Die Erfindung betrifft ein Galerieschienenprofil (1) zur Aufhängung eines Gegenstandes, insbesondere eines Bildes, aufweisend: einen ersten Profilteilabschnitt (2) zum Anbringen eines Leuchtmittels und einen zweiten Profilteilabschnitt (3) zur Aufhängung eines Gegenstandes, wobei die Profilteilabschnitte (2, 3) jeweils im Querschnitt eine Zugangsöffnung (4, 5) aufweisen, wobei die Zugangsöffnung (4) des ersten Profilteilabschnitts (2) in entgegengesetzte Richtung zur Zugangsöffnung (5) des zweiten Profilteilabschnitts (3) orientiert ist. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein Schienensystem (20) mit einem Galerieschienenprofil (1).

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Galerieschienenprofil zur Aufhängung eines Gegenstandes, insbesondere eines Kunstobjekts wie etwa ein Bild oder ein Foto, sowie ein Schienen- system zur Aufhängung eines Gegenstandes. Solche Galerieschienenprofile werden nicht nur in Galerien eingesetzt, sondern auch in Privathaushalten und/oder in Büro- räumlichkeiten verwendet werden.
Aus dem Stand der Technik sind diverse Galerieschienenprofile bekannt, welche bei spielsweise zwei Schienen aufweisen, von denen die eine Schiene der Anbringung ei- nes Bildes und die andere Schiene der direkten oder indirekten Beleuchtung eines Raumes und/oder eines Bildes dient.
Ferner sind Galerieschienenprofile mit nur einer Schiene bekannt, in welcher sowohl ein Bild als auch dessen direkte oder indirekte Beleuchtung angebracht werden kann.
Wie bereits angedeutet, dienen die Galerieschienenprofile neben der sicheren Auf- hängung eines Bildes auch dem Zweck der Beleuchtung des Raumes selbst und unter Umständen auch des am Galerieschienenprofil befestigten Bildes durch das von der Decke und von den Wänden des Raumes reflektierte Licht.
Hierbei wird je nach Ausrichtung eines Leuchtmittels, das über ein Gestänge bzw. eine Flaltevorrichtung in einer Schiene des Galerieschienenprofils angeordnet ist, eine direkte oder indirekte Beleuchtung für ein zu beleuchtendes Bild geschaffen.
In jedem Fall muss das Galerieschienenprofil derart ausgebildet sein, dass dieses elektrische Energie an ein Leuchtmittel leiten kann, so dass die Energie von dem Ga- lerieschienenprofil über die Haltevorrichtung hin zum Leuchtmittel gelangt.
Dies bedeutet einen Mehraufwand bei der Produktion eines derartigen Galerieschie- nenprofils, wodurch dementsprechende Produktionskosten verursacht werden. Dar- über hinaus sind solche Galerieschienenprofile mechanisch oft nicht sehr stabil, weil die hervorstehenden Leuchtmittel eine Hebelwirkung erzeugen können.
Daher ist es Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, ein Galerieschienenprofil sowie ein Schienensystem zur Aufhängung eines Gegenstandes anzugeben, welches kosten- günstig und materialsparend herstellbar ist sowie eine vereinfachte Möglichkeit einer Beleuchtung zum Beispiel eines Bildes aufweist, und welches vorzugsweise leicht und sicher an einer Wand befestigbar ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale der unabhängigen Pa- tentansprüche gelöst. Weitere vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen sind Gegenstand der Un- teransprüche.
Erfindungsgemäß umfasst bei einem ersten Aspekt der vorliegenden Erfindung ein Galerieschienenprofil zur Aufhängung eines Gegenstandes, insbesondere eines Kunstobjektes, wie etwa eines Bildes:
- einen ersten Profilteilabschnitt zum Anbringen eines Leuchtmittels, wobei vor- zugsweise der erste Profilteilabschnitt zum Anbringen eines Leuchtmittels nicht nur geeignet, sondern auch bestimmt bzw. entsprechend ausgestaltet ist oder mit anderen Worten gesagt, das Leuchtmittel aufnimmt, und
- einen zweiten Profilteilabschnitt zur Aufhängung eines Gegenstandes,
- wobei vorzugsweise die Profilteilabschnitte jeweils im Querschnitt eine Zu- gangsöffnung, vorteilhafterweise eine einzige Zugangsöffnung je Profilteilab- schnitt, aufweisen.
Bevorzugterweise ist die Zugangsöffnung des ersten Profilteilabschnitts in entgegen- gesetzte Richtung zur Zugangsöffnung des zweiten Profilteilabschnitts orientiert. Auf diese Weise ist es also möglich, an oder in dem ersten Profilteilabschnitt ein Leucht- mittel anzubringen und im zweiten Profilteilabschnitt einen Gegenstand, wie zum Bei- spiel ein Bild, aufzuhängen.
Ferner ist bevorzugt, dass an oder innerhalb der Zugangsöffnung des zweiten Profil teilabschnitts ein Befestigungsmittel zur Aufhängung eines Gegenstandes anordenbar ist. Somit kann also zum Beispiel ein Bild mit Hilfe von Seilen an dem Galerieschie- nenprofil befestigt werden.
Vorzugsweise ist innerhalb des ersten Profilteilabschnitts ein Leuchtmittel derart ange- ordnet, dass erzeugtes Licht des Leuchtmittels durch die Zugangsöffnung des ersten Profilteilabschnitts leuchtet. Auf diese Weise ist eine indirekte Beleuchtung eines Rau- mes und ggf. auch Gegenstandes, der darunter am zweiten Profilteilabschnitt ange- ordnet ist, möglich, da die Zugangsöffnungen der Profilteilabschnitte in entgegenge- setzte Richtung orientiert sind. Ferner ist bevorzugt, dass das Leuchtmittel als einzelne LEDs oder als LED-Streifen ausgebildet ist, wobei vorzugsweise das Leuchtmittel einfarbig oder mehrfarbig ausge- bildet ist.
