Abstract

Haarbehandlungsprodukt (1) mit mehreren Bestandteilen umfassend einen als verschließbare Mischschale (4) ausgebildeten Behälter (8) zum Vorhalten zumindest einer ersten, pulverförmigen Zubereitungskomponente (5), um aus der ersten Zubereitungskomponente (5) unter Zugabe zumindest einer zweiten, flüssigen Zubereitungskomponente eine Zubereitungsmischung zu erzeugen.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Haarbehandlungsprodukt mit mehreren Bestandteilen, das aus mehreren Zubereitungskomponenten zubereitet wird, um eine gebrauchsfertige Zubereitungsmischung zu erhalten. Bei dem Haarbehandlungsprodukt kann es sich insbesondere um ein Haarfärbemittel, z. B. eine Haarcoloration oder ein Blondierungsmittel handeln.
  • Aus der WO 2004/041020 A2 ist ein Haarbehandlungsprodukt bekannt, das zumindest zwei zunächst separat voneinander in Tuben oder Flaschen vorgehaltene Zubereitungskomponenten umfasst, die erst unmittelbar vor der eigentlichen Anwendung auf dem Haar zu einer Zubereitungsmischung vermengt werden. Dabei ist problematisch, dass abhängig von der Viskosität der Zubereitungskomponenten nicht immer alle Behälter vollständig entleert werden, sodass nicht sichergestellt werden kann, dass das Mischungsverhältnis der anwendungsfertigen Zubereitungsmischung optimal ist.
  • Es besteht daher die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung darin, ein Haarbehandlungsprodukt mit mehreren Bestandteilen anzugeben, dessen einzelne Zubereitungskomponenten besonders einfach und im richtigen Verhältnis miteinander gemischt werden können.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst mit dem Gegenstand des Patentanspruchs 1. Weitere Ausführungsformen und vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.
  • Gemäß einem Aspekt der Erfindung wird ein Haarbehandlungsprodukt mit mehreren Bestandteilen angegeben, umfassend einen als verschließbare Mischschale ausgebildeten Behälter zum Vorhalten zumindest einer ersten, pulverförmigen Zubereitungskomponente, um aus der ersten Zubereitungskomponente unter Zugabe zumindest einer zweiten, flüssigen Zubereitungskomponente eine Zubereitungsmischung zu erzeugen.
  • Bei der zweiten, flüssigen Zubereitungskomponente handelt es sich insbesondere um eine niedrigviskose Flüssigkeit, insbesondere um eine wässrige Lösung. Beispielsweise kann es sich bei der zweiten, flüssigen Zubereitungskomponente um Wasser handeln, welches der Anwender im Zuge der Produktanwendung zu Hause vorteilhaft selber zugeben kann. Alternativ kann es sich bei der zweiten, flüssigen Zubereitungskomponente auch um eine Entwicklerlösung handeln.
  • Das Haarbehandlungsprodukt hat den Vorteil, dass das Mischen der fertigen Zubereitungsmischung aus der pulverförmigen Zubereitungskomponente und der zweiten, flüssigen Zubereitungskomponente besonders einfach in der Mischschale erfolgen kann, in der die pulverförmige Zubereitungskomponente bereits enthalten ist. Da es sich bei der zweiten Zubereitungskomponente um eine flüssige Komponente handelt, deren Viskosität bei 20 °C insbesondere niedriger ist als 1000 mPas, insbesondere sogar niedriger als 100 mPas, kann ein Behälter, der die zweite Zubereitungskomponente enthält, besonders gut restentleert werden. Da die erste Zubereitungskomponente bereits in der Mischschale vorgehalten ist, ist somit das Mischungsverhältnis der Zubereitungskomponenten zuverlässig definiert.
  • Die Zubereitung erfolgt dann durch Zugabe zumindest der zweiten, flüssigen Zubereitungskomponente zu der ersten, pulverförmigen Zubereitungskomponente in die Mischschale und durch anschließendes Vermengen beider Zubereitungskomponenten zu der gebrauchsfertigen Zubereitungsmischung.
  • Somit ist das Haarbehandlungsprodukt besonders einfach zu handhaben und es wird zudem eine Ersparnis von Verpackungsmaterial erzielt, insbesondere, wenn es sich bei der zweiten, flüssigen Zubereitungskomponente um Wasser handelt.
