Um die laufende Hygiene der Schneidemaschine sicherzustellen, ist es notwendig, den Kettenrahmen regelmäßig gründlich zu reinigen. Zu diesem Zweck kann der gesamte Kettenrahmen von der Schneidemaschine abgenommen werden. Weiters ist am Gehäuse 1 die Antriebswelle 8 zu erkennen, auf welcher der Kettenrahmen 5 (siehe Fig. 2) im eingesetzten Zustand gelagert ist. Zur Stabilisierung wird der Kettenrahmen 5 ferner an einer weiteren Lagerposition 16 gelagert und gesichert. Zum einfachen und gezielten Einsetzen des Kettenrahmens 5 ist am Gehäuse 1 ferner eine Führungsleiste 10 vorgesehen, welche zu beiden Seiten hin jeweils hinterschnittene Führungsbahnen 11 aufweist. In der Ausführungsform gemäß Fig. 1 sind zusätzlich zu den an der Führungsleiste 10 vorgesehenen Führungsbahnen 11 äußere Führungsbahnen 15 vorgesehen, wodurch zwei nebeneinander angeordnete beidseitig hinterschnittene Nuten ausgebildet werden. Die Führungsbahnen weisen jeweils eine Kröpfung 12,13 auf, wodurch beim Einsetzen des Kettenrahmens dieser in Richtung Kreismesser 2 hin versetzt wird. Claims (4)

  1. A slicing machine for foodstuffs such as sausage, cheese or the like, having a housing (1), a circular blade (2), a stop plate (3) which determines the slice thickness and can be displaced in the axial direction of the circular blade (2), and a food carriage (4) which can be moved in parallel to the stop plate (3), on which food carriage (4) the material to be sliced is deposited, as well as a removable chain frame (5) having chains (7) rotating over two axes of rotation (6) and having tips for transporting the slices of material to be sliced from the circular blade (2) to a striker, by means of which the slices of material to be sliced can be thrown off in the direction of a depositing region, wherein the chain frame (5), in the inserted state, is connected by means of an axis of rotation (6) to a drive shaft (8) on the slicing machine, and is supported by means of at least one further supporting point (9) on the housing (1) of the slicing machine, characterised in that, for the insertion of the chain frame (5) on the housing (1) at least one substantially vertically arranged guide rail (10) is provided which includes undercut guide ways (11) on both longitudinal sides, each of which includes one bent portion (12, 13) displaced in the direction of the circular blade, and in that at least two guide pins (14) are provided on the chain frame (5) having corresponding lateral projections engaging, in the inserted state, in the undercuts of the guide ways (11).
  2. The slicing machine according to claim 1, characterised in that the undercut guide ways (11) in the upper end section, which represents the insertion region for the guide pins (14), are formed so as to be inclined relative to one another.
  3. The slicing machine according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that parallel to the two guide ways (11) arranged on the guide rail (10), outer undercut guide ways (15) are provided spaced apart therefrom, such that the guide pins (14) are guided within a groove undercut on both sides when the chain frame (5) is inserted.
  4. The slicing machine according to claim 3, characterised in that the bent portion (12) of the guide ways (11, 15) for the guide pin (14) which, in the inserted state, lies closer to the circular blade (2) is in its height offset further downwards against the bent portion (13) of the guide ways (11, 15) for the other guide pin (14), and in that the two guide pins (14) on the chain frame (15) are also correspondingly offset in height such that, when the chain frame (5) is lowered vertically, they enter the guide tracks (11, 15) one after the other but enter the cranked sections simultaneously.