Auch ist es günstig, wenn die Farbintensität und/oder die ausgestrahlte Lichtfarbe des Leuchtmittels variierbar ist. Auf diese Weise können diverse Lichteffekte realisiert wer- den.
Des Weiteren ist es günstig, wenn das Leuchtmittel in dem ersten Profilteilabschnitt angeordnet oder integriert ist. Auf diese Weise kann die Anzahl an Teilen reduziert werden und somit der Zusammenbau eines Galerieschienenprofils vereinfacht wer- den.
Ferner kann vorgesehen sein, dass der zweite Profilteilabschnitt, insbesondere des- sen Zugangsöffnung, als Schiene ausgebildet ist, in welcher ein Aufnahmemittel für einen Gegenstand verschiebbar sowie lösbar befestigbar ist. Mit anderen Worten aus- gedrückt, ist es somit also möglich, an dem zweiten Profilteilabschnitt bzw. an dessen Zugangsöffnung ein Aufnahmemittel, wie zum Beispiel ein Flaken mit einem Seil, zum Halten eines Bildes anzubringen.
Vorteilhafterweise ist der erste Profilteilabschnitt, insbesondere dessen Zugangsöff- nung, als Aufnahme für eine lichtdurchlässige Abdeckung ausgebildet. Mithilfe der Ab- deckung kann das Eindringen von Schmutz in den ersten Profilteilabschnitt verhindert werden.
Beispielsweise kann die Abdeckung aus einem klaren Glas und/oder Kunststoff herge- stellt werden. Sie kann aber auch aus einem Milch- bzw. Opal-Glas und/oder Kunst- stoff hergestellt werden und kann darüber hinaus auch integrierte Linsen, Micro-Pris- men und/oder ein Rastermuster aufweisen.
Des Weiteren ist es bevorzugt, dass der erste Profilteilabschnitt im Querschnitt eine U-Form aufweist.
Bevorzugterweise wird der erste Profilteilabschnitt von einem ersten und einem zwei- ten Profilelement sowie von wenigstens einem Verbindungselement, insbesondere von einem ersten Verbindungselement, gebildet.
Vorzugsweise verbindet das wenigstens eine Verbindungelement die zwei Profilele- mente derart miteinander, dass das Verbindungelement und die zwei Profilelemente zusammen den ersten, im Querschnitt U-förmigen Profilteilabschnitt bilden. Auch ist es von Vorteil, wenn die offene Seite des ersten, U-förmigen Profilteilab schnitts die Zugangsöffnung des ersten Profilteilabschnitts bildet.
Ferner ist es möglich, dass innerhalb des ersten, U-förmigen Profilteilabschnitts ein Leuchtmittel angeordnet ist. Somit ist beispielsweise eine indirekte Beleuchtung eines Raumes und ggf. auch eines Bildes, das am zweiten Profilteilabschnitt angeordnet ist, möglich.
Günstigerweise ist das Leuchtmittel an einem Profilelement oder an dem wenigstens einen Verbindungselement angeordnet. Hierbei ist das Leuchtmittel vorzugsweise an einem Profilelement oder an dem wenigsten einen Verbindungselement derart ange- ordnet, dass von dem Leuchtmittel erzeugtes Licht durch die Zugangsöffnung des ers- ten Profilabschnitts dringen muss, um das Galerieschienenprofil zu verlassen.
Vorteilhafterweise weist der zweite Profilteilabschnitt im Querschnitt eine Quaderform auf.
Auch ist es vorteilhaft, wenn der zweite Profilteilabschnitt von einem dritten und einem vierten Profilelement sowie von wenigstens einem Verbindungselement, insbesondere von einem zweiten Verbindungselement, gebildet wird.
Ferner ist es von Vorteil, wenn das wenigstens eine Verbindungelement die zwei Pro- filelemente derart miteinander verbindet, dass das Verbindungelement und die zwei Profilelemente zusammen den im Querschnitt zweiten, quaderförmigen Profilteilab- schnitt mit einer Zugangsöffnung bilden.
Des Weiteren ist bevorzugt, dass das dritte und vierte Profilelement im Querschnitt L- förmig ausgebildet ist und jeweils mit einem Schenkel der L-Form in Richtung des an- deren Profilelements orientiert ist. Auf diese Weise ist zwischen den beiden zueinan- der orientierten Schenkeln die Zugangsöffnung des zweiten Profilteilabschnitts bildbar.
Vorzugsweise bilden das dritte und vierte L-förmig ausgebildete Profilelement zusam- men mit dem wenigstens einen Verbindungselement den im Querschnitt zweiten, qua- derförmigen Profilteilabschnitt mit einer Zugangsöffnung.
Auch kann vorgesehen sein, dass der erste und zweite Profilteilabschnitt durch einen dritten Profilteilabschnitt zur Befestigung des Galerieschienenprofils an einer Wand verbunden ist. Günstigerweise wird der dritte Profilteilabschnitt teilweise von dem ersten und teil- weise von dem zweiten Profilteilabschnitt sowie von einem Verbindungsstegteil gebil- det.
Ferner ist es bevorzugt, dass das Verbindungsstegteil den ersten und zweiten Profil- teilabschnitt miteinander verbindet.
Vorteilhafterweise umfasst der dritte Profilteilabschnitt wenigstens eine Halteeinrich- tung für eine Abschlussblende zum Verschließen des Galerieschienenprofils oder zum Anschließen eines weiteren Galerieschienenprofils.
Dabei ist es günstig, wenn die wenigstens eine Halteeinrichtung an wenigstens einem Verbindungselement des ersten und/oder zweiten Profilteilabschnitts angeordnet ist.
