Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a door according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
  • Gates of this type can be used, for example, to close garages and hall entrances, to close passages between industrial halls or to separate different areas within an industrial hall.
  • the door leaf is usually arranged approximately in a vertical plane in the closed position, with the lower edge of the door leaf resting on the bottom of the opening to be closed and the door leaf closing the opening.
  • the door leaf can be moved upwards into an open position in the course of an opening movement against the direction of gravity.
  • the door leaf is wound up into a multi-layer coil.
  • the open position, in which the door leaf is arranged in the form of the multi-layer winding, is referred to below as the “multi-layer winding position”.
  • the multi-layer winding can encircle a winding shaft in a spiral manner, which is usually arranged behind the lintel forming the upper edge of the opening to be closed. This ensures space-saving accommodation of the door leaf in the open position.
  • the door leaf can be formed in the form of a so-called armor with a large number of profiles which are connected to one another in an articulated manner with respect to joint axes running perpendicularly to the direction of movement of the door leaf.
  • the door leaf can be in the form of a flexible sheet-like curtain and can be made of PVC, for example.
  • the door leaf is received in the open position with its lateral edges in guide rails with a spiral guide track section and is supported by them.
  • the profiles are equipped with engagement devices in the form of so-called slide-in profiles on their respective adjacent profile edges.
  • the thrust for moving the door leaf into the open position is typically introduced into the door leaf at the lowest profile of the curtain.
  • the thrust of a drive is transmitted to the bottom profile of the curtain by means of a chain or a toothed belt, and the door leaf is pushed up against gravity into the open position.
  • a side part is provided on at least one side of the door leaf, in which a circulating chain or a circulating toothed belt is arranged. With such gates, the power is transmitted linearly in the vertical direction. This requires a corresponding amount of space on the side of the door leaf.
  • the object of the present invention is to provide a door, in particular a roller or spiral door, whose drive and guide arrangement have a reduced space requirement and whose door leaf can be moved precisely and reliably between the open and closed positions.
  • the door according to the invention has a flexible pull element attached to a section that leads during the opening movement, in particular the leading edge of the door leaf, for pulling the door leaf into the multi-layer winding position.
  • the flexible tension element is attached to a leading section, in particular to a leading edge of the door leaf, and pulls the door leaf from the closed position against gravity into the multi-layer winding position, in which the door leaf runs around a winding shaft several times and is arranged in the form of the multi-layer winding.
  • the door leaf is designed as a curtain with a plurality of profiles connected to one another in an articulated manner
  • the flexible tension element can be attached to the profile that advances when it is opened, for example to its lateral edge.
  • the flexible tension element can be attached to the leading edge of the curtain when opening or to one side of a curtain reinforcement arranged there.
  • the flexible traction element is preferably a rope or strap element such as, for example, a strap, rope, wire rope, band, strap, chain or cable.
  • the flexible tension element is preferably a belt, such as a flat belt, which can be set up to run on the running surfaces of deflection rollers and/or to be wound up on a belt pulley.
  • the invention is based on the finding that, due to the introduction of force in a section of the door leaf leading during the opening movement, a vertical force transmission unit such as a rotating chain for introducing force into the lowest profile is not required on the side of the door leaf. As a result, the side part of the door can be designed to be very space-saving. Furthermore, since the force transmission to the door leaf is shifted to its "upper" edge, a crash mechanism can be implemented in a simpler manner due to the space saving in the lower area of the door leaf.
  • the thrust point shifts radially from the outside inwards during the opening movement due to the spiral course of the guideway section when the door leaf is wound up and a highly dimensioned drive may be required.
  • the present invention is also based on the finding that a flexible pulling element such as a belt for pulling the door leaf into the winding position can easily be spiraled along a spiral due to its flexibility can run narrowing web, so that when using the flexible tension element no complex mechanics and no large drives are required.
  • a flexible tension element can pull the door leaf independently of the course of the guideway of the door leaf along this guideway into the winding position and in doing so between the area where the force is introduced into the door leaf and a storage device, such as a belt pulley, onto which the tension element, e.g. designed as a belt, runs the opening movement is wound up, follow the spiral course of the guideway.
  • a storage device such as a belt pulley, onto which the tension element, e.g. designed as a belt, runs the opening movement is wound up, follow the spiral course of the guideway.
  • the door leaf is preferably arranged in the multi-layer winding position in the form of a winding with layers spaced apart from one another.
  • the individual winding layers of the multi-layer winding are preferably not in contact with one another, unlike in the case of a simple roller shutter. This can reduce the risk of damage to the door leaf when winding and unwinding.
  • two adjacent winding layers of the winding are at a distance of 1 cm or more, in particular 5 cm or more, from one another in the open position. Adjacent turns of the helical track portion of the guide assembly may be spaced appropriately from each other.
  • a reliable opening mechanism for opening the door leaf is provided according to the invention in that the flexible tension element is attached to the leading section of the door leaf on the one hand and to a rotatable winding shaft arrangement on the other hand, which is spirally encircled by the door leaf in the winding position.
  • the rotatable winding shaft arrangement preferably comprises a winding shaft which runs perpendicular to the direction of movement of the door leaf and which can be arranged above the opening to be closed with the door leaf and/or behind the lintel of the door opening to be closed.
  • the flexible tension element can be attached to the winding shaft arrangement in such a way that it can be wound up thereon.
  • the front end of the flexible tension element is attached to the leading section of the door leaf and the rear end of the flexible tension element, opposite the front end, is attached to the winding shaft arrangement.