  • Gemäß einer Ausführungsform ist die erste, pulverförmige Zubereitungskomponente eine Colorationskomponente. Bei dieser Ausführungsform handelt es sich bei dem Haarbehandlungsprodukt um eine Haarcoloration, deren Colorationskomponente als Farbpulvermischung in der Mischschale vorliegt.
  • Typischerweise erfordert ein Haarcolorationsprodukt neben der Colorationskomponente auch eine Entwicklerkomponente. Diese kann entweder dadurch bereitgestellt werden, dass in der Mischschale als dritte Zubereitungskomponente ein festes, insbesondere pulverförmiges Oxidationsmittel vorgehalten ist, das durch Zugabe von Wasser eine Entwicklerlösung ergibt. Alternativ kann eine fertige Entwicklerlösung auch als zweite, flüssige Zubereitungskomponente mit der ersten, pulverförmigen Zubereitungskomponente vermengt werden.
  • Gemäß einer Ausführungsform ist die zumindest eine erste, pulverförmige Zubereitungskomponente als loses Pulver in der Mischschale vorgehalten. Alternativ kann die pulverförmige Zubereitungskomponente jedoch auch in zumindest einem wasserlöslichen Folienbeutel in der Mischschale vorgehalten sein. Bei dieser Ausführungsform löst sich der Folienbeutel bei der Zugabe der zweiten, flüssigen Zubereitungskomponente auf und gibt die erste Zubereitungskomponente frei.
  • Der Folienbeutel kann auch als Mehrkammerbeutel mit zwei oder mehr separaten Kammern ausgebildet sein und in einer ersten Kammer die erste, pulverförmige Zubereitungskomponente und in einer zweiten Kammer eine weitere pulverförmige Zubereitungskomponente enthalten. Bei der weiteren pulverförmigen Zubereitungskomponente kann es sich insbesondere um ein in Pulverform vorliegendes Oxidationsmittel handeln. Alternativ ist es ebenso denkbar, mehrere Zubereitungskomponenten statt in einem Mehrkammerbeutel in mehreren Einzelbeuteln innerhalb des Haarbehandlungsproduktes vorzuhalten.
  • Gemäß einer Ausführungsform umfasst das Haarbehandlungsprodukt eine Umverpackung, die alle Bestandteile des Haarbehandlungsprodukts beinhaltet. Zu den Bestandteilen des Haarbehandlungsprodukts kann beispielsweise auch ein Pinsel oder eine andere Art von Applikator gehören, der zum einen für die Vermischung der Komponenten und zum anderen zum Auftragen der fertigen Zubereitungsmischung auf das Haar verwendbar ist.
  • Dabei kann der Behälter einen Einsatz aufweisen, der zumindest anteilig die Bestandteile des Haarbehandlungsprodukts aufnimmt. Der Einsatz kann einteilig an die Mischschale angeformt sein und wie die Mischschale aus einem Kunststoffmaterial bestehen. Der Einsatz kann insbesondere einen Applikator, beispielsweise einen Pinsel, sowie gegebenenfalls einen Behälter mit einer Entwicklerlösung aufnehmen.
  • Gemäß einer Ausführungsform ist die Mischschale bis zur Anwendung mit einem lösbaren Verschlusselement dicht verschlossen. Bei dem Verschlusselement kann es sich insbesondere um eine abziehbare Kunststofffolie handeln. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass die zumindest eine pulverförmige Zubereitungskomponente in der Mischschale bis zur Anwendung sicher verschlossen ist.
  • Ausführungsformen der Erfindung werden im Folgenden anhand von schematischen Figuren näher erläutert.

  • Figur 1 zeigt ein Haarbehandlungsprodukt 1, das als Haarcolorationsprodukt ausgebildet ist. Das Haarbehandlungsprodukt 1 umfasst einen Behälter 8, der einen tablett- oder schalenförmigen Einsatz 2 sowie eine Mischschale 4 umfasst. Der Einsatz 2 ist an die Mischschale 4 einteilig angeformt, wobei sowohl der Einsatz 2 als auch die Mischschale 4 insbesondere aus einem geeigneten Kunststoffmaterial gefertigt sein können, beispielsweise aus LDPE und/oder PET.
  • Der Behälter 8 kann im Inneren einer nicht gezeigten schachtelartigen Umverpackung angeordnet sein. Im Zuge der Produktnutzung wird der Behälter 8 aus der nicht gezeigten Umverpackung herausgenommen und stellt dem Nutzer die einzelnen Produktbestandteile in sehr anwendungsfreundlicher Art und Weise bereit.