Des Weiteren ist es von Vorteil, wenn die wenigstens eine Halteeinrichtung ausgebil- det ist, ein Befestigungsmittel, insbesondere eine Schraube, zum Befestigen einer Ab- schlussblende aufzunehmen.
Bevorzugterweise weisen das erste und das zweite Verbindungselement je eine Hal- teeinrichtung auf. Somit ist eine sichere Befestigung von zum Beispiel einer Ab- schlussblende am Galerieschienenprofil möglich.
Des Weiteren ist es bevorzugt, dass das Galerieschienenprofil ein erstes Seitenprofil- element aufweist, das eine Sichtseite zur Betrachtung umfasst.
Vorzugsweise umfasst das erste Seitenprofilelement ein erstes und drittes Profilele- ment. Mit anderen Worten ausgedrückt, setzt sich das erste Seitenprofilelement vor- zugsweise aus einem ersten und einem dritten Profilelement zusammen.
Auch ist es günstig, wenn das erste Seitenprofilelement zusätzlich ein Verbindungs- stegteil umfasst, das das erste und dritte Profilelement miteinander verbindet, insbe- sondere einstückig verbindet.
Vorteilhafterweise ist das erste Seitenprofilelement im Querschnitt L-förmig ausgebil- det und mit einem ersten Schenkel seiner L-Form in Richtung eines zweiten Seiten- profilelements orientiert.
Auch kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Galerieschienenprofil ein zweites Seitenprofil- element aufweist, das eine Wandseite zur Montage umfasst. Vorzugsweise umfasst das zweite Seitenprofilelement ein zweites und viertes Profil element. Mit anderen Worten ausgedrückt, setzt sich das zweite Seitenprofilelement vorzugsweise aus einem zweiten und einem vierten Profitelement zusammen.
Auch ist es günstig, wenn das zweite und vierte Profilelement voneinander beab- standet sind, um eine Aufnahme für ein Montagemittel zu generieren, mit welchen eine Wandmontage gewährleistbar ist.
Bevorzugterweise ist zwischen dem zweiten und vierten Profilelement eine Aufnahme in Form einer Öffnung zur Wandmontage ausgebildet.
Auch ist es günstig, wenn von dem zweiten Profilelement und/oder von dem vierten Profilelement eine Nase jeweils in Richtung des vierten und/oder zweiten Profilele- ments zum Eingreifen in eine Nut, insbesondere gebildet zwischen einer Wand und einem Befestigungsprofil, hervorragt. Nochmals anders geschildert, ist es also güns- tig, wenn eine Nase des zweiten und/oder vierten Profitelements in Richtung des vier- ten und/oder zweiten Profilelements ragt, um in eine Nut zwischen einem Befesti- gungsprofil einer Wand einzugreifen. Dadurch kann ein sicherer Halt des Galerie- schienenprofils an einer Wand gewährleistet werden.
Vorteilhafterweise ist das zweite Seitenprofilelement im Querschnitt im Wesentlichen L-förmig ausgebildet und mit einem ersten Schenkel seiner L-Form in Richtung eines ersten Seitenprofilelements orientiert.
Auch ist es günstig, wenn das dritte Profilelement und/oder das erste Seitenprofilele- ment L-förmig und ungleichschenklig ausgebildet ist.
Vorteilhafterweise weist das dritte L-förmige Profilelement und/oder das erste Seiten- profilelement einen zweiten Schenkel auf, der wenigstens doppelt so lange wie ein erster Schenkel ausgebildet ist. Mit anderen Worten ausgedrückt, sind also die beiden Schenkel des dritten L-förmigen Profilelements und/oder des ersten Seitenprofilele- ments unterschiedlich lang ausgebildet.
Vorzugsweise ist ein viertes Profilelement und/oder das zweite Seitenprofilelement, gegenüberliegend zum dritten Profilelement und/oder gegenüberliegend zum ersten Seitenprofilelement, L-förmig und ungleichschenklig ausgebildet.
Bevorzugterweise weist das vierte L-förmige Profilelement und/oder das zweite Sei- tenprofilelement einen zweiten Schenkel auf, der wenigstens doppelt so lange wie ein erster Schenkel ausgebildet ist. Nochmals anders ausgedrückt, sind also die beiden Schenkel des vierten L-förmigen Profilelements und/oder des zweiten Seitenprofilele- ments unterschiedlich lang ausgebildet.
Des Weiteren kann vorgesehen sein, dass das erste und zweite Seitenprofilelement über das wenigstens eine Verbindungselement, insbesondere über das erste und/oder das zweite Verbindungselement miteinander verbunden ist bzw. sind.
Vorteilhafterweise ist die Zugangsöffnung des ersten Profilteilabschnitts zu einer Raumdecke und die Zugangsöffnung des zweiten Profilteilabschnitts zum Erdboden orientiert. Im Ergebnis ist also die Zugangsöffnung des ersten Profilteilabschnitts in entgegengesetzte Richtung zu Zugangsöffnung des zweiten Profilteilabschnitts orien- tiert.
Ein zweiter Aspekt der vorliegenden Erfindung umfasst ein Schienensystem zur Auf- hängung eines Gegenstandes, insbesondere eines Kunstobjekts wie etwa eines Bil des oder eines Fotos. Bei einem Schienensystem handelt es sich vorzugsweise um ein System zum Befestigen eines Galerieschienenprofils an einer Wand.
Es wird ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass die Merkmale des Galerieschienenpro- fils, wie sie unter dem ersten Aspekt erwähnt werden, einzeln oder miteinander kombi- nierbar bei dem Schienensystem zur Aufhängung eines Gegenstandes Anwendung finden können.
