Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein elektrisches Kontaktelement gemäß Anspruch 1.The invention relates to an electrical contact element according to
The invention therefore relates in particular to an electrical contact element with a connection for stranded conductors, the contact element having a specifically shaped and actuable contact spring which can be moved into a position clamping the stranded conductor and, in the clamping position, contacts the preferably stripped end of a stranded conductor in a clamping manner.
Such contact elements are intended to connect connections with stranded conductor cables that can be assembled in the field both mechanically and electrically reliably to the contact element, whereby it must also be ensured that high tensile forces, mechanical influences and vibrations must not cause unwanted separation of the connection.
For example, it is known in the prior art that stranded conductors are connected to contact elements with crimp connections or, alternatively, stranded conductors can be connected to contact elements, in which a conical contact part in a contact element presses the stranded conductors onto a correspondingly shaped counter surface by means of axially or radially acting forces, where the angles of the conical surfaces are usually the same.

This technical teaching discloses a contact element in which the stranded conductor end is pressed against a side wall by the clamping sleeve and there is a risk that the ends of the stranded conductors will be damaged or even severed during pressing. Particularly when the clamping sleeve is screwed together, high forces arise that can partially or completely shear off the stranded conductors, although in the worst case scenario this remains undetected.

The invention is therefore based on the object of designing a secure and easy-to-produce connection between a contact element of the type mentioned above and a stranded conductor in such a way that the aforementioned disadvantages are overcome and the stranded conductor is held in addition to an optimal electrical contact connection, in particular securely in the event of vibration influences and a high pull-out security is guaranteed in the contact element.
This task is solved by an electrical contact element with a spring part with the features of
A basic idea of the invention is to equip a contact element with a resilient clamping element, the clamping element having a fastening arm encompassing the contact element and a clamping spring arm for contacting a stranded conductor.
Auf diese Weise kann das Klemmelement z. - der Klemmfederarm weist einen nicht federnden Halteabschnitt auf und ein federnder Klemmarmabschnitt des Klemmfederarms ragt in Richtung des Kontaktstifts;
- der oder die Haltearme sind als im Wesentlichen streifenförmige und endseitig umgebogene Blechzungen ausgebildet, welche mit ihrem einen Haltearmende abgewinkelt über eine Biegestelle mit dem Klemmfederarm verbunden sind;
- zwei Haltearme umgreifen den Kontaktierungsabschnitt des Kontaktstiftes mit einem Umgriffabschnitt von gegenüberliegenden Seiten, wodurch eine besonders gute Umklammerung erzielt werden kann;
- der Umgriffabschnitt ist in einer L-Form ausgebildet, so dass dieser beispielsweise auch kastenförmige Kontaktelemente umgreifen kann;
- the at least one holding arm is formed on the clamping element with a bent wrap-around section at the end;
- the outer contour of the contact pin in the fastening area of the contacting section is designed to be in the shape of a cylinder jacket or partially in the shape of a cylinder jacket;
- the clamping spring arm has a non-resilient holding portion and a resilient clamping arm portion of the clamping spring arm projects in the direction of the contact pin;
- the holding arm or arms are designed as essentially strip-shaped sheet metal tongues with bent ends, which are connected at an angle to the clamping spring arm at one end of the holding arm via a bending point;
- two holding arms encompass the contacting section of the contact pin with a gripping section from opposite sides, whereby a particularly good grip can be achieved;
- the gripping section is designed in an L-shape, so that it can also grip around box-shaped contact elements, for example;
- a contact chamber (with a receiving space for the stranded conductor) is provided with an internal clamping surface, the clamping spring arm then protruding into the contact chamber through an opening in the contact chamber.
