Claims (2)

  1. Procédé de commande pour une machine de séchage qui comprend au moins un tambour pour recevoir des articles à sécher ; au moins un moteur pour permettre au tambour d'effectuer un mouvement de rotation ; au moins un dispositif de chauffage pour augmenter une température à l'intérieur du tambour de sorte qu'un processus de séchage soit effectué ; au moins une première unité de mesure en relation avec le dispositif de chauffage et mesurant la température du dispositif de chauffage ; au moins une deuxième unité de mesure en relation avec le moteur et mesurant la température du moteur ; au moins un filtre où sont collectées les plumes et les fibres séparées du linge et mélangées à l'air tout au long du processus de séchage ; au moins une unité d'avertissement pour fournir à l'utilisateur un avertissement visuel et/ou auditif ; et au moins une unité de commande qui est en connexion avec le moteur, le dispositif de chauffage, la première unité de mesure, la deuxième unité de mesure et l'unité d'avertissement, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes consistant à :
    - initier un programme de séchage par l'utilisateur ;
    - activer le moteur et le dispositif de chauffage lors de l'initiation du programme de séchage ;
    - mesurer les températures périodiquement par la première unité de mesure et la deuxième unité de mesure tout au long du programme de séchage ;
    - comparer, par l'unité de commande, la température mesurée par la première unité de mesure avec une première valeur seuil ;
    - si la valeur de température mesurée par la première unité de mesure est inférieure à la première valeur seuil, revenir à l'étape consistant à comparer la valeur de température mesurée par la première unité de mesure avec la première valeur seuil ;
    - si la valeur de température mesurée par la première unité de mesure est égale ou supérieure à la première valeur seuil, désactiver le dispositif de chauffage par l'unité de commande ;
    - à la fin d'une première période de temps après la désactivation du dispositif de chauffage, comparer, par l'unité de commande, la valeur de température mesurée par la première unité de mesure avec la première valeur seuil ;
    o si la valeur de température mesurée par la première unité de mesure est inférieure à la première valeur seuil, comparer, par l'unité de commande, les valeurs de température mesurées par la première unité de mesure avec une deuxième valeur seuil dans une troisième période ;
    ▪ poursuivre le programme de telle sorte que le dispositif de chauffage soit désactivé et que le moteur soit en fonctionnement jusqu'à ce qu'il soit détecté que la valeur de température mesurée par la première unité de mesure a diminué en dessous de la deuxième valeur seuil ;
    ▪ s'il est détecté que la valeur de température mesurée par la première unité de mesure a diminué en dessous de la deuxième valeur seuil, réactiver le dispositif de chauffage, et revenir à l'étape consistant à « mesurer les températures périodiquement par la première unité de mesure et la deuxième unité de mesure » et reprendre le programme ;
    o si la valeur de température mesurée par la première unité de mesure est égale ou supérieure à la première valeur seuil, détecter par l'unité de commande si les valeurs de température mesurées par la deuxième unité de mesure ont diminué ou non, dans lequel la diminution des valeurs de température mesurées par la deuxième unité de mesure est détectée en comparant périodiquement les valeurs de température mesurées par la deuxième unité de mesure avec la valeur de température précédente ;
    ▪ si les valeurs de température mesurées par la deuxième unité de mesure diminuent, passer à un mode de finition, pendant lequel le moteur et le dispositif de chauffage sont désactivés/arrêtés, et donner un avertissement d'erreur de moteur par l'unité d'avertissement ;
    ▪ si les valeurs de température mesurées par la deuxième unité de mesure ne diminuent pas, revenir à l'étape consistant à « poursuivre le programme de telle sorte que le dispositif de chauffage soit désactivé et que le moteur soit en fonctionnement jusqu'à ce que la valeur de température mesurée par la première unité de mesure diminue en dessous de la deuxième valeur seuil ».
  2. Procédé de commande selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes : si la valeur de température reçue par la première unité de mesure augmente au-dessus de la première valeur seuil d'une valeur de référence, l'unité de commande passe à une phase de refroidissement et l'unité d'avertissement fournit un avertissement de filtre bouché lorsque le programme est terminé.