  • a first flexible tension element is attached to a first side of the opening movement leading portion of the door leaf
  • a second flexible tension element is attached to a second side of the opening movement leading portion of the door leaf.

Description

The present invention relates to a door according to the preamble of patent claim 1.

Gates of this type can be used, for example, to close garages and hall entrances, to close passages between industrial halls or to separate different areas within an industrial hall.

The door leaf is usually arranged approximately in a vertical plane in the closed position, with the lower edge of the door leaf resting on the bottom of the opening to be closed and the door leaf closing the opening. Starting from the closed position, the door leaf can be moved upwards into an open position in the course of an opening movement against the direction of gravity. In the course of the opening movement, the door leaf is wound up into a multi-layer coil. The open position, in which the door leaf is arranged in the form of the multi-layer winding, is referred to below as the “multi-layer winding position”. In this case, the multi-layer winding can encircle a winding shaft in a spiral manner, which is usually arranged behind the lintel forming the upper edge of the opening to be closed. This ensures space-saving accommodation of the door leaf in the open position.

The door leaf can be formed in the form of a so-called armor with a large number of profiles which are connected to one another in an articulated manner with respect to joint axes running perpendicularly to the direction of movement of the door leaf. In cases where a burglar-proof closure of the driveway is less important than a quick opening of the gate arrives, the door leaf can be in the form of a flexible sheet-like curtain and can be made of PVC, for example.

At one in print EP 0 531 327 B1 described roller door, the door leaf is received in the open position with its lateral edges in guide rails with a spiral guide track section and is supported by them. In order to produce the articulated connection between the individual profiles of the roller door leaf, the profiles are equipped with engagement devices in the form of so-called slide-in profiles on their respective adjacent profile edges.

In conventional spiral or roller doors, the thrust for moving the door leaf into the open position is typically introduced into the door leaf at the lowest profile of the curtain. For example, the thrust of a drive is transmitted to the bottom profile of the curtain by means of a chain or a toothed belt, and the door leaf is pushed up against gravity into the open position. For this purpose, a side part is provided on at least one side of the door leaf, in which a circulating chain or a circulating toothed belt is arranged. With such gates, the power is transmitted linearly in the vertical direction. This requires a corresponding amount of space on the side of the door leaf.

In other spiral or roller doors, such as those in the NL 1015953 C3 are given, the thrust force is introduced using a telescoping arm into the leading profile of the curtain during the opening movement. The end of the spiral cantilever facing away from the winding axis, which is coupled to the leading edge of the armor during the opening movement, follows the spiral path of the profile. However, such a door leaf guide is very complex and also requires more space, since the telescopic unit and the drive have to be dimensioned to a large extent due to the high torque that has to be applied.

In the DE 10 2005 056 032 A1 describes a door with a door leaf that can be moved translationally parallel to the ground to open or close a door opening, wherein the door leaf is transformed into a spiral shape when the door is opened to the side of the door opening and a door leaf is attached to an upper edge of a segment of the door leaf that is only guided on its underside Follower pin migrates along a spiral guideway section in a slot of a pivoting lever that can be rotated about an axis.

In view of the problems described, the object of the present invention is to provide a door, in particular a roller or spiral door, whose drive and guide arrangement have a reduced space requirement and whose door leaf can be moved precisely and reliably between the open and closed positions.

This object is achieved by a gate according to patent claim 1. Advantageous developments are described in the dependent claims. The door according to the invention has a flexible pull element attached to a section that leads during the opening movement, in particular the leading edge of the door leaf, for pulling the door leaf into the multi-layer winding position.