  • In der wannenartigen Mischschale 4 ist eine pulverförmige erste Zubereitungskomponente 5 vorgehalten, die in der in Figur 1 gezeigten ersten Ausführungsform als loses Pulver in der Mischschale 4 liegt. Bei der ersten, pulverförmigen Zubereitungskomponente 5 handelt es sich in der gezeigten Ausführungsform um ein Farbpulver. In der gezeigten Ausführungsform ist die Mischschale 4 zunächst durch eine abziehbare Kunststofffolie 6 beispielsweise aus LDPE verschlossen, insbesondere versiegelt. Mittels der Kunststofffolie 6 ist die Mischschale 4 derart verschlossen, dass kein Pulver verschüttet werden kann.
  • In dem Einsatz 2 ist eine Ausnehmung 3 gebildet, in der in der gezeigten Ausführungsform ein Applikator 9 in Form eines Pinsels vorgehalten ist.
  • In der in Figur 1 gezeigten Ausführungsform ist in der Ausnehmung 3 auch eine Flasche 10 vorgehalten, in der sich eine Entwicklerflüssigkeit als zweite, flüssige Zubereitungskomponente befindet. Je nach Ausführungsform des Haarbehandlungsproduktes kann auf eine solche Flasche 10 mit Flüssigkeit auch gänzlich verzichtet werden, falls das Haarbehandlungsprodukt lediglich die Zugabe von Wasser als flüssige Zubereitungskomponente erfordert. Dies hängt im Einzelfall von der jeweiligen Zusammensetzung der einzelnen Zubereitungskomponenten des Haarbehandlungsproduktes zusammen.
  • Bei der Ingebrauchnahme wird eine nicht gezeigte Umverpackung entfernt und der Behälter 8 entnommen. Anschließend werden der Applikator 9 und die Flasche 10 aus der Ausnehmung 3 entnommen und die Kunststofffolie 6 wird entfernt, um die Mischschale 4 freizugeben. Die in der Flasche 10 enthaltene Entwicklerflüssigkeit oder aber alternativ das zugegebene Wasser wird auf die erste, pulverförmige Zubereitungskomponente 5 in der Mischschale 4 gegeben und unter Zuhilfenahme des Applikators 9 mit dieser vermengt. Anschließend steht eine fertige Zubereitungsmischung zur Verfügung.
  • Figur 2 zeigt ein Haarbehandlungsprodukt 1 gemäß einer zweiten Ausführungsform der Erfindung. Diese unterscheidet sich von der in Figur 1 gezeigten in zwei Merkmalen: zum einen liegt die erste, pulverförmige Zubereitungskomponente 5 in der Mischschale 4 nicht als loses Pulver vor, sondern ist in einem Folienbeutel 7 aus einer wasserlöslichen Folie aufgenommen. Bei dem Folienbeutel 7 handelt es sich in der gezeigten Ausführungsform um einen Zweikammerbeutel mit einer ersten Kammer 11 und einer zweiten Kammer 12. In der ersten Kammer 11 ist die erste, pulverförmige Zubereitungskomponente aufgenommen.
  • Der zweite Unterschied gegenüber der ersten Ausführungsform besteht darin, dass das Haarbehandlungsprodukt 1 keine Flasche 10 mit Entwicklerflüssigkeit umfasst. Stattdessen ist in einer zweiten Kammer 12 des Folienbeutels 7 ein Oxidationsmittel in Pulverform enthalten.
  • Zur Ingebrauchnahme wird, wie bereits im Zusammenhang mit der ersten Ausführungsform beschrieben, der Behälter 8 aus einer nicht gezeigten Umverpackung entnommen. Ferner wird der Applikator 9 aus dem Einsatz 2 entnommen. Anschließend wird die Kunststofffolie 6 von der Mischschale 4 entfernt und es wird eine vorgegebene Menge Wasser in die Mischschale 4 gegeben. Der wasserlösliche Folienbeutel 7 löst sich durch die Zugabe von Wasser auf und durch die Vermengung des Wassers mit der ersten, pulverförmigen Zubereitungskomponente sowie mit dem pulverförmigen Oxidationsmittel wird eine fertige Zubereitungsmischung erhalten.