Anders ausgedrückt, die oben unter dem ersten Aspekt der Erfindung genannten Merkmale betreffend das Galerieschienenprofil können auch hier unter dem zweiten Aspekt der Erfindung mit weiteren Merkmalen kombiniert werden.
Dementsprechend ist es bevorzugt, dass ein Schienensystem zur Aufhängung eines Gegenstandes, insbesondere eines Bildes, ein Galerieschienenprofil nach dem ersten Aspekt der vorliegenden Erfindung umfasst.
Bevorzugterweise weist das Schienensystem ferner ein Wandbefestigungsprofil zur Montage an einer Wand bzw. zur Wandmontage auf.
Auch ist es bevorzugt, dass das Wandbefestigungsprofil im Querschnitt entlang des Wandbefestigungsprofils zumindest teilweise L-förmig ausgebildet ist, um eine Nut zwischen einer Wand und dem Wandbefestigungsprofil zu generieren. Eine durchge- hende Ausführung des Wandbefestigungsprofils mit L-förmigen Querschnitt verleiht ihm bessere Stabilität. Bei einem teilweise L-förmig ausgebildeten Querschnitt des Wandbefestigungsprofils kann man Material einsparen. Vorzugsweise greift in die Nut eine Nase eines zweiten und/oder eines vierten Profilelements ein. Somit kann eine Befestigung des Galerieschienenprofils an einer Wand mithilfe des Befestigungsprofils gewährleistet werden. Eine solche Konstruktion würde unter anderem ermöglichen, dass das Galerieschienenprofil für die Verbindung mit dem Wandbefestigungsprofil in diesen einfach eingeklickt werden kann.
Nochmals genauer geschildert, ist es von Vorteil, wenn das Wandbefestigungsprofil im Querschnitt L-förmig ausgebildet ist und vorzugsweise eine Anlagefläche zur An- lage an einer Wand umfasst.
Ferner ist es bevorzugt, dass das Schienensystem ein Befestigungsprofil zur sicheren Positionierung eines Galerieschienenprofils an einem Wandbefestigungsprofil um- fasst. Während das Wandbefestigungsprofil eine Plattform zur Montage an der Wand bietet, handelt es sich bei dem Befestigungsprofil zum einen vorzugsweise um ein Verbindungsstück, das zwei Wandbefestigungsprofile miteinander verbindet, und zum anderen bietet es eine Möglichkeit, das Wandbefestigungsprofil mit einem Galerie- schienenprofil, insbesondere kraftschlüssig, zu verbinden.
Günstigerweise ist das Befestigungsprofil im Querschnitt L-förmig ausgebildet.
Vorteilhafterweise weist ein Schenkel des L-förmig ausgebildeten Befestigungsprofils ebenfalls eine L-förmige Ausgestaltung auf, und zwar vorzugsweise mit einer Anlage- fläche zur Anlage an einer Wand, sodass der Schenkel des Befestigungsprofils das Wandbefestigungsprofil fortsetzen bzw. verlängern kann.
Auch ist es von Vorteil, wenn ein Schenkel der L-Form der Anordnung an dem Wand- befestigungsprofil sowie der Verlängerung des Wandbefestigungsprofils entlang einer Wand dient und vorzugsweise der andere Schenkel der L-Form eine Aufnahme für ein Befestigungsmittel, insbesondere für einen Gewindestift, bildet. Mithilfe des Befesti- gungsmittels kann ein Galerieschienenprofil an der Wand bzw. an dem Befestigungs- profil und somit an dem Wandbefestigungsprofil befestigt werden.
Dabei ist es bevorzugt, dass das Wandbefestigungsprofil und das Befestigungsprofil mithilfe eines Verbindungsstücks aneinander befestigbar sind.
Auch ist es vorteilhaft, wenn ein Befestigungsmittel an dem anderen Schenkel der L- Form des Befestigungsprofils mit wenigstens einer Flalteeinrichtung eines Galerie- schienenprofils derart zusammenwirkt, dass das Galerieschienenprofil am Wandbe- festigungsprofil befestigt ist. Des Weiteren ist es vorteilhaft, wenn das erste Seitenprofilelement und/oder das zweite Seitenprofilelement und/oder das Galerieschienenprofil einstückig ausgebildet ist.
Nachstehend wird die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels in Verbindung mit zugehörigen Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Hierbei zeigen schematisch:

Fig. 4 eine 3-dimensionale Darstellung eines Teiles des erfin- dungsgemäßen Schienensystems nach den Figuren 2 und 3.
In der nachfolgenden Beschreibung werden gleiche Bezugszeichen für gleiche Ge- genstände verwendet.
Figur 1 zeigt eine Schnittansicht auf ein erfindungsgemäßes Galerieschienenprofil 1.
Genauer dargestellt zeigt Figur 1 ein Galerieschienenprofil 1 zur Aufhängung eines Gegenstandes, insbesondere eines Bildes.
Das Galerieschienenprofil umfasst dabei einen ersten Profilteilabschnitt 2 zum Anbrin- gen eines Leuchtmittels und einen zweiten Profilteilabschnitt 3 zur Aufhängung eines Bildes.
Die beiden Profilteilabschnitte 2, 3 weisen jeweils im Querschnitt eine Zugangsöffnung 4, 5 auf, wobei die Zugangsöffnung 4 des ersten Profilteilabschnitts 2 in entgegenge- setzte Richtung zur Zugangsöffnung 5 des zweiten Profilteilabschnitts 3 orientiert ist. Mit anderen Worten ausgedrückt, ist die Zugangsöffnung 4 des ersten Profilteilab schnitts 2 zu einer Raumdecke und die Zugangsöffnung 5 des zweiten Profilteilab- schnitts 3 zum Erdboden orientiert.
Gemäß Figur 1 ist an oder innerhalb der Zugangsöffnung 5 des zweiten Profilteilab schnitts 3 ein Befestigungsmittel zur Aufhängung eines Bildes anordenbar.