According to the invention, the flexible tension element is attached to a leading section, in particular to a leading edge of the door leaf, and pulls the door leaf from the closed position against gravity into the multi-layer winding position, in which the door leaf runs around a winding shaft several times and is arranged in the form of the multi-layer winding. If the door leaf is designed as a curtain with a plurality of profiles connected to one another in an articulated manner, the flexible tension element can be attached to the profile that advances when it is opened, for example to its lateral edge. If the door leaf is designed as a sheet-like curtain, the flexible tension element can be attached to the leading edge of the curtain when opening or to one side of a curtain reinforcement arranged there.

The flexible traction element is preferably a rope or strap element such as, for example, a strap, rope, wire rope, band, strap, chain or cable. The flexible tension element is preferably a belt, such as a flat belt, which can be set up to run on the running surfaces of deflection rollers and/or to be wound up on a belt pulley.

The invention is based on the finding that, due to the introduction of force in a section of the door leaf leading during the opening movement, a vertical force transmission unit such as a rotating chain for introducing force into the lowest profile is not required on the side of the door leaf. As a result, the side part of the door can be designed to be very space-saving. Furthermore, since the force transmission to the door leaf is shifted to its "upper" edge, a crash mechanism can be implemented in a simpler manner due to the space saving in the lower area of the door leaf.

In the case of spiral or roller doors with force application on the section of the door leaf that leads during the opening movement, the thrust point shifts radially from the outside inwards during the opening movement due to the spiral course of the guideway section when the door leaf is wound up and a highly dimensioned drive may be required. The present invention is also based on the finding that a flexible pulling element such as a belt for pulling the door leaf into the winding position can easily be spiraled along a spiral due to its flexibility can run narrowing web, so that when using the flexible tension element no complex mechanics and no large drives are required. Rather, a flexible tension element can pull the door leaf independently of the course of the guideway of the door leaf along this guideway into the winding position and in doing so between the area where the force is introduced into the door leaf and a storage device, such as a belt pulley, onto which the tension element, e.g. designed as a belt, runs the opening movement is wound up, follow the spiral course of the guideway.

In a door according to the invention, in particular a spiral door, the door leaf is preferably arranged in the multi-layer winding position in the form of a winding with layers spaced apart from one another. In other words, the individual winding layers of the multi-layer winding are preferably not in contact with one another, unlike in the case of a simple roller shutter. This can reduce the risk of damage to the door leaf when winding and unwinding. For example, two adjacent winding layers of the winding are at a distance of 1 cm or more, in particular 5 cm or more, from one another in the open position. Adjacent turns of the helical track portion of the guide assembly may be spaced appropriately from each other.

A reliable opening mechanism for opening the door leaf is provided according to the invention in that the flexible tension element is attached to the leading section of the door leaf on the one hand and to a rotatable winding shaft arrangement on the other hand, which is spirally encircled by the door leaf in the winding position.

The rotatable winding shaft arrangement preferably comprises a winding shaft which runs perpendicular to the direction of movement of the door leaf and which can be arranged above the opening to be closed with the door leaf and/or behind the lintel of the door opening to be closed. The flexible tension element can be attached to the winding shaft arrangement in such a way that it can be wound up thereon.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the front end of the flexible tension element is attached to the leading section of the door leaf and the rear end of the flexible tension element, opposite the front end, is attached to the winding shaft arrangement. As the winding shaft assembly rotates, the flexible tension member is wound onto the winding shaft assembly, thereby pulling the leading portion of the door panel so that the door panel can be moved along the spiral track portion to the winding position.

Reliable winding and unwinding of the flexible tension element onto the winding shaft arrangement can be ensured by a belt pulley onto which the flexible tension element can be wound during the course of the opening movement. The pulley is preferably non-rotatably connected to a winding shaft of the winding shaft arrangement, so that it rotates together with the winding shaft. The belt pulley can have a guide for the flexible tension element. For example, the width of the belt pulley is adapted to the width of the flexible tension element. In one embodiment, the belt pulley has two collars that protrude annularly from the winding shaft and between which the flexible tension element can be wound up.

The belt pulley is preferably attached to a lateral edge section of the winding shaft. For example, the belt pulley is arranged in an edge section of the winding shaft, which protrudes laterally from the multi-layer roll when it is wound around the winding shaft in the open position. As a result, the flexible tension element can be wound onto the belt pulley in the course of the opening movement without impeding the winding of the door leaf being formed or being impeded by it.

