Claims (15)
- Dispositif de fixation (10) pour la fixation d'un panneau (2) d'un tiroir (1) sur un châssis (4a, 4b), lequel dispositif de fixation (10) présente un élément de maintien (101, 201) ou deux éléments de maintien (101, 201) pouvant être disposé(s) du côté du panneau et au moins deux dispositifs de rétention (100, 200) pouvant être disposés du côté du châssis, dans lequel les dispositifs de rétention (100, 200) sont couplés entre eux de façon mécaniquement fonctionnelle afin de pouvoir être verrouillés ensemble sur l'au moins un élément de maintien (101, 201) ou sur les deux éléments de maintien (101, 201) dans une position de verrouillage, caractérisé en ce que les deux dispositifs de rétention (100, 200) peuvent être déplacés de façon complètement indépendante l'un de l'autre du point de vue mécaniquement fonctionnel par des actionnements séparés de la position de verrouillage à la position de libération, de sorte que les deux dispositifs de rétention (100, 200) sont découplés de façon mécaniquement fonctionnelle pour le déverrouillage.
- Dispositif de fixation (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un dispositif de rétention (100, 200) présente un élément de rétention (116, 216) supporté avec possibilité de translation et/ou de pivotement autour d'un axe de rotation, qui peut être soumis à la force d'un accumulateur de force et déplacé en va-et-vient entre une position de libération et une position de rétention, l'élément de rétention (116, 216) en question étant conçu pour retenir l'au moins un élément de maintien (101, 201) sur le châssis dans la position de rétention.
- Dispositif de fixation (10) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un verrouillage de que l'élément de rétention (116, 216) correspondant sur un dispositif de rétention ou les deux (100, 200) dans la position de rétention est réalisé par un déplacement local d'un axe de rotation de l'élément de rétention (116, 216).
- Dispositif de fixation (10) selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de rétention (216) de l'au moins un dispositif de rétention (200) est associé à un élément de libération (230), de préférence de telle sorte que l'élément de libération (230) est couplé par engagement positif avec l'élément de rétention (216) d'un dispositif de rétention (200) aussi bien pendant le déverrouillage que pendant le verrouillage et en ce que l'élément de libération (130) n'est couplé par engagement positif avec l'élément de rétention (116) de l'autre dispositif de rétention (100) que pendant le verrouillage.
- Dispositif de fixation (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, pour le déplacement des axes de rotation des deux éléments de rétention (116, 216), un segment d'axe (126, 226) supporté avec possibilité de pivotement dans ou avec l'élément de rétention (116, 216) effectue un déplacement approximativement linéaire.
- Dispositif de fixation (10) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le déplacement de chaque axe de rotation est défini par une came de guidage (110, 210) et au moins une glissière (109, 209) de l'élément de base (102) correspondant, de préférence de telle sorte que la came de guidage (110, 210) en question se trouve dans le prolongement de l'axe de rotation de l'élément de rétention (116, 216).
- Dispositif de fixation (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le sens de mouvement de l'axe de rotation de l'élément de rétention (116) lors de son déplacement est perpendiculaire ou sensiblement perpendiculaire à un sens de mouvement de l'élément de maintien (101) lors du verrouillage de l'élément de maintien (101) sur le dispositif de rétention (100).
- Dispositif de fixation (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le déplacement de l'axe de rotation de chaque élément de rétention (116) est défini par un dispositif de commande mécanique correspondant, qui Iie le déplacement de l'axe de rotation à la position de pivotement de l'élément de rétention (116), le dispositif mécanique de commande étant de préférence formé par des dentures correspondantes.
- Dispositif de fixation (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'est prévue une base de montage pour le montage des deux dispositifs de rétention, qui présente de préférence un boîtier (108) formé par une première moitié de boîtier (107a) et une deuxième moitié de boîtier (107b), le boîtier contenant au moins l'élément de rétention (116, 216) et l'élément de libération (230).
- Dispositif de fixation (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux éléments de maintien (101) peuvent être assemblés au panneau (2) et présentent chacun au moins un goujon de rétention (115, 215).
- Dispositif de fixation (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (108) présente des découpes en forme de gorge (114a, 114b) dans lesquelles le goujon de rétention (115) correspondant de l'au moins un élément de maintien (101, 201) pénètre dans une position d'arrêt des dispositifs de rétention (100).
- Dispositif de fixation (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un des éléments de maintien (101, 201) ou chacun des deux présente une installation d'ajustement vertical (120).
- Dispositif de fixation (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que deux des éléments de maintien (101, 201) sont réunis par une partie de base (117) pour former un module de maintien (131), les deux parties de maintien (118, 218) étant fixées à la partie de base (117).
- Procédé pour fixer un panneau (2) sur un châssis (4) avec un dispositif de fixation (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le volet (2) est fixé par un seul mouvement d'application, dans lequel les deux dispositifs de rétention (100, 200) se déclenchent l'un après l'autre de façon décalée dans le temps et se mettent en prise avec au moins un élément de maintien (101, 201), en particulier avec deux goujons de maintien (115, 215).
- Procédé pour détacher un panneau (2) d'un châssis, dans lequel le panneau (2) est fixé au châssis (4) avec un dispositif de fixation (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de rétention (100, 200) sont dégagés de leur prise séparément pour libérer l'au moins un élément de maintien (101, 201), en particulier deux boulons de maintien (115, 215).