Hingegen ist innerhalb des ersten Profilteilabschnitts 2 ein Leuchtmittel 6 derart ange- ordnet, dass dessen erzeugtes Licht durch die Zugangsöffnung 4 des ersten Profilteil abschnitts 2 leuchten bzw. strahlen kann.
Aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Orientierungen der Zugangsöffnungen 4, 5 ist es le- diglich möglich, einen Raum indirekt mit Licht des Leuchtmittels 6 des ersten Profilteil abschnitt 2 zu beleuchten, wobei am zweiten Profilteilabschnitt 3 beispielsweise ein Bild angeordnet werden kann.
Im vorliegenden Fall ist das Leuchtmittel 6 als LED-Streifen und einfarbig oder mehr- farbig ausgebildet, wobei zu dem die Farbintensität und die ausgestrahlte Lichtfarbe des Leuchtmittels 6 variiert werden kann.
Des Weiteren zeigt Figur 1 , dass der zweite Profilteilabschnitt 3 bzw. dessen Zu- gangsöffnung 5 als Schiene ausgebildet ist, in welcher ein Aufnahmemittel für ein Bild verschiebbar sowie lösbar befestigbar ist.
Demgegenüber ist der erste Profilteilabschnitt 2 bzw. dessen Zugangsöffnung 4 als Aufnahme für eine lichtdurchlässige Abdeckung 7 ausgebildet. Diese Abdeckung 7 hat die Aufgabe, Schmutz vom Eindringen in den Profilabschnitt 2 zu hindern. Außerdem können mithilfe einer Abdeckung 7 spezielle Lichteffekte erzielt werden. Beispiels- weise kann die Abdeckung 7 aus einem klaren Glas und/oder Kunststoff hergestellt werden. Sie kann aber auch aus einem Milch- bzw. Opal-Glas und/oder Kunststoff hergestellt werden und kann darüber hinaus auch integrierte Linsen, Micro-Prismen und/oder ein Rastermuster aufweisen.
Wie Figur 1 ferner zeigt, hat der erste Profilteilabschnitt 2 im Querschnitt eine U-Form.
Diese U-Form bzw. der erste Profilteilabschnitt 2 wird von einem ersten 8 und einem zweiten Profilelement 9 sowie von einem ersten Verbindungselement 10 gebildet.
Dabei verbindet das erste Verbindungelement 10 die zwei Profilelemente 8, 9 derart miteinander, dass das erste Verbindungelement 10 und die zwei Profilelemente 8, 9 zusammen den ersten, im Querschnitt U-förmigen Profilteilabschnitt 2 bilden. Dabei wird nochmals klar, dass die offene Seite des ersten, U-förmigen Profilteilab schnitts 2 die Zugangsöffnung 4 des ersten Profilteilabschnitts 2 bildet.
Wie bereits erwähnt, ist gemäß dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach Figur 1 ein Leuchtmit- tel 6 innerhalb des ersten, U-förmigen Profilteilabschnitts 2 angeordnet.
Genauer dargestellt ist das Leuchtmittel 6 an dem ersten Verbindungselement 10 an- geordnet.
Hingegen weist nach Figur 1 der zweite Profilteilabschnitt 3 im Querschnitt eine Qua- derform auf, wobei der zweite Profilteilabschnitt 3 von einem dritten 11 und einem vierten Profilelement 12 sowie von einem zweiten Verbindungselement 13 gebildet wird.
Das zweite Verbindungelement 13 verbindet, wie in Figur 1 dargestellt, die zwei Profil elemente 11 , 12 derart miteinander, dass das Verbindungelement 13 und die zwei Profilelemente 11 , 12 zusammen den im Querschnitt zweiten, quaderförmigen Profil teilabschnitt 3 mit einer Zugangsöffnung 5 bilden.
Weiter konkretisiert, ist gemäß Figur 1 das dritte 11 und vierte Profilelement 12 im Querschnitt L-förmig ausgebildet und jeweils mit einem Schenkel der L-Form in Rich- tung des anderen Profilelements orientiert. Somit wird zwischen den beiden zueinan- der orientierten Schenkeln die Zugangsöffnung 5 des zweiten Profilteilabschnitts 3 ge- bildet.
Somit bilden das dritte 11 und vierte L-förmig ausgebildete Profilelement 12 zusam- men mit dem zweiten Verbindungselement 13 den im Querschnitt zweiten, quaderför- migen Profilteilabschnitt 3 mit einer Zugangsöffnung 5.
Zur Verbindung des ersten 2 und zweiten Profilteilabschnitts 3 dient ein dritter Profil teilabschnitt 14, mit welchem das Galerieschienenprofil 1 an einer Wand befestigt wer- den kann.
Genauer dargestellt wird der dritte Profilteilabschnitt 14 teilweise von dem ersten 2 und teilweise von dem zweiten Profilteilabschnitt 3 sowie von einem Verbindungssteg- teil 15 gebildet.
Dabei verbindet das Verbindungsstegteil 15 den ersten 2 und zweiten Profilteilab schnitt 3 miteinander, wobei der dritte Profilteilabschnitt 14 zwei Halteeinrichtungen 21 , 22 für eine Abschlussblende zum Verschließen des Galerieschienenprofils 1 um- fasst. Die zwei Halteeinrichtungen 21 , 22 sind an den Verbindungselementen 10, 13 des ersten und zweiten Profilteilabschnitts 2, 3 angeordnet. Mit anderen Worten ausge- drückt, ist eine Halteeinrichtung 21 bzw. 22 an dem ersten Verbindungselement 10 bzw. an dem zweiten Verbindungselement 13 angeordnet.
Jede der beiden Halteeinrichtungen 21 , 22 ist ausgebildet, ein Befestigungsmittel bzw. eine Schraube zum Befestigen einer Abschlussblende aufzunehmen.
