- A dome lid assembly comprising a flange (2) having a through opening (24) and a lid (1) for closing the through opening (24), the lid (1) being rotatably mounted about an axis (6) relative to the flange (2) such that in a first rotational position the lid (1) is positioned over the through opening (24) and in a second rotational position the lid (1) is positioned such that the through opening (24) is unobstructed,wherein at least one first element of the elements - i.e. the lid (1) and the flange (2) - has at least one embracing element (3), in particular an anchor, in particular a clip, which is set up to at least partially embrace, in the first rotational position, the respective other element of the lid (1) and flange (2), on which said at least one embracing element (3) is not arranged, on the side facing away from the first element,characterised in that said at least one embracing element (3) is arranged on the side facing away from the first element,that the other element consisting of lid (1) and flange (2) has a setback (7) on the side facing away from the first element in the direction of the first element,wherein the embracing element (3) and the setback (7) are formed and arranged such that, in the first rotational position, in a first, distant position of the lid (1) and the flange (2), a projection (20) of the embracing element (3) engages behind and/or into the setback (7), and that, in the first rotational position, in a second, approximate position of the lid (1) and the flange (2), the embracing element (3) does not engage behind the setback (7) in this approximate position,wherein the recess is at least partially peripheral relative to the other member and/or the axle, the other member and the wrap-around member are configured and arranged such that the wrap-around member sweeps over at least a portion of the recess during rotation from the first rotational position to the second rotational position,whereby a greater distance between the side of the other element facing away from the first element and the projection is given before the overcoat than after.
- A dome lid assembly according to claim 1, wherein the rear engagement prevents rotation about the axis (6) out of the first rotational position and/or into the second rotational position.
- A dome lid assembly according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the other element of lid (1) and flange (2) has a bulge (22), in particular a tapered bulge,
wherein said groove opens in particular in a direction, said direction being in a plane parallel to the plane in which said through opening (24) is arranged, and/or said opening is arranged such that said embracing element (3) is brought through said opening into said bulge (22) upon rotation of said lid relative to said flange from said second to said first rotational position, and/or said opening has an opening angle of less than 180°. - A dome lid assembly according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the embracing member (3) has an elongate extent and/or an elongate portion,wherein a projection (20), in particular a head, is arranged on one, in particular terminal, section of the elongated extension and/or of the elongated section for at least partially engaging around the tapered bulge (22) and/or for engaging in the setback (7) on the other element,wherein the projection (20) has a width, in particular measured perpendicularly to the elongate extent and/or the elongate portion of the embracing element (3), which is wider than the width of the embracing element (3) over 25%, in particular 50%, of its elongate extent and/or its elongate portion.
- A dome lid assembly according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one section (23) and/or at least one section of the edge (23), in particular two sections and/or two sections of the edge, in particular at least one edge section (23) and/or at least one section (23) located towards the bulge and/or towards the opening of the bulge, of the non peripheral setback (7) is swept over by the embracing element (3), in particular its head (20), during the rotation from the first rotational position into the second rotational position of the lid (1) relative to the flange (2),
wherein said at least one section (23) has in particular a length and/or an arc section length of at least 1 cm, in particular at least 5 cm, and/or at least 10%, in particular at least 25%, of the width and/or an arc section of at least 10°, in particular at least 20°. - A dome lid assembly according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the rotatable mounting, in addition to rotation, also enables movement between first, remote and second, approximate positions and/or the movement between first, remote and second, approximate positions is a movement at least partly along the axis (6) of rotation between first and second rotational positions and/or of the rotatable mounting, in particular a movement along the axis (6) and a movement by tilting of the lid (1) or flange (2) against the axis.
