat sich als vorteilhaft herausgestellt, wenn der Luftfiltereinsatz einen Rahmen mit einer Mehrzahl von Filteröffnungen aufweist. Dadurch kann eine Linearisierung der ansonsten turbulent aus der als Diffusor ausgebildeten Aufnahmebucht ausströmenden Luft erreicht werden.
Der Trockensauger weist vorzugsweise ein im Wesentlichen quaderförmiges Gehäuse auf. Es hat sich als vorteilhaft herausgestellt, wenn sich die Aufnahmebucht wenigstens über 25% der Gesamthöhe des Gehäuses erstreckt. Vorzugsweise nimmt die Aufnahmebucht, bezogen an die beiden an der gemeinsamen Ecke anstehenden Oberflächenanteile des Gehäuses, eine etwa gleich große Querschnittsfläche ein. Mit anderen Worten kann die Aufnahmebucht symmetrisch über der Ecke des im Wesentlichen quaderförmig ausgebildeten Gehäuses des Trockensaugers ausgebildet sein.
Es hat sich als vorteilhaft herausgestellt, wenn das Einlassfitting des Trockensaugers und die Aufnahmebucht auf einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Gehäuses befindlich sind.
In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausgestaltung ist der Trockensauger akkubetrieben ausgebildet. Besonders bevorzugt ist der Trockensauger ausschließlich akkubetrieben ausgebildet. In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausgestaltung ist der Trockensauger tragbar mit einem Gewicht von weniger als 10 kg ausgebildet. Dies schließt vorzugsweise das Gewicht eines zum Betrieb des Trockensaugers vorgesehenen Akkumulators (vorzugsweise 22 Volt- Akku) ein.
Weitere Vorteile ergeben sich aus der folgenden Figurenbeschreibung. In den Figuren sind verschiedene Ausführungsbeispiele der vorliegenden Erfindung dargestellt. Die Figuren, die Beschreibung und die Ansprüche enthalten zahlreiche Merkmale in Kombination. Der Fachmann wird die Merkmale zweckmäßigerweise auch einzeln betrachten und sinnvollen weiteren Kombinationen zusammenfassen.
In den Figuren sind gleiche und gleichartige Komponenten mit gleichen Bezugszeichen beziffert. Es zeigen:

Ein bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel eines erfindungsgemäßen Trockensaugers 100 ist in Fig. 1 dargestellt. Der Trockensauger 100 der Fig. 1 ist als kompakter und tragbarer Staubsauger ausgebildet, der vorliegend ausschließlich akkubetreibbar ist. Die in Fig. 1 dargestellte Akkubucht 80 dient der Aufnahme eines hier nicht dargestellten Versorgungsakkus, der vorzugsweise eine Spannung von 22 V aufweist. Fig. 1 zeigt eine rückwärtige perspektivische Sicht auf den Trockensauger 100.
Der Trockensauger 100 weist ein Gehäuse 90 auf, das im vorliegend dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel quaderförmig ausgebildet ist. Am Gehäuse 90 angeordnet ist ein Einlassfitting 10, das zum Anschluss eines hier lediglich schematisch dargestellten Saugschlauchs 210 dient. Das Einlassfitting 10 befindet sich auf der Vorderseite des Trockensaugers 100 und ist dementsprechend in Fig. 1 lediglich abschnittsweise zu erkennen. Auf der dem Einlassfitting 10 gegenüberliegenden Seite des Gehäuses 90, d.h. im Vordergrund der Fig. 1 , ist ein Luftblassystem 50 des Trockensaugers 100 angeordnet. Das Luftausblassystem 50 weist eine Aufnahmebucht 23 auf, die über eine Ecke E (gestrichelte senkrechte Linie deutet Ecke E an) geführt ist. Mit anderen Worten erstreckt sich die Aufnahmebucht 23 über die Ecke E des Gehäuses 90 hinweg. Dabei erstreckt sich die Aufnahmebucht 23 zu wenigstens 25% der Gesamthöhe GH des Gehäuses 90.
Während des Betriebs des Trockensaugers 100 wird Luft aus der Umgebung U als Saugluft SL in das Einlassfitting 10 bzw. den an das Einlassfitting 10 angeschlossenen Saugschlauch 210 eingesaugt. Diese Saugluft SL trägt Schmutzpartikel, die innerhalb des Trockensaugers 100 abgeschieden werden. Hierfür ist ein nicht weiter dargestellter Filter innerhalb des Trockensaugers 100 verantwortlich. Anschließend wird die eingesaugte Saugluft SL als Abluft AL zur Umgebung U ausgeblasen. Dies geschieht durch das Luftausblassystem 50, genauer gesagt durch die hier dargestellte Aufnahmebucht 23 hindurch.