Zusammengefasst kann festgehalten werden, dass das Galerieschienenprofil 1 ein erstes Seitenprofilelement 16 mit einer Sichtseite S zur Betrachtung umfasst, wobei sich das erste Seitenprofilelement 16 aus dem ersten Profilelement 8, dem dritten Pro- filelement 11 und dem Verbindungsstegteil 15 zusammensetzt, das das erste 8 und dritte Profilelement 11 miteinander verbindet.
Des Weiteren ist das erste Seitenprofilelement 16 im Querschnitt L-förmig ausgebildet und mit einem ersten Schenkel seiner L-Form in Richtung eines zweiten Seitenprofil- elements 17 orientiert.
Wie bereits angedeutet, hat das Galerieschienenprofil 1 ein zweites Seitenprofilele- ment 17 mit einer Wandseite W zur Montage.
Dabei setzt sich das zweite Seitenprofilelement 17 aus dem zweiten 9 und vierten Profilelement 12 zusammen, die voneinander beabstandet sind, um eine Aufnahme für ein Montagemittel zu generieren, mit welchen eine Wandmontage gewährleistbar ist.
Mit anderen Worten ausgedrückt, ist zwischen dem zweiten 9 und vierten Profilele- ment 12 eine Aufnahme 18 in Form einer Öffnung ausgebildet, die der Montage an ei- ner Wand dient.
Wie in Figur 1 dargestellt, ragt von dem zweiten Profilelement 9 und von dem vierten Profilelement 12 jeweils eine Nase 19, 20 in Richtung des vierten 12 bzw. des zweiten Profilelements 9 zum Eingreifen in eine Nut hervor, die zwischen einer Wand und ei- nem Befestigungsprofil 31 gebildet wird.
Hierbei ist ebenfalls das zweite Seitenprofilelement 17 im Querschnitt im Wesentli- chen L-förmig ausgebildet und mit einem ersten Schenkel seiner L-Form in Richtung des ersten Seitenprofilelements 16 orientiert.
Wie Figur 1 ebenfalls zu entnehmen ist, ist das dritte Profilelement 11 bzw. auch das erste Seitenprofilelement 16 L-förmig und ungleichschenklig ausgebildet. Hierbei weist sowohl das dritte L-förmige Profilelement 11 als auch das erste Seiten- profilelement 16 einen zweiten Schenkel auf, der wenigstens doppelt so lange wie ein erster Schenkel ausgebildet ist.
Gleiche Aussage trifft auf das vierte Profilelement 12 und das zweite Seitenprofilele- ment 17 zu.
Hier weist ebenfalls sowohl das vierte L-förmige Profilelement 12 als auch das zweite Seitenprofilelement 17 einen zweiten Schenkel auf, der wenigstens doppelt so lange wie ein erster Schenkel ausgebildet ist.
Um einen Galerieschienenprofil 1 aus den beiden Seitenprofilelementen 16, 17 zu bil- den, sind das erste 16 und zweite Seitenprofilelement 17 über das erste und zweite Verbindungselement 10, 13 miteinander verbunden.
Figur 2 zeigt eine dreidimensionale Darstellung eines an einer Wand W montierten er- findungsgemäßen Schienensystems 30 mit einem Wandbefestigungsprofil 31 an einer Wand.
Figur 3 zeigt eine 3-dimensionale Darstellung des erfindungsgemäßen Schienensys- tems 30 mit dem Galerieschienenprofil 1 aus Figur 1 bei der Montage an einer Wand, wobei Figur 4 eine 3-dimensionale Darstellung eines Teiles des erfindungsgemäßen Schienensystems nach den Figuren 2 und 3 zeigt.
Zur Vermeidung unnötiger Wiederholungen werden die Figuren 2 bis 4 nachfolgend gemeinsam beschrieben.
Das Schienensystem 30 zur Aufhängung eines Bildes hat neben dem bereits be- schriebenen Galerieschienenprofil 1 ein Wandbefestigungsprofil 31 zur Wandmon- tage.
Das Wandbefestigungsprofil 31 ist im Querschnitt L-förmig ausgebildet und umfasst eine Anlagefläche zur Anlage an einer Wand W, um eine Nut 32 zwischen der Wand W und dem Wandbefestigungsprofil 31 zu generieren.
In diese Nut 32 greift die Nase 19 des zweiten Profilelements 9 des Galerieschienen- profils 1 ein.
Des Weiteren hat das Schienensystem 30, wie Figuren 2 bis 4 zeigen, ein Befesti- gungsprofil 33 zur sicheren Positionierung des Galerieschienenprofils 1 an dem Wandbefestigungsprofil 31. Hierbei ist das Befestigungsprofil 33 im Querschnitt L-förmig ausgebildet, wobei das Befestigungsprofil 33 das Wandbefestigungsprofil 31 entlang der Wand W fortsetzt bzw. verlängert.
Das Wandbefestigungsprofil 31 und das Befestigungsprofil 33 sind mithilfe eines Ver- bindungsstücks 35 aneinander befestigt.
Somit dient ein Schenkel der L-Form des Befestigungsprofils 33 der Anordnung an dem Wandbefestigungsprofil 31 bzw. dessen Verlängerung entlang der Wand W, wo- bei der andere Schenkel der L-Form eine Aufnahme für einen Gewindestift 34 bildet.
Bezugnehmend auf die Figuren 2 bis 4 weist der linke Schenkel des L-förmig ausge- bildeten Befestigungsprofils 33 ebenfalls eine L-förmige Ausgestaltung auf, und zwar mit einer Anlagefläche zur Anlage an der Wand W, sodass der linke Schenkel des Be- festigungsprofils 33 das Wandbefestigungsprofil 31 fortsetzt bzw. verlängert.
