Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung (10) zum Entfernen eines Sperrstoffes in einem Abflussrohr eines Extraktors für abgeschreckte Asche (2) eines Verbrennungssystems, die es ermöglicht, dass heißes Wasser aus einem Extraktor für abgeschreckte Asche (222) abfließt, Folgendes umfassend:ein Rohr (11);ein Verbindungsteil (12), das konfiguriert ist, um das Rohr (11) mit einem Absperrschieber (30) für das Abflussrohr eines Extraktors für abgeschreckte Asche (2) zu verbinden;eine Ramme (13) mit einem ersten Ende (16), das konfiguriert ist, um den Sperrstoff zu brechen, und um gleitend durch das Rohr (11) hindurch in das Abflussrohr eines Extraktors für abgeschreckte Asche (2) geleitet zu werden, wobei die Ramme (13) einen Stachel (18) an dem ersten Ende (16) umfasst; undAustragsmittel, die konfiguriert sind, um den Austrag des gebrochenen Sperrstoffes aus dem Abflussrohr eines Extraktors für abgeschreckte Asche (2) zu erlauben,dadruch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stachel (18) durch ein Schneidmittel (19) umgeben ist.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Austragsmittel ein Abflussendrohr (22) umfasst, das mit dem Verbindungsteil (12) verbunden ist, das vorteilshalber zu einem Abfluss des Verbrennungssystems führt.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Rohr (11) über mindestens eine Buchse (14) mit dem Verbindungsteil (12) verbunden ist, die eine wasserdichte und/oder staubdichte Dichtung (15) umfasst.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei das Schneidmittel (19) einen Schneidkopf und/oder eine Schneidmühle umfasst.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Ramme (13) einen Griff (20) an einem zweiten Ende (17) gegenüber dem ersten Ende (16) umfasst.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, weiter einen Schlaghammer (21) umfassend, der an der Ramme (13) angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei das Verbindungsteil (12) weiter einen Wasserhahn (23) an seiner Außenoberfläche zum Spülen mit Hochdruck von Wasser in die Vorrichtung (10) umfasst.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Ramme (13) als Ramme aus nichtrostendem Stahl konfiguriert ist.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei die Ramme (13) als eine von einer Gewinderamme, einer von einem Elektromotor angetriebene Ramme, einer hydraulisch angetriebenen Ramme und einer pneumatisch angetriebenen Ramme konfiguriert ist.
- Verbrennungssystem, umfassend:einen Extraktor für abgeschreckte Asche (222), ein Abflussrohr eines Extraktors für abgeschreckte Asche (2), das konfiguriert ist, um Aschen während des Verbrennungsprozesses zu sammeln und abzukühlen; undeine Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, die konfiguriert ist, um mit dem Abflussrohr eines Extraktors für abgeschreckte Asche (2) verbunden zu werden.
- Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, zum Entfernen eines Sperrstoffes in einem Abflussrohr eines Extraktors für abgeschreckte Asche (2) eines Verbrennungssystems, um ein sicheres Abfließen des heißen Wassers aus dem Aschenextraktor (222) zu erlauben, die folgenden Schritte umfassend:a) Verbinden der Vorrichtung (10) durch das Verbindungsteil (12) hindurch mit dem Absperrschieber (30) des Abflussrohres eines Extraktors für abgeschreckte Asche (2);b) Öffnen des Absperrschiebers (30) des Abflussrohres eines Extraktors für abgeschreckte Asche (2) ;c) Schieben der Ramme (13) durch das Rohr (11) hindurch in das Abflussrohr eines Extraktors für abgeschreckte Asche (2); undd) Schneiden des Sperrstoffes innerhalb des Abflussrohres (2) und Absperrschiebers (30) mit einem ersten Ende der Ramme (13), um zu erlauben, dass das heiße Wasser abfließt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, weiter die folgenden Schritte umfassend:e) Schließen des Absperrschiebers (30) des Extraktors für abgeschreckte Asche (222); undf) Entfernen der Vorrichtung (10) von dem Extraktor für abgeschreckte Asche (222).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, weiter einen Schritt des Wiederholens der Schritte c) und d) umfassend.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, weiter einen Schritt des Spülens von Wasser in die Vorrichtung (10) und das Abflussrohr eines Extraktors für abgeschreckte Asche (2) umfassend.
