Claims (14)
- Procédé de traitement de pièces en forme de plaque (4, 5), en particulier en bois ou en matériaux de substitution du bois, comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à:a. fournir une plaque de grande taille (4), en particulier en bois ou en matériaux de substitution du bois, et amener (P1) la plaque de grande taille (4) vers un poste de séparation (1),b. séparer des pièces en forme de plaque (5) par division de la plaque de grande taille fournie (4) dans le poste de séparation (1) en y réalisant de découpes dans la plaque de grande taille (4) par au moins une unité de séparation (11),c. amener les pièces ainsi séparées (5) vers au moins un poste de traitement en aval (2, 3), afin d'achever la pièce en forme de plaque (5), dans lequel, en étape b., au moins une partie de chaque pièce séparée reçoit de l'unité de séparation (1) une section d'alignement (5a), destinée à la saisie par des éléments de saisie (14, 15) et/ou à l'introduction d'alésages de référence, dans lequel la pièce (5), munie de la section d'alignement (5a), est transférée, après sa séparation, au moyen d'un élément de saisie (14, 15), d'un élément de mise en prise ou d'un élément de collecte saisissant, de préférence, à engagement positif, la section d'alignement (5a),caractérisé en ce que
l'élément de saisie, l'élément de mise en prise ou l'élément de collecte présente un élément de centrage ou un élément d'alignement, de préférence, un mandrin ou une tige, dans lequel, dans l'étape b., ou avant ou après, un alésage de référence est introduit dans la section d'alignement (5a), dans laquelle s'engage ensuite l'élément de centrage ou l'élément d'alignement. - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce
que l'élément de saisie (14, 15), l'élément de mise en prise ou l'élément de collecte comporte une pince saisissant à la section d'alignement (5a). - Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que
dans l'étape b. au moins une coupe finale (5b) est effectuée par l'unité de séparation (11), dans lequel la section d'alignement (5a) est prévue sur une partie de la pièce séparée respective sans coupe finale. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
l'unité de séparation (11) est configurée pour introduire dans la pièce des étapes de traitement supplémentaire, surtout des pliages, des rainures, des alésages et / ou des évidements, en plus de la séparation de la pièce. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
l'au moins une l'unité de séparation (11) comporte au moins une unité de fraisage et / ou une unité de sciage. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,

le poste de séparation (1) comporte une table de traitement (12), dans lequel l'unité de séparation (11) est montée de manière coulissante sur celle-ci dans une première direction (X, Y), surtout sur un portique (10). - Procédé selon la revendication 6,

l'au moins une l'unité de séparation (11) est déplaçable dans une seconde direction (X), s'étendant surtout perpendiculaire à la première direction (Y). - Procédé selon la revendication 6 ou 7,

la séparation d'une pièce en forme de plaque (5) de la plaque de grande taille est effectuée en mettant l'unité de séparation (11) en prise avec la plaque de grande taille (4), et la plaque de grande taille (4) est déplacée dans la première direction (Y) et / ou l'unité de séparation (11) est déplacée dans la seconde direction (X). - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
au moins une des opérations de traitement suivantes est réalisée sur l'au moins un poste de traitement en aval (2, 3) :i) Prise et alignement d'une pièce séparée (5) sur la section d'alignement (5a)ii) Revêtement d'un petit côté de la pièce en forme de plaque (5) avec une bordure,iii) Réalisation d'une coupe finale sur un petit côté de la pièce en forme de plaque (5) dont la mise en forme n'est pas encore terminée,iv) Perçage de l'au moins un trou dans la pièce en forme de plaque (5)v) Finition de la pièce dotée d'une bordure. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
un centre de traitement et / ou une machine de traitement en continu et / ou une machine à percer est utilisée en tant qu'au moins un poste de traitement en aval (2, 3). - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans la mesure où elle dépend de la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que,