In this context, it should be noted that the door preferably has a guide arrangement on both sides (i.e. on a right side and a left side of the door opening), each with a spiral-shaped guide track section, with at least one flexible pull element for pulling the door leaf in the multi-layer winding position is arranged. For example, a first flexible tension element is attached to a first side of the opening movement leading portion of the door leaf, and a second flexible tension element is attached to a second side of the opening movement leading portion of the door leaf. As a result, a symmetrical application of force on both sides of the door leaf is possible, and the door leaf can be drawn into the multi-layer winding position evenly and without the risk of jamming. In this case, the winding shaft arrangement can have a winding shaft with two belt pulleys in two opposite edge sections of the winding shaft.

At least one door drive can be provided for moving the door leaf. The door drive can be set up to drive the winding shaft arrangement so that it rotates about its own axis. In some embodiments, the gate drive is a tubular drive that is at least partially arranged inside the winding shaft. For example, the door drive is a tubular motor arranged in the winding shaft. A tubular drive has the advantage that less space is required for a drive unit on the side of the winding shaft, so that a compact and space-saving design can be provided.

Alternatively, the door drive can be a drive flanged axially to the winding shaft, such as a slip-on drive. Typically, a door drive arranged axially on the winding shaft can provide an increased torque compared to a tubular drive, so that such a drive can be used, for example, with larger doors.

The flexible pull element is preferably guided on an approximately spiral-shaped pull path in the course of the opening movement. In a first possible embodiment, the flexible tension element is guided, for example, through the spiral-shaped guide track section of the guide arrangement, through which the door leaf is also guided.

In a particularly preferred embodiment, the flexible tension element is guided on a spiral-shaped tension path, the course of which essentially follows the course of the spiral-shaped section of the guide path of the guide arrangement. For example, the spiral-shaped track for the flexible tension element runs next to the spiral-shaped track section for guiding the door leaf, for example offset to the side. In this way, the flexible tension element can pull the door leaf into the multi-layer winding position along the spiral-shaped guideway section without colliding. The windings of the helical track can also be arranged between those of the guide track.

The flexible tension element is preferably guided and supported on a plurality of preferably rotatably mounted deflection rollers, which are arranged in such a way that they provide the approximately spiral-shaped tension path for the flexible tension element. When the flexible tension element is guided on the outside of the rolling surfaces of the deflection rollers, it is arranged in an approximately spiral manner. For example, the axes of rotation of the deflection rollers are arranged approximately on a spiral path, the course of which corresponds approximately to the course of the spiral guideway section and/or is arranged essentially parallel or offset thereto or runs between the windings of the guideway.

The flexible tension element, for example the belt, runs linearly between two adjacent deflection rollers. Therefore, the more deflection rollers are provided to form the spiral-shaped traction track, the “rounder” the resulting spiral-shaped course of the flexible traction element becomes when the door leaf is in the open position.

In some embodiments, 10 or more, in particular 20 or more, deflection rollers are provided for guiding the flexible tension element on the approximately spiral-shaped tension path. For example, two, three or more (or “n”) deflection rollers each radiate radially outwards along one starting from the winding shaft as the center running straight arranged, each of these two, three or more (or "n") deflection rollers is associated with a worm winding of the spiral train path. In this case, the door leaf can be pulled into a winding layer with two, three or more (or “n”) winding layers by the flexible tension element guided along the spiral-shaped tension path.

Two adjacent deflection rollers along the course of the traction path can be arranged at an angle of 60° or less, in particular 45° or less, with respect to the winding shaft. For example, six or more, in particular eight or more, deflection rollers are assigned to one worm winding of the traction track and are arranged along an arc around the winding shaft as the center. The arcs can be circular arcs with a constant radius or arcs with a gradually decreasing radius from pulley to pulley. In this context, it is pointed out that a spiral track is generally understood to mean a guide track that runs in several turns around the winding shaft as the center and whose distance from the winding shaft decreases from turn to turn. So a spiral is not necessarily a circular spiral or a round spiral. It is also in accordance with the use of oval spirals EP 0 531 327 B1 thought in which arcuate sections are connected to one another in the manner of an oval by approximately rectilinear sections.

In the case of three worm windings of the spiral-shaped traction track, each with eight deflection rollers arranged at an adjacent angle of 45° each, there is, for example, a total of 24 deflection rollers that provide the spiral-shaped traction track. In other embodiments, more or fewer than 24 deflection rollers can be provided.

In the closed position of the door leaf, at least part of the flexible tension element is unwound from the belt pulley and runs along the spiral-shaped tension path on the outer rolling surfaces of the plurality of deflection rollers. The door leaf is arranged essentially vertically and does not or only insignificantly engage in the spiral-shaped guide track section of the guide arrangement.

In the course of the opening movement of the door leaf, the door leaf is pulled by the flexible tension element along the spiral guide track section, the course of which can essentially correspond to the course of the spiral tension track of the flexible tension element. The flexible tension element can be wound onto a belt pulley.