Wie der Fig. 1 entnommen werden kann, ist die Aufnahmebucht 23 als Diffusor ausgebildet, sodass die austretende Abluft AL bereits eine Verringerung ihrer Geschwindigkeit erfährt.
Das Luftausblassystem 50 weist zwei modulare Komponenten auf, nämlich einen Ausblasadapter 27 (vgl. Fig. 2) sowie einen Luftfiltereinsatz 25 (vgl. Fig. 3 und 4). In Fig. 1 ist die Aufnahmebucht 23 ohne darin aufgenommene Einsätze gut erkennbar. Ein innerhalb eines Lumens der Aufnahmebucht 23 befindlicher Haltedom 24 dient dem Befestigen des Ausblasadapters 27 über einen Klemmstift, der mit dem Haltedom 24 korrespondiert. Genauer gesagt sind in der Aufnahmebucht 23 zwei Haltedome 24 angeordnet, von denen lediglich der untere hier erkennbar ist.
Fig. 2 zeigt nunmehr den Trockensauger 100, wobei in dem Luftausblassystem 50 ein Ausblasadapter 27 aufgenommen ist. Der Ausblasadapter 27 weist ein Auslassfitting 29 zum Anschluss eines hier schematisch dargestellten Blasschlauchs 290 auf. Die über das Einlassfitting 10 eingesaugte Saugluft SL tritt nunmehr über das Auslassfitting 29 bzw. über den am Ausblasadapter 27 anzuschließenden Blasschlauch 290 zur Umgebung U aus.
Wie der Fig. 2 entnommen werden kann, ist der Ausblasadapter 27 passgenau in der Aufnahmebucht 23 angeordnet.
Der Ausblasadapter 27 weist eine zylindrische Öffnung mit abgesetztem Anschlag 28 auf. In diese Öffnung kann ein Schlauchende 29' des Blasschlauchs 290 passgenau eingeschoben werden, wobei der Gegenanschlag 28' am Anschlag 28 des Ausblasadapters 27 zum Anschlag kommt. Die innere Öffnung des Ausblasadapters 27 ist entsprechend des Schlauchendes 29' zylindrisch ausgebildet. Alternativ kann eine konische Verbindung zwischen Ausblasadapter 27 und Schlauchende 29' realisiert sein.
Wie der Fig. 2 gut entnommen werden kann, streckt sich auch der in der Aufnahmebucht 23 aufgenommene Ausblasadapter 27 über die Ecke E hinweg, wobei er Oberflächenanteile der Rückseite sowie der Seite des Gehäuses 90 des Trockensaugers 100 einnimmt. Sicher gehalten innerhalb der Aufnahmebucht 23 wird der Ausblasadapter 27 über zwei Klemmstifte 26', die in die in Fig. 1 gezeigten Haltedome 24 eingreifen.
Fig. 3 zeigt den Trockensauger 100, wobei in der Aufnahmebucht 23 (hier verdeckt) des Luftausblassystems 50 ein Luftfiltereinsatz 25 aufgenommen ist. Im Gegensatz zu dem in Fig. 2 gezeigten Ausblasadapter 27 ist der Luftfiltereinsatz 25 in Fig. 3 frei von einem etwaigen Auslassfitting. Mit anderen Worten soll an den Luftfiltereinsatz 25 kein Blasschlauch oder dgl. angeschlossen werden. Vielmehr tritt die vom Trockensauger eingesaugte Saugluft SL als Abluft AL aus dem Luftfiltereinsatz 25 zur Umgebung U hinaus. Dies geschieht durch eine Anzahl von Filteröffnungen 24', die durch einen Rahmen 24 des Luftfiltereinsatzes 25 definiert werden.
