Claims (6)

  1. Maschine (30) zur Befestigung von Munition, die bestimmt ist, eine Kette oder ein Band mit Gliedern für Munition oder Patronen (20) zu bilden, aufweisend einen Sprengkopf, eine Hülse und einen Boden, die im Wesentlichen zylindrisch sind, die durch untereinander gelenkige Glieder (10) nah beieinander befestigt sind, wobei jedes Glied (10) aus einem ersten Teil (11) und einem zweiten Teil (12) zusammengesetzt ist, die gelenkig und im Verhältnis zueinander versetzt sind, wobei der zweite Teil (12) eine im Verhältnis zur Höhe des Glieds (10) zentrale Schnalle oder Bügel (13) aufweist, die/der eine etwa zylindrische Öffnung definiert, die bemessen ist, um auf der Hülse (21) einer Patrone (20) mit einem bestimmten Kaliber angepasst zu sein, wobei der erste Teil (11) zwei Schnallen (14, 15) aufweist, die ebenfalls von diesem Typ sind, sich aber höhenmäßig auf der einen und der anderen Seite der zentralen Schnalle (13) befinden, wobei die Maschine aufweist:
    - eine erste Gleitschiene (31), die für das eingefädelte Einführen der voneinander gelösten Glieder (10) und ihre Führung unter der Wirkung der Schwerkraft bestimmt ist, und eine zweite Gleitschiene (32), die für das eingefädelte Einführen der Patronen (20) und ihre Führung unter der Wirkung der Schwerkraft bestimmt ist;
    - einen beweglichen Mechanismus (34), der mit einer ersten Welle (36), einer zweiten Welle (37) und einer dritten Welle (38) ausgestattet ist, wobei die Wellen (36, 37, 38) parallel zueinander angebracht und durch Zahnräder (40) verbunden sind, wobei der bewegliche Mechanismus (34) durch die Rotation der dritten Welle (38) in Bewegung versetzt wird, die gemäß einer kontinuierlichen Bewegung die Rotation der ersten Welle (36) entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn und die Rotation der zweiten Welle (37) im Uhrzeigersinn oder umgekehrt antreibt, wobei die erste Welle (36) mindestens zwei Greifräder (35) aufweist, die jeweils gleichmäßig beabstandete und kreisrund geformte Rillen (41) aufweisen, die erlauben, die Hülsen (21) der Patronen (20) anzutreiben, wobei die zweite Welle (37) mindestens zwei Greifräder (42) aufweist, die gleichmäßig beabstandete Rillen (43) aufweisen, die erlauben, den Boden der den hinteren Teil der Glieder (10) anzutreiben, so dass beim Inbewegungversetzen des beweglichen Mechanismus (34) jede Patrone (20) durch die Rotation der ersten Welle (36) mit dem Glied (10) synchron präsentiert wird, das durch die Rotation der zweiten Welle (37) präsentiert wird und transversal in das Glied (10) geklipst wird;
    - einen Elektromotor oder eine Handkurbel (33) für das Inrotationversetzen der dritten Welle (38).
  2. Maschine (30) zur Befestigung von Munition nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifräder (35, 42) der jeweiligen Patronen (20) und Glieder (10) lösbar und im Bereich der Form der Rillen (41, 43) an das Kaliber oder an die Größe der jeweiligen Patronen (20) und der Glieder (10) angepasst sind, wobei die Einheit durch den Austausch der Greifräder (35, 42) leicht an andere Kaliber oder Größen anpassbar ist.
  3. Maschine (30) zur Befestigung von Munition nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, um den Wechsel vom Kaliber 40 mm zum Kaliber 30 mm zu ermöglichen, die erste Welle (36) ein von der Nutzungsposition des Sprengkopfs der Patronen (20) distales Greifrad (35) aufweist und zwei von der Nutzungsposition des Sprengkopfs der Patronen (20) proximale Zwillingsgreifräder (35), wobei die zwei Zwillingsräder (35) Rillen (41) haben, die jeweils an das Kaliber 30 mm und an das Kaliber 40 mm angepasst sind, und die Rückkehr zum Kaliber 40 mm durch das Entfernen des für das Kaliber 30 mm vorgesehene Rad (35) sichergestellt wird.
  4. Maschine (30) zur Befestigung von Munition nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Zwillingsräder durch mindestens einen Zylinder fest miteinander verbunden sind, der eine Kugelspindel (44) verwendet.
  5. Maschine (30) zur Befestigung von Munition nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Hin- und Her-Mechanismus mit einem Finger (45) aufweist, der als Anschlag dient, der das erste Glied (10) der Säule arretiert, die sich im Grund der ersten Gleitschiene (31) befindet, wobei sich der Finger (45) während der Rotation des beweglichen Mechanismus (34) derart sequentiell entriegelt und zurückzieht, dass der Durchgang und das Greifen der Glieder (10) eins nach dem anderen gesichert ist.
  6. Maschine (30) zur Befestigung von Munition nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Gleitschiene (31) derart profiliert ist, dass sich die Glieder (10) mit den Öffnungen ihrer Schnallen (13, 14, 15) zur Vorderseite der Maschine präsentieren.