In the open position of the door leaf, no flexible tension element is guided, at least on the outer deflection rollers remote from the winding shaft, since this is at least partially wound onto the belt pulley. Instead, guide elements provided on the lateral edge of the door leaf engage in the spiral-shaped guide track section of the guide arrangement.

In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the plurality of deflection rollers is held in the area of the lateral edge of the door leaf on the side of a guide slot of the guide arrangement that faces away from the door leaf. The guide slot can be designed spirally at least in sections and form the spiral guide track section. The flexible tension element can be fastened to a guide element of the door leaf that engages in the guide slot. As a result, the door leaf can be pulled precisely and precisely by the flexible guide element along the spiral-shaped guide slot.

Exact and trouble-free guidance of the door leaf along the guide arrangement can be ensured by a multiplicity of guide elements projecting at the lateral edge of the door leaf and engaging in the guide arrangement. The guide elements can be rotatably attached to the lateral edge of the door leaf and can be designed as roller or pin elements, for example.

In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the guide elements of the door leaf are guided in the spiral guide track section during the opening movement of the door leaf. For this purpose, the spiral-shaped guide track section can be designed as a spiral-shaped guide slot, the slot width of which can be adapted to a width of the guide elements. In order to prevent the guide elements from sliding out of the guide slot, a section of the guide elements that reaches through the guide slot can be widened in each case.

The spiral guide track section can be formed by a spiral guide slot formed in a guide plate. The guide plate can be a lasered plate with a guide slot, in which guide elements of the door leaf designed as roller elements run. In a first possible embodiment without deflection rollers, the flexible tension element is also guided in the guide slot of the guide arrangement. However, this can lead to increased wear of the flexible tension element due to friction. Therefore, in a preferred embodiment of the invention, the multiplicity of deflection rollers are provided, which are arranged in such a way that they provide a traction path for the flexible traction element that simulates the course of the guide slot.

Preferably, the flexible tension element is attached to the guide element of the door leaf that advances in the course of the opening movement. In particular, the flexible tension element is attached to a section of the leading guide element of the door leaf, which reaches through a guide slot of the guide arrangement. The flexible tension element and the deflection rollers are preferably arranged in a protected manner behind a guide plate of the guide arrangement, for example on a side of the guide slot formed in the guide plate facing away from the door leaf. This prevents damage to the flexible guide element and allows the door leaf to be guided evenly along the guide slot.

As already mentioned above, the guide arrangement can have a guide plate equipped with the guide slot, which is preferably produced by laser processing. Additionally or alternatively, the guide arrangement can have a guide rail closed by a rail wall on the side facing away from the guide slot, in particular a profiled or extruded steel, aluminum and/or plastic rail, which optionally runs spirally. In order to provide a smooth support surface for guide elements of the door leaf and/or the flexible tension element while at the same time ensuring exact guidance of the door leaf movement with the aid of a precise guide slot, the guide rail can be designed as a G-rail and a possibly spiral-shaped one arranged between the guide slot and the rail wall have circumferential running surface for a guide element of the door leaf. Additionally or alternatively, a deflection roller for the tension element and/or a guide roller for the door leaf, which can be rotated about a fixed axis, can be provided, which can optionally be accommodated in a guide rail designed as a C-rail.

It has proven particularly expedient if the running surface extends, starting from the guide slot, in the direction of the rail wall and ends at a distance in front of the rail wall. In this case, there is still enough space between the running surface and the rail wall to accommodate a deflection roller for the tension element, which may be designed as a belt.

The power transmission via the spirally running flexible tension element can be coupled with different door leaf variants.

In some embodiments, the door leaf is an at least partially flexible curtain, preferably a sheet-like plastic curtain. The hanging is not necessarily completely flexible, but can have a number of flexible sections between which stiffeners can be arranged, which can be used, for example, to secure against the wind. The curtain can be at least partially made of sheet elements made of polycarbonate (PC) exist. A lightweight door leaf can be opened quickly and is inexpensive to produce and transport. For example, the door can be designed as a high-speed door that can, for example, close a passage between two sections of a hall. A door leaf designed as a flexible curtain can be bent repeatedly from an essentially flat position into a multi-layer winding position and back into the flat position. In this case, hinge straps can be arranged on the lateral edges of the curtain, which are coupled to stabilization profiles of the curtain.

In a particularly preferred embodiment, the door leaf is designed as an armor made of aluminum and elements made of polycarbonate.

The stability and security against burglary of the door can be improved in that the door leaf is armored with a large number of rigid profiles which are connected to one another in an articulated manner, for example via hinges or hinge straps. For example, the door is designed as a roller door or spiral door with a slatted armor. Due to the articulated connectors of the profiles, the door can be brought from a flat position to the multi-layer winding position and back to the flat position.

