Claims (13)
- Karosserieteil (10) eines Kraftfahrzeugs, das eine Wand (20) mit einer Außenseite (22), einer Innenseite (24) und mindestens einem Schlitz (30) aufweist, wobei das Teil (10) ein optisches Element (40) aufweist, das mit einem Körper (50) versehen ist, der durch elastisches Einpassen in den Schlitz (30) eingesetzt ist, wobei das optische Element (40) mindestens einen Teil (60) aus transparentem oder transluzentem Material aufweist, das eingerichtet ist, Licht von der Innenseite (24) zur Außenseite (22) der Wand (20) zu übertragen, wobei der Körper (50) eine Oberfläche aufweist, die eine Schulter (52) bildet, die mit der Außenseite (22) der Wand (20) in Kontakt steht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens einen Vorsprung (54; 58) aufweist, der im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Außenseite verläuft und in eine komplementäre Form (26; 28) der Wand (20) passt, um ein Öffnen des Schlitzes (30) zu verhindern,
wobei das Teil (10) so beschaffen ist, dass:- die Schulter (52) den Vorsprung (54) aufweist, oder- der Körper (50) außerdem mindestens einen Befestigungsclip (56) aufweist, der es ermöglicht, den Körper (50) durch elastische Einpassung zusammenzusetzen, und der mit der Schulter (52) so zusammenwirkt, dass die Einpassung des optischen Elements (40) in den Schlitz (30) eine Gegenkraft ausübt, um die Dicke der Wand (20) unter der Schulter (52) zwischen sich zu halten, wobei der Befestigungsclip (56) den Vorsprung (58) aufweist. - Teil (10) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das optische Element (40) eine Flexibilität besitzt, die eingerichtet ist, ihm zu ermöglichen, einer Wölbung des Teils (10) zu folgen.
- Teil (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Befestigungsclip (56) es ermöglicht, das optische Element (40) endgültig an dem Karosserieteil (10) zu befestigen.
- Teil (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Befestigungsclip (56) es ermöglicht, das optische Element (40) lösbar an dem Karosserieteil (10) zu montieren.
- Teil (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Außenseite (22) der Wand eine teilweise Aussparung (23) am Rand des Schlitzes (30) aufweist und die Schulter (52) ohne sichtbares Fügespiel in die Aussparung (23) passt.
- Teil (10) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Schulter (52) in die Aussparung (23) passt, ohne bündig zu sein.
- Teil (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Körper (50) auf seiner der Schulter (52) gegenüberliegenden Seite eine Vertiefung (51) aufweist, die dem optischen Element (40) einen π - förmigen Querschnitt verleiht.
- Teil (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Schlitz (30) und das optische Element (40) langgestreckt sind.
- Teil (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Schlitz (30) nicht mit einer der Kanten des Teils (10) in Berührung kommt.
- Teil (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei das optische Element (40) aus Polycarbonat hergestellt ist, das mit einem elastomerartigen Zusatzstoff wie TPU vermischt ist.
- Teil (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei das optische Element (40) aus transparentem Polypropylen oder einem anderen transparenten oder transluzenten Material hergestellt ist.
- Teil (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das optische Element (40) eingerichtet ist, durch Einsetzen in das Karosserieteil (10) über die Außenseite (22) der Wand (20) zusammengebaut zu werden.
- Teil (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, aufweisend ein Leuchtelement (70), dessen Licht über das optische Element (40) zur Außenseite des Fahrzeugs übertragen wird, wenn das Teil (10) an einem Fahrzeug angebracht ist.