Ferner greift, wie Figuren 2 und 3 zeigen, der Gewindestift 34 an dem anderen bzw. an dem rechten Schenkel der L-Form des Befestigungsprofils 33 mit der Halteeinrich- tung 22 des Galerieschienenprofil 1 zusammenwirkt, bzw. ein-/hintergreift diese der- art, dass das Galerieschienenprofil 1 am Wandbefestigungsprofil 31 befestigt ist.
Abschließend sei noch erwähnt, wie in den Figuren 1 bis 4 gezeigt, dass das Galerie- schienenprofil einstückig ausgebildet ist.

Claims

Ansprüche
1. Galerieschienenprofil (1 ) zur Aufhängung eines Gegenstandes, insbesondere eines
Bildes, aufweisend:
- einen ersten Profilteilabschnitt (2) zum Anbringen eines Leuchtmittels und
- einen zweiten Profilteilabschnitt (3) zur Aufhängung eines Gegenstandes,
- wobei die Profilteilabschnitte (2, 3) jeweils im Querschnitt eine Zugangsöffnung (4, 5) aufweisen,
- wobei die Zugangsöffnung (4) des ersten Profilteilabschnitts (2) in entgegenge- setzte Richtung zur Zugangsöffnung (5) des zweiten Profilteilabschnitts (3) ori entiert ist und
- wobei vorzugsweise innerhalb des ersten Profilteilabschnitts (2) ein Leuchtmittel (6) derart angeordnet ist, dass erzeugtes Licht des Leuchtmittels (6) durch die Zugangsöffnung (4) des ersten Profilteilabschnitts (2) leuchtet.
2. Galerieschienenprofil nach Anspruch 1 ,
- wobei an oder innerhalb der Zugangsöffnung (5) des zweiten Profilteilabschnitts (3) ein Befestigungsmittel zur Aufhängung eines Gegenstandes anordenbar ist.
3. Galerieschienenprofil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
- wobei das Leuchtmittel (6) als einzelne LEDs oder als LED-Streifen ausgebildet ist,
- wobei vorzugsweise das Leuchtmittel (6) einfarbig oder mehrfarbig ausgebildet ist,
- wobei vorzugsweise die Farbintensität und/oder die ausgestrahlte Lichtfarbe des Leuchtmittels (6) variierbar ist,
- wobei vorzugsweise das Leuchtmittel (6) in dem ersten Profilteilabschnitt (2) an- geordnet ist.
4. Galerieschienenprofil nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
- wobei der zweite Profilteilabschnitt (3), insbesondere dessen Zugangsöffnung (5), als Schiene ausgebildet ist, in welcher ein Aufnahmemittel für einen Gegen- stand verschiebbar sowie lösbar befestigbar ist, - wobei vorzugsweise der erste Profilteilabschnitt (2), insbesondere dessen Zu- gangsöffnung (4), als Aufnahme für eine lichtdurchlässige Abdeckung (7) ausge- bildet ist.
5. Galerieschienenprofil nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
- wobei der erste Profilteilabschnitt (2) im Querschnitt eine U-Form aufweist,
- wobei vorzugsweise der erste Profilteilabschnitt (2) von einem ersten (8) und ei- nem zweiten Profilelement (9) sowie von wenigstens einem Verbindungselement (10), insbesondere von einem ersten Verbindungselement (10), gebildet wird,
- wobei vorzugsweise das wenigstens eine Verbindungelement (10) die zwei Pro- filelemente (8, 9) derart miteinander verbindet, dass das Verbindungelement (10) und die zwei Profilelemente (8, 9) zusammen den ersten, im Querschnitt U-för- migen Profilteilabschnitt (2) bilden,
- wobei vorzugsweise die offene Seite des ersten, U-förmigen Profilteilabschnitts (2) die Zugangsöffnung (4) des ersten Profilteilabschnitts (2) bildet,
- wobei vorzugsweise innerhalb des ersten, U-förmigen Profilteilabschnitts (2) ein Leuchtmittel (6) angeordnet ist,
- wobei vorzugsweise das Leuchtmittel (6) an einem Profilelement (8, 9) oder an dem wenigstens einen Verbindungselement (10) angeordnet ist.
6. Galerieschienenprofil nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
- wobei der zweite Profilteilabschnitt (3) im Querschnitt eine Quaderform aufweist,
- wobei vorzugsweise der zweite Profilteilabschnitt (3) von einem dritten (11 ) und einem vierten Profilelement (12) sowie von wenigstens einem Verbindungsele- ment (13), insbesondere von einem zweiten Verbindungselement (13), gebildet wird,
- wobei vorzugsweise das wenigstens eine Verbindungelement (13) die zwei Pro- filelemente (11 , 12) derart miteinander verbindet, dass das Verbindungelement (13) und die zwei Profilelemente (11 , 12) zusammen den im Querschnitt zweiten, quaderförmigen Profilteilabschnitt (3) mit einer Zugangsöffnung (5) bilden.
7. Galerieschienenprofil nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
- wobei der zweite Profilteilabschnitt (3) von einem dritten (11 ) und einem vierten Profilelement (12) sowie von wenigstens einem Verbindungelement (13), insbe- sondere von einem zweiten Verbindungselement (13), gebildet wird,
- wobei vorzugsweise das dritte (11 ) und vierte Profilelement (12) im Querschnitt L-förmig ausgebildet ist und jeweils mit einem Schenkel der L-Form in Richtung des anderen Profilelements orientiert ist, sodass zwischen den beiden zueinan- der orientierten Schenkeln die Zugangsöffnung (5) des zweiten Profilteilab schnitts (3) bildbar ist,
- wobei vorzugsweise das dritte (11 ) und vierte L-förmig ausgebildete Profilele- ment (12) zusammen mit dem wenigstens einen Verbindungselement (13) den im Querschnitt zweiten, quaderförmigen Profilteilabschnitt (3) mit einer Zugangs- Öffnung (5) bilden.