The invention also envisages the design of doors in which the door leaf consists of a combination of rigid profiles and a flexible curtain, the flexible curtain being able to be provided in particular in the area of the leading edge of the door leaf during the closing movement.

In all embodiments of the invention, an elastically deformable stabilizing element can be provided on the leading edge of the door leaf during the closing movement, in which the restoring force acting on a deformation of the stabilizing element in a direction opposite to the closing direction is smaller than that of a deformation of the stabilizing element in a direction transverse thereto, in particular approximately perpendicularly to the closing element in the closed position, counteracting restoring force in the direction running in order to reduce the risk of injury in the event of an impact of the stabilizing element on an object or a person during the closing movement.

Corresponding stabilization elements are in the EP 1604091 B2 described. The disclosure content of this document is hereby incorporated into this description with regard to the design of elastically deformable stabilizing elements by express reference. Accordingly, the stabilizing element can have a leaf spring embedded in an elastomeric material with a main surface oriented perpendicularly to the closing direction.

According to a further aspect, the present invention according to claim 16 relates to a method for opening a door, in particular a roller door or spiral door. According to the method according to the invention, a door leaf is pulled from a closed position into a multi-layer winding position by means of a flexible pulling element. The tension element can be designed as a belt. The flexible tension element is attached on the one hand to a section of the door leaf that advances when the door leaf is opened and on the other hand to a rotatable winding shaft arrangement. In the area of its lateral edge, the door leaf is guided by a guide arrangement with a spiral guide track section.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, when the door leaf is pulled into the multi-layer winding position, the flexible tension element is guided on an approximately spiral-shaped tension path. The spiral-shaped tension track of the flexible tension element can simulate the course of the spiral-shaped guide track section of the door leaf. In this way, the flexible tension element can pull the door leaf into the multi-layer winding position along the spiral-shaped guideway section without colliding.

The flexible tension element is preferably guided on a large number of deflection rollers, which are arranged in such a way that the flexible tension element is arranged in an approximately spiral shape when it is guided on the outside on the rolling surfaces of the deflection rollers. For example, the axes of rotation of the deflection rollers are arranged on a spiral path, the course of which can essentially correspond to the spiral-shaped guide path section and/or which is arranged essentially parallel or offset thereto.

In the course of the opening movement, the flexible tension element is preferably wound onto a rotating winding shaft arrangement. In particular, the winding shaft arrangement includes a belt pulley onto which the flexible tension element is wound.

The door leaf 20 can be moved counter to the direction of gravity into an open position in which the door leaf 20 is arranged in the form of a multi-layer winding in a multi-layer winding position. The individual winding layers preferably do not touch in the winding position and/or in the course of the opening movement in order to avoid damage to the door leaf and to enable exact guidance from the closed position to the open position.

The gate leaf 20 has a gate leaf section 24 that leads in the course of the opening movement and a gate leaf section that trails in the course of the opening movement. Furthermore, the door leaf has two lateral edges 22 on which the door leaf 20 is guided in each case by means of a guide arrangement 30 which can have a guide slot or a guide rail. in the in 4 In the closed position shown, the door leaf is guided in the region of its lateral edges 22 in approximately vertically running guide track sections of the guide arrangement 30, which are only indicated by dashed lines. The guide arrangement 30 has a spiral guide track section 32 in which the lateral edges 22 of the door leaf are guided when moving into the multi-layer winding position. The spiral guideway section 32 is in 4 also indicated as a dashed line.

In the multi-layer winding position, the door leaf 20 surrounds a winding shaft arrangement 50 in the form of a multi-layer winding. The winding shaft assembly 50 can be above the door opening and / or behind a lintel of the door opening in Have substantially horizontal winding shaft. The winding shaft arrangement 50 can be driven by means of a door drive, which can be designed as a tubular motor, for example.

In 1 and 3 the door leaf 20 is shown in the course of an opening movement, in which the door leaf is brought up into the multi-layer winding position. For this purpose, a flexible pulling element 40 such as a belt for pulling the door leaf 20 into the multi-layer winding position is attached to the leading section 24 of the door leaf 20 .

In the illustrated embodiment, the door leaf 20 is designed as a partially flexible curtain 28, which can have reinforcements running perpendicular to the direction of movement of the door leaf, which can serve to secure against the wind. The belt can be attached to a lateral edge section of the gate leaf reinforcement that advances in the course of the opening movement. The lateral edges are designed as hinge straps, which are attached to the stiffeners, as in Fig EP 16002133.3 described.

