Mécanisme (10) selon la revendication 5 et selon l’une des revendications 1 à 22, caractérisé en ce qu’au moins une roue que comporte le mécanisme de rouage agencé entre d’une part un mobile d’entrée (71 ) agencé pour être entraîné par un mouvement (20), et d’autre part ledit premier canon (2) et/ou ledit deuxième canon (4), au niveau d’au moins un dit étage, comporte une denture incomplète, chaque dent manquante autorisant une détente de ladite aiguille élastique (1 ), par rotation d’un seul desdits canons (2 ;4) lors du passage de l’espace correspondant à une dent manquante, de façon à commander un recul du sommet (6) de ladite aiguille élastique (1 ).  23.