  • Es sind auch Kombinationen aus den beiden beschriebenen Ausführungsformen denkbar. Beispielsweise kann das in der zweiten Kammer 12 vorgehaltene Oxidationsmittel auch als loses Pulver zusammen mit der ersten, pulverförmigen Zubereitungskomponente 5 in der Mischschale 4 vorliegen, wie anhand von Figur 1 beschrieben. Ferner kann der Folienbeutel 7 auch als Einkammerbeutel ausgebildet sein und lediglich die erste, pulverförmige Zubereitungskomponente 5 enthalten, sodass zur Erzeugung der Zubereitungsmischung die Zugabe einer Entwicklerlösung wie anhand von Figur 1 beschrieben erforderlich ist. Der Folienbeutel 7 löst sich dann in der Entwicklerlösung auf.
  • Ferner ist es denkbar, dass der Behälter 8 keinen Einsatz 2 umfasst, sondern dass der Applikator 9 und gegebenenfalls die Flasche 10 mit der Entwicklerlösung lose zusammen mit der Mischschale 4 in der Umverpackung enthalten sind
  • Ferner ist es möglich, die erste, pulverförmige Komponente 5 als loses Pulver in der Mischschale 4 vorzuhalten und ein pulverförmiges Oxidationsmittel in einem Folienbeutel aus wasserlöslicher Folie oder umgekehrt das Oxidationsmittel als loses Pulver in der Mischschale 4 vorzuhalten und die erste, pulverförmige Komponente 5 in einem Folienbeutel aus wasserlöslicher Folie. Ggf. können die erste, pulverförmige Komponente 5 und das pulverförmige Oxidationsmittel auch gemeinsam in einem wasserlöslichen Folienbeutel oder in der Mischschale vorgehalten werden.
  • Das Haarbehandlungsprodukt 1 hat den Vorteil, dass es besonders einfach zu handhaben ist. Insbesondere ist die Vermischung der einzelnen Zubereitungskomponenten im richtigen Mischungsverhältnis besonders sicher und bequem.

Claims (10)

  1. Haarbehandlungsprodukt (1) mit mehreren Bestandteilen umfassend einen als verschließbare Mischschale (4) ausgebildeten Behälter (8) zum Vorhalten zumindest einer ersten, pulverförmigen Zubereitungskomponente (5), um aus der ersten Zubereitungskomponente (5) unter Zugabe zumindest einer zweiten, flüssigen Zubereitungskomponente eine Zubereitungsmischung zu erzeugen.
  2. Haarbehandlungsprodukt (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die erste, pulverförmige Zubereitungskomponente (5) eine Colorationskomponente ist.
  3. Haarbehandlungsprodukt (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei in der Mischschale (4) als dritte Zubereitungskomponente ein pulverförmiges Oxidationsmittel vorgehalten ist.
  4. Haarbehandlungsprodukt (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die zumindest eine erste, pulverförmige Zubereitungskomponente (5) als loses Pulver in der Mischschale (4) vorgehalten ist.
  5. Haarbehandlungsprodukt (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die zumindest eine erste, pulverförmige Zubereitungskomponente (5) in zumindest einem wasserlöslichen Folienbeutel (7) in der Mischschale (4) vorgehalten ist.
  6. Haarbehandlungsprodukt (1) nach Anspruch 5, wobei der Folienbeutel (7) als Mehrkammerbeutel ausgebildet ist und in einer ersten Kammer (11) die erste, pulverförmige Zubereitungskomponente (5) und in einer zweiten Kammer (12) eine weitere pulverförmige Zubereitungskomponente enthält.
  7. Haarbehandlungsprodukt (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei das Haarbehandlungsprodukt () eine Umverpackung umfasst, die alle Bestandteile des Haarbehandlungsprodukts (1) beinhaltet.
  8. Haarbehandlungsprodukt (1) nach einem Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei das Haarbehandlungsprodukt (1) einen Einsatz (2) aufweist, der zumindest anteilig die Bestandteile des Haarbehandlungsprodukts (1) aufnimmt.
  9. Haarbehandlungsprodukt (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei die Mischschale (4) bis zur Anwendung mit einem lösbaren Verschlusselement dicht verschlossen ist.
  10. Haarbehandlungsprodukt (1) nach Anspruch 9, wobei das Verschlusselement als abziehbare Kunststofffolie (6) ausgebildet ist.