The flexible traction element 40 is guided along a spiral traction path 42 by a large number of deflection rollers 45 . The course of the spiral-shaped traction track 42 essentially corresponds to the course of the spiral-shaped guide track section 32 (see FIG 2 ) along which the leading portion 24 of the door leaf 20 is guided during the opening movement of the door leaf.

In the embodiment shown, twenty or more deflection rollers 45 are provided for guiding the flexible traction element 45 along the spiral traction path 42 . In an alternative embodiment, the flexible tension element 45 can also be guided in a sliding manner on a continuous spiral track, e.g. on the spiral guide track section 32 of the guide arrangement 30. The flexible tension element 40 is guided by means of the rotatable deflection rollers 45, which preferably run coaxially with respect to the hinge axes of the hinge straps 22 however, reduces wear on the flexible pull member 40 and the pulling force required to pull the door leaf open.

The deflection rollers 45 can be arranged in such a way that their axes of rotation essentially lie on a spiral path with two, three or more turns. Each of the windings is preferably assigned six, eight or more deflection rollers, so that the deflection rollers 45 can provide a track for the flexible tension element that is modeled on a circular spiral. A large number of deflection rollers arranged at a small distance means that the spiral-shaped traction track 42 comes particularly close to the spiral-shaped guide track section 32, which is preferably designed as a circular spiral, whereby the guidance of the door leaf can be improved and the required tensile force can be reduced.

As in 1 is shown, the flexible tension element 40 can be attached on the one hand to the leading section 24 of the door leaf 20 and on the other hand to a belt pulley 55 which is held in a rotationally fixed manner on the winding shaft 52 of the winding shaft arrangement 50 . The belt pulley 55 is adapted to the flexible tension element 40 in such a way that it can be wound onto the belt pulley 55 and unwound from it without the risk of crossings or jamming. In 1 a second belt pulley optionally arranged at the opposite end of the winding shaft 52 is also shown, on which an optional second flexible tension element is wound up when the door leaf is moved into the open position. A second, flexible tension element ensures that the force is symmetrically applied to the door leaf.

A door drive designed as a tubular drive for driving the winding shaft 52 can be arranged in the winding shaft 52 . Alternatively, a door drive can also be provided, which is arranged in the axial extension of the winding shaft 52 and is designed, for example, as a slip-on drive.

2 12 shows a schematic view of the spiral guide track section 32 of the guide arrangement 30. The spiral guide track section 32 can be designed as a spiral guide slot 34 made in a guide plate. Guide elements 25 of the door leaf can engage in the guide slot 34 or reach through it, so that the door leaf can be guided along the spiral-shaped guide slot 34 into the multi-layer wound layer. As in 3 is shown, the spiral-shaped guideway section 32 is arranged on one side of the door leaf 20 in such a way that the winding shaft arrangement 50 reaches through its central opening.

In 1 It is particularly easy to see that the guide elements 25 of the door leaf are rotatable pin or roller elements protruding from the lateral edge 22 of the door leaf 20 . In 3 is shown that these guide elements 25 can pass through the guide slot 34 of the guide assembly 30, so that the front sections in one Space between the guide plate of the guide assembly 30 and a side wall are accommodated. The deflection rollers 45 for the flexible pulling element can also be rotatably held in this intermediate space. The deflection rollers 45 are held, for example, in the area of the lateral edge 22 of the door leaf 20 on the side of the spiral-shaped guide slot 34 of the guide arrangement 30 facing away from the door leaf.

In 1 It is also shown that the flexible pull element 40 is attached to the leading guide element 26 of the door leaf in the course of the opening movement in a section which penetrates the guide slot 34 .

How out 3 can be seen, the door leaf 20 is arranged in the multi-layer winding position in the form of a coil with layers spaced apart from one another. The distance between the layers of the door leaf in the open position essentially corresponds to the distance between adjacent windings of the spiral guide groove 34. The hinge straps 22 are arranged on the side of the guide plate facing the curtain, while the tension element is arranged on the side of the guide plate facing away from the curtain.

As in 4 indicated at 300, an elastically deformable stabilizing element can be provided in all embodiments of the invention in the area of the leading edge of the door leaf during the closing movement, in which the restoring force counteracting a deformation of the stabilizing element in a direction counteracting the closing direction is smaller than that of a deformation of the stabilizing element counteracting restoring force in a direction running transversely thereto, in particular approximately perpendicularly, to the closing element in the closed position. As a result, the risk of damaging objects and/or injuring people during a door leaf closing movement can be avoided, while at the same time a sufficient stabilizing effect can be achieved in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the door leaf.