- A dome lid assembly according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the distance between first remote and second approximate positions is 700mm to 800mm and/or the rotation between first and second rotational positions is a rotation of 90° to 100° and/or in the first remote position there is a distance between the flange (2) and the lid (1) of 5mm to 15mm and/or in the second approximate position the distance between the flange (2) and the lid (1) is 5mm to 7mm and/or that the setback (7) has a height in the range of 1mm to 3mm and/or
wherein the embracing element (3) has a corresponding recess and/or projection, in particular in the range of 4mm to 6mm, and/or the recess of the flange (2) and/or lid (1) and/or the embracing element (3) runs parallel to the axis of rotation of the rotatable bearing and/or to the axis of rotation (6) between the first and second rotational position and/or wherein the through opening (24) has a size of DN400 to DN800 and/or a diameter of 380mm to 780mm. - A dome lid assembly according to one of the preceding claims, wherein a plurality of auxiliary clips (4, 5) are provided, each of which is connected to the lid (1) or the flange (2), in particular 2 to 5 clips connected to the lid and 2 to 5 clips connected to the flange and/or extending by at least 30% of the outer circumference of the lid or flange, which are arranged, in the first rotary position, to at least partially enclose the respective other element of lid (1) and flange (2), on which the respective auxiliary clip (4, 5) is not arranged, on the side facing away from the element of the lid and the flange on which the respective auxiliary clip (4, 5) is arranged.
- A dome lid assembly according to one of the preceding claims, wherein flange (2) and/or lid (1) are fixed with a radial play between 0.02 and 0.08 mm, in particular between 0.03 and 0.7mm, and/or with a play in the longitudinal direction of the axle (6) between 0.1 and 0.5 mm, in particular between 0.15 and 0.35 mm, are fixed on the axle (6) and/or the axle (6), flange (2) and/or lid (1) are designed in such a way that they allow a tilting of the flange (2) and/or lid against the axle (6) with a value in the range of 0.5° to 1°.
- A dome lid assembly according to one of the preceding claims, wherein at least one element of flange (2) and lid (1) has, arranged towards the other element, a hollow seal (12), in particular a circumferential and/or inflatable hollow seal (12), wherein the hollow seal (12) has, in particular, a hollow space for admission of gas and/or fluid and the dome lid assembly has, in particular, means for introducing gas and/or fluid into the hollow space, in particular a passage through the flange and/or lid.
- A dome lid assembly according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein it is adapted not to extend into a tank or boiler whose dome opening it closes and/or the lid (1) is pressure-tight and/or pressure-resistant so as not to interfere with a discharge of a tank or boiler it closes through another opening by pressurising the tank or boiler.
- A tank or boiler comprising a dome opening and a dome lid assembly disposed on the dome opening according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the dome opening and the through opening (24) are at least partially aligned and/or form a common through opening, and
wherein the dome lid assembly, is set up and arranged to completely close the dome opening in the first rotational position, in particular wherein the dome lid assembly does not extend into the tank or boiler and/or wherein the tank or boiler has means for pressurising the tank or boiler and/or for pressurising and venting the cavity of the hollow seal with gas and/or fluid. - A tank or boiler according to claim 12, arranged for unloading by pressurisation of the tank or boiler.
- A tank or boiler vehicle comprising a tank or boiler according to one of claims 12 or 13, in particular comprising a device for pressurising the tank or boiler and/or a device for pressurising and venting the cavity of the hollow seal with gas and/or fluid.
- A method of preventing opening of a dome lid of a tank or boiler according to any one of claims 12 or 13,wherein by means of at least one embracing element (3), in particular an anchor, in particular a clip, and a setback (7), the embracing element (3) is prevented from opening and/or rotating for opening by engaging behind the setback (7) in a first, remote position of the lid and the tank,wherein the recess is at least partially non-edged with respect to the other element and/or the embracing element sweeps over at least a portion of the recess during rotation for opening and/or during opening, wherein before sweeping over there is a greater distance between the side of the other element facing away from the first element and the projection than thereafter, andwherein in a second, approximated position of the dome lid (1) and the tank, the embracing element (3) does not engage behind the setback (7) in this approximated position.
