For this reason, since a tension can be more reliably generated in the entangled portion YC, it is possible to more reliably determine whether or not the yarn joining operation of the yarn joining device 60 is successful.
  • the package exchanging device 7 of the above-described embodiment includes the yarn joining device 60 which connects the yarn end Y1 and the yarn end Y2 of the yarn supply package P1, the catching and guiding mechanism 61 which guides the yarn end Y1 and the yarn end Y2 of the yarn supply package P1 to the yarn joining device 60, the supply device 50 which supplies the yarn supply package P1 to the creel stand 20, and the collection device 40 which collects the bobbin B1 from the creel stand 20.