The use of corresponding stabilizing elements has proven particularly advantageous when at least the lower area of the door leaf in the closed position is designed in the form of a flexible curtain, allowing deformation. In the case of such door leaves, in which the lower area in the closed position is designed as a flexible curtain, the coupling of a flexible tension element provided according to the invention to the section of the door leaf that leads during the opening movement can also be used with particular advantage, because the drive can be used without regard to the stability of the Door leaf can be coupled to the door leaf in the leading area during the closing movement.

At the in figure 5 The embodiment of the invention shown in the illustration has the guide arrangement on a guide rail designed as a profiled sheet steel or as an extruded aluminum profile or extruded plastic profile, which is designed as a G-rail. A guide roller 125 attached to the door leaf 120 can be accommodated in the guide rail or the guide profile, the roller axis of which passes through a guide slot 134 . The guide rail 130 is in the in figure 5 sectional plane shown running perpendicularly to the path of movement is closed with the exception of the guide slot 134 . It has a rail wall 132 arranged on the side facing away from the guide slot 134 .

In the guide rail 130 there is provided a running surface 140 which runs from the guide slot in the direction of the rail wall 132 and which runs essentially flat or in a spiral shape. This running surface 140 extends approximately parallel to the direction of movement of the door leaf 120 and serves as a support for the rollers attached to the door leaf 120 . During the opening or closing movement, the rollers 125 roll on the running surface 140 of the guide rail 130.

Between the edge of the running surface 140 facing the rail wall 132 and the rail wall 132, a deflection roller 145 for a tension element, such as a belt, fastened to the door leaf 120 via a holder 126, is shown by way of example. Instead of the in figure 5 In the embodiment shown, the pulling element can be guided over the running surface 140 by dispensing with a separate deflection roller 145 . In both embodiments of the invention, the running surface 140 creates a smooth contact surface for the guide roller and possibly the belt. This is advantageous for smooth door travel.

In the 6 illustrated embodiment of the invention differs essentially from the basis of figure 5 In the embodiment explained above, a guide roller 245 rotatable about a fixed axis of rotation is accommodated in the guide rail 230 while dispensing with a running surface 140 . This guide roller serves both to guide the tension element and to guide a sliding element of the door leaf, which also serves as a holder for the tension element. The in the Figures 5 and 6 As mentioned, the guide rails shown can be designed as profiled steel sheets. However, they can also be produced as extruded profiles.

In the case of the Figures 5 and 6 In the embodiments of the invention explained by way of example, various arrangements of the guide elements and deflection rollers can be selected. Guide elements and deflection rollers can be offset from one another in a direction perpendicular to the direction of movement of the door leaf be. The guide rollers can have a dual function and simultaneously serve to guide the tension element and to guide the door leaf.

In Figure 7a is the course of the guide rails 130 at in figure 5 illustrated embodiment indicated in semi-perspective. Figure 7b shows schematically the arrangement of the deflection rollers 145 for the tension element designed as a belt 160 within the guide rails 130.

Fig. 8a zeigt die in Fig. 6 dargestellten Führungsschienen in schematischer perspektivischer Ansicht. Figure 8a shows the in 6 illustrated guide rails in schematic perspective view. The guide rollers 245 take on a dual function in that they function on the one hand as a deflection roller for the tension element designed as a belt and on the other hand serve to guide the movement of the door leaf. The guide rollers have a seat for the guide belt, which is bordered on both sides by a protruding collar. As soon as the guide belt is accommodated in the receptacle, the guide belt and the collar arrangements arranged on both sides of it form a flat support surface for guiding the movement of the door leaf. Figure 8b shows a possible arrangement of the guide rollers 245 within the guide rails 230.

Instead of a door leaf in the form of a sheet-like curtain, a door leaf designed in the form of an armor with a multiplicity of profiles connected to one another in an articulated manner can be provided.

The door can also have a control device for controlling the movement of the door leaf and/or for generating control signals used to stop the movement of the door leaf, for example if a sensor detects an obstacle in the path of movement of the door leaf. The sensor can, for example, comprise a photo cell onto which a light beam from a light source can be directed.

The invention is not limited to the embodiment explained with reference to the drawing. Rather, the opening mechanism according to the invention can also be used in other types of gates whose gate leaves can be moved into a multi-layer winding position. Furthermore, the door leaf can have a number of flexible pulling elements such as belts for pulling the door leaf into the open position. In the present disclosure, the opening movement for opening the door leaf was described in particular. Conversely, the door leaf can of course be closed again in the same way, with the door leaf being able to move back into the closed position under the effect of gravity when the tensile stress of the flexible tension element is released.
