Claims (7)

  1. A rail vehicle car having a display device (10) for seats of the rail vehicle car, wherein
    - the display device (10) comprises a plurality of displays (31, 32, 41, 42) including first displays (31, 32) and second displays (41, 42),
    - the first displays (31, 32) being readable in the inner space of the rail vehicle and the second displays (41, 42) being readable from the outside and each displaying at least one seat characteristic, and
    - at least a first display (31, 32) and a second display (41, 42) being arranged within at least one window frame (23) of the rail vehicle car,
    - the first display (31, 32) and the second display (41, 42) being integrated in a window (20) and arranged at a top edge (21) or a bottom edge (22) of the window frame (23), and wherein
    - an unobstructed view through the window (20) remains obtained for passengers.
  2. The rail vehicle car of claim 1, characterized in that the seat characteristic is a seat number (51, 52) and/or a reservation status and/or an occupancy status.
  3. The rail vehicle car of claim 2, characterized in that the first displays (31, 32) are arranged at top edges (21) of the window frames (23) and that the second displays (41, 42) are arranged at bottom edges (22) of the window frames (23).
  4. The rail vehicle car of any of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the displays are readable from both sides and indicate the seat characteristic both in the inner space of the rail vehicle car and to the outside.
  5. The rail vehicle car of any of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the seat characteristic is indicated by a first light signal indicating that the seat is reserved, or that the seat characteristic is indicated by a second light signal indicating that the seat is unreserved.