Wie der Fig. 3 entnommen werden kann, sitzt der Rahmen 24 samt der hinter den Filteröffnungen 24' erkennbaren Filtermatte über Eck E des Gehäuses 90. Wie ebenfalls der Fig. 3 entnommen werden kann, befinden sich dabei sowohl Filteröffnungen 24' auf der Seite als auch auf der Rückseite des Gehäuses 90, wodurch ein vergleichsweise großer Ausströmquerschnitt für Abluft AL bereitgestellt wird. Auch hier ist gut zu erkennen, dass sich die Aufnahmebucht 23 und der passgenau darin aufgenommene Luftfiltereinsatz 25 über wenigstens 25% der Gesamthöhe GH des Gehäuses 90 erstreckt. Über einen Klippverschluss 22 wird der Luftfiltereinsatz 25 samt Rahmen 24 am Gehäuse 90 befestigt.
Fig. 4 zeigt schließlich eine ... Rückansicht des Trockensaugers 100. Gut zu erkennen ist, dass der Luftfiltereinsatz 25 nebst Rahmen 24 und Filteröffnungen 24' über Eck E ausgebildet ist. Mit anderen Worten strömt Abluft AL nach hinten (aus der Bildebene heraus in Fig. 4) sowie zur Seite (nach links in Fig. 4) aus dem Filtereinsatz 25 heraus. Die über zwei Gehäusewände verteilten Filteröffnungen 24' bieten in ihrer Summe einen vergleichsweise großen Ausströmquerschnitt für die Abluft AL. Somit wird wie erwünscht eine Strömungsgeschwindigkeit der Abluft AL reduziert. Dadurch, dass Strömungsmengen der Abluft AL sowohl aus der Rückseite als auch aus der Seite (von der Rückseite verschiedene Seite) ausströmt, wird ein unangenehmes Anblasen von Benutzern in der Umgebung des Trockensaugers deutlich vermindert.
Wie der Fig. 4 entnommen werden kann, schmiegt sich die Aufnahmebucht 23 an die am Gehäuse 90 vorgesehene Akkubucht 80 an, wodurch eine besonders kompakte Bauart des T rockensaugers 100 gewährleistet wird.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1 . Luftausblassystem (50) für einen tragbaren Trockensauger (100), über das vom Trockensauger (100) eingesaugte Saugluft (SL) als Abluft (AL) zur Umgebung (U) ausgeblasen werden kann,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Luftauslasssystem (50) eine in einem Gehäuse (90) des Trockensaugers (100) anzuordnende Aufnahmebucht (23) aufweist, in der wahlweise ein Luftfiltereinsatz (25) oder ein Ausblasadapter (27) aufnehmbar ist, wobei der Ausblasadapter (27) ein Auslassfitting (29) zum Anschluss eines Blasschlauchs (290) aufweist und der Luftfiltereinsatz (25) frei von einem solchen Auslassfitting ist.
2. Luftausblassystem (50) nach Anspruch 1 ,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Luftfiltereinsatz (25) und/oder der Ausblasadapter (27) modularer Teil des Luftausblassystems (50) sind.
3. Luftausblassystem (50) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmebucht (23) einen Diffusor bildet.
4. Luftausblassystem (50) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Aufnahmebucht (23) wenigstens ein Haltedom (24) zum Befestigen des Ausblasadapters (27) vorgesehen ist.
5. Luftausblassystem (50) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Luftfiltereinsatz (25) einen Rahmen (24) mit einer Mehrzahl von Filteröffnungen (24‘) aufweist.
6. Trockensauger (100) mit einem Luftausblassystem (50) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Aufnahmebucht des Luftausblassystems (50) in dem Gehäuse (90) des Trockensaugers (100) angeordnet ist, und der Trockensauger (100) weiterhin ein zum Anschluss eines Saugschlauchs (210) ausgebildetes Einlassfitting (10) aufweist, das am Gehäuse angeordnet ist und über das die Saugluft (SL) im Betrieb eingesaugt wird, wobei sich die Aufnahmebucht (23) über eine Ecke (E) des Gehäuses (90) hinweg erstreckt.
7. Trockensauger (100) nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (90) des Trockensaugers (100) im Wesentlichen quaderförmig ausgebildet ist.
8. Trockensauger (100) nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Aufnahmebucht (23) wenigstens über 25 Prozent der Gesamthöhe (GH) des Gehäuses (90) erstreckt.
9. Trockensauger (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einlassfitting (10) und die Aufnahmebucht (23) auf einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Gehäuses (90) befindlich sind.
10. Trockensauger (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Trockensauger (100) akkubetrieben ausgebildet und/oder tragbar mit einem Gewicht von weniger als 10 Kilogramm ausgebildet ist.