8. Galerieschienenprofil nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
- wobei der erste (2) und zweite Profilteilabschnitt (3) durch einen dritten Profilteil- abschnitt (14) zur Befestigung des Galerieschienenprofils (1 ) an einer Wand ver- bunden ist,
- wobei vorzugsweise der dritte Profilteilabschnitt (14) teilweise von dem ersten (2) und teilweise von dem zweiten Profilteilabschnitt (3) sowie von einem Verbin- dungsstegteil (15) gebildet wird,
- wobei vorzugsweise das Verbindungsstegteil (15) den ersten (2) und zweiten Profilteilabschnitt (3) miteinander verbindet.
- wobei vorzugsweise der dritte Profilteilabschnitt (14) wenigstens eine Halteein- richtung (21 , 22) für eine Abschlussblende zum Verschließen des Galerieschie- nenprofils (1 ) umfasst,
- wobei vorzugsweise die wenigstens eine Halteeinrichtung (21 , 22) an wenigs- tens einem Verbindungselement (10, 13) des ersten und/oder zweiten Profilteil- abschnitts (2, 3) angeordnet ist,
- wobei vorzugsweise die wenigstens eine Halteeinrichtung (21 , 22) ausgebildet ist, ein Befestigungsmittel, insbesondere eine Schraube, zum Befestigen einer Abschlussblende aufzunehmen.
9. Galerieschienenprofil nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche mit einem ersten
Seitenprofilelement (16), das eine Sichtseite (S) zur Betrachtung umfasst,
- wobei vorzugsweise das erste Seitenprofilelement (16) ein erstes (8) und drittes Profilelement (1 1 ) umfasst,
- wobei vorzugsweise das erste Seitenprofilelement (16) zusätzlich ein Verbin- dungsstegteil (15) umfasst, das das erste (8) und dritte Profilelement (1 1 ) mitei- nander verbindet, insbesondere einstückig verbindet,
- wobei vorzugsweise das erste Seitenprofilelement (16) im Querschnitt L-förmig ausgebildet ist und mit einem ersten Schenkel seiner L-Form in Richtung eines zweiten Seitenprofilelements (17) orientiert ist.
10. Galerieschienenprofil nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche mit einem zweiten
Seitenprofilelement (17), das eine Wandseite (W) zur Montage umfasst,
- wobei vorzugsweise das zweite Seitenprofilelement (17) ein zweites (9) und vier- tes Profilelement (12) umfasst,
- wobei vorzugsweise das zweite (9) und vierte Profilelement (12) voneinander beabstandet sind, um eine Aufnahme (18) für ein Montagemittel zu generieren, mit welchen eine Wandmontage gewährleistbar ist,
- wobei vorzugsweise von dem zweiten Profilelement (9) und/oder von dem vier- ten Profilelement (12) eine Nase (19, 20) jeweils in Richtung des vierten (12) und/oder zweiten Profilelements (9) zum Eingreifen in eine Nut, insbesondere gebildet zwischen einer Wand und einem Wandbefestigungsprofil (31 ), hervor- ragt,
- wobei vorzugsweise das zweite Seitenprofilelement (17) im Querschnitt im We- sentlichen L-förmig ausgebildet ist und mit einem ersten Schenkel seiner L-Form in Richtung eines ersten Seitenprofilelements (16) orientiert ist.
1 1 . Galerieschienenprofil nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
- wobei das erste (16) und zweite Seitenprofilelement (17) über das wenigstens eine Verbindungselement (10, 13), insbesondere über das erste (10) und/oder das zweite Verbindungselement (13) miteinander verbunden ist, - wobei vorzugsweise die Zugangsöffnung (4) des ersten Profilteilabschnitts (2) zu einer Raumdecke und die Zugangsöffnung (5) des zweiten Profilteilabschnitts (3) zum Erdboden orientiert ist.
12. Schienensystem (30) zur Aufhängung eines Gegenstandes, insbesondere eines Bil- des, aufweisend:
- ein Galerieschienenprofil (1 ) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche und
- ein Wandbefestigungsprofil (31 ) zur Montage an einer Wand.
13. Schienensystem nach Anspruch 12,
- wobei das Wandbefestigungsprofil (31 ) im Querschnitt entlang des Wandbefes- tigungsprofils (31 ) zumindest teilweise L-förmig ausgebildet ist, um eine Nut (32) zwischen einer Wand (W) und dem Wandbefestigungsprofil (31 ) zu generieren, in welche eine Nase (19, 20) eines zweiten (9) und/oder eines vierten Profilele ments (12) eingreift.
14. Schienensystem nach Anspruch 12 oder 13,
- wobei das Schienensystem (30) ein Befestigungsprofil (33) zur sicheren Positio- nierung eines Galerieschienenprofils (1 ) an dem Wandbefestigungsprofil (31 ) umfasst,
- wobei vorzugsweise das Befestigungsprofil (33) im Querschnitt L-förmig ausge- bildet ist,
- wobei ein Schenkel der L-Form der Anordnung an dem Wandbefestigungsprofil (31 ) sowie der Verlängerung des Wandbefestigungsprofils (31 ) entlang einer Wand (W) dient und wobei der andere Schenkel der L-Form eine Aufnahme für ein Befestigungsmittel (34), insbesondere für einen Gewindestift, bildet,
- wobei vorzugsweise ein Befestigungsmittel (34) an dem anderen Schenkel der L-Form mit wenigstens einer Halteeinrichtung (21 , 22) derart zusammenwirkt, dass das Galerieschienenprofil (1 ) am Wandbefestigungsprofil (31 ) befestigt ist.
