Claims (5)
- Structure avec portes coulissantes pour armoires, comprenant un corps d'armoire (2) comportant une partie supérieure (3) et une partie inférieure (4) délimitant une ouverture avant qui peut être fermée par des portes coulissantes associées audit corps d'armoire (2) à l'aide d'un ensemble de rail supérieur (5) et d'un ensemble de rail inférieur (6) ; ledit ensemble de rail supérieur (5) comprenant un rail (7) comportant des pistes parallèles (8), et sur lequel coulissent des supports (10) dotés de paires de galets (9) ; chacun desdits supports (10) étant doté d'un système anti-déraillement consistant en une ailette (14) formée dans la partie inférieure dudit support et s'ajustant directement dans l'une desdites pistes (8) du rail (7), tout en étant bloquée par le poids de la porte ; ladite structure étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des blocs coulissants inférieurs (21, 22) maintenant lesdites portes par le dessous ; lesdits blocs coulissants inférieurs comprenant au moins un bloc coulissant intérieur (21) et au moins un bloc coulissant extérieur (22) associés à des portes intérieure et extérieure respectives et coulissant dans un rail inférieur (23) dudit ensemble de rail inférieur (6) ; ledit rail inférieur (23) étant un profilé fixé à la surface inférieure du corps d'armoire (2) ; ledit profil étant configuré pour l'insertion d'une plinthe avant ; chaque bloc coulissant (21, 22) étant constitué d'une plaque métallique courbée en une forme en U présentant une partie fixée à ladite porte et une autre partie insérée dans une rainure respective dans ledit rail (23) ; ladite extrémité insérée dans le rail comportant une coiffe (24) permettant le coulissement dans le rail ; ladite coiffe (24) comprenant une langue (25) permettant de garder la porte parfaitement perpendiculaire et empêchant un déplacement dans le sens de la largeur ; ledit bloc coulissant (21, 22) comprenant un système anti-libération de ladite porte ; ledit système anti-libération comprenant une plaque de verrouillage (26), à laquelle la porte est fixée, et insérée dans la plaque en forme de U dudit bloc coulissant (21, 22) ; ladite plaque de verrouillage (26) comprenant une dent élastique (27) s'engageant dans une encoche (28) formée dans la plaque en forme de U et par laquelle il est possible dégager la porte du bloc coulissant et de la désassembler.
- Structure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chacun desdits supports (10) comporte un boîtier constitué de deux demi-coques (11) ; ladite ailette (14) consistant en un insert fixé à deux appendices inférieurs (15) formés intégralement avec lesdites demi-coques (11) respectives.
- Structure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit boîtier (11) est configuré pour la connexion d'une plaque (12) pour le montage d'une porte extérieure de l'armoire, dans une phase d'assemblage de ladite structure.
- Structure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un système amortisseur pour une fermeture en douceur et une ouverture en douceur de la porte, comprenant un dispositif amortisseur (16) monté dans ledit support (10) et commandé par des actionneurs (20) situés aux extrémités du rail (7) et fixés sur le côté.
- Structure selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que ledit dispositif amortisseur (16) comprend un piston à commande hydraulique (17) relié à un ressort de rappel (18) et commandé à l'aide d'une gâchette (19), lorsque ladite gâchette (19) intercepte une dent de l'actionneur (20).
