Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schneidemaschine für Lebensmittel wie Wurst oder Käse, mit einem Gehäuse (1), einem Kreismesser (2), einer die Schnittstärke bestimmenden in Achsrichtung des Kreismessers (2) verschiebbaren Anschlagplatte (3), einem parallel zur Anschlagplatte (3) verfahrbaren Schnittgutwagen (4), sowie einem abnehmbaren Kettenrahmen (5) mit über zwei Drehachsen (6) umlaufenden Ketten (7) mit Spitzen zum Transport der Schnittgutscheiben vom Kreismesser (2) zu einem Schläger, mittels welchem die Schnittgutscheiben in Richtung eines Ablegebereichs abwerfbar sind, wobei der Kettenrahmen (5) im eingesetzten Zustand mit einer Drehachse (6) mit einer Antriebswelle (8) an der Schneidemaschine verbunden ist und mit zumindest einem weiteren Auflagepunkt (9) am Gehäuse (1) der Schneidemaschine gelagert ist. Zum Einsetzen des Kettenrahmens (5) ist am Gehäuse (1) zumindest eine im Wesentlichen senkrecht angeordnete Führungsleiste (10) vorgesehen, welche an beiden Längsseiten hinterschnittene Führungsbahnen (11) aufweist, die jeweils eine in Richtung des Kreismessers hin versetzte Kröpfung (12,13) aufweisen. Derartige Schneidemaschinen sind im Frischethekenbereich seit langem bekannt. Um die laufende Hygiene der Schneidemaschine sicherzustellen, ist es notwendig, den Kettenrahmen regelmäßig gründlich zu reinigen. Zu diesem Zweck kann der gesamte Kettenrahmen von der Schneidemaschine abgenommen werden. Üblicherweise ist der Kettenrahmen an drei Punkten an der Maschine befestigt, nämlich an einer Antriebswelle für die Drehachse der Ketten und an zwei weiteren Punkten zur Lagerung. Ziel der vorliegenden Erfindung soll es sein, das Einsetzen des Kettenrahmens für die Bedienperson deutlich zu vereinfachen, wodurch der Komfort bei der Handhabung der Schneidemaschine, im Speziellen was die Reinigung der einzelnen Komponenten betrifft, deutlich verbessert wird. Das Aufsetzen des Kettenrahmens wird dadurch wesentlich erleichtert, da die Bedienperson nur ganz zu Beginn beim Aufsetzen von oben den Kettenrahmen ungefähr mit den beiden Führungszapfen auf die Führungsleiste aufsetzen muss. Durch die beiden Führungszapfen zentriert sich der Kettenrahmen auf der Führungsleiste und wird dann beim weiteren Absenken korrekt in seine endgültige Position bewegt, in welcher dann die weiteren Lagerungspunkte immer korrekt getroffen werden, sowie die Verbindung zur Antriebswelle hergestellt wird. Im endgültig montierten Zustand muss der Kettenrahmen sehr nahe am Kreismesser liegen, da eine Anpressrolle sowie Übernahmekrallen, welche ebenfalls am Kettenrahmen vorhanden sind, unmittelbar im Übernahmebereich der Aufschnittscheibe vom Kreismesser positioniert sein müssen.
