  • the holding device has at least one metallic brush shaft, in which a brush is displaceably arranged, and at least one pressure device which is held in a recess on the brush shaft and exerts a force on one end of the brush.
  • the brush shaft merges into a base plate in one piece.
  • the base plate with the brush shaft is a cast component.
  • the brush shafts are attached to load-bearing components using a grub screw or a union nut.
  • a grub screw or a union nut The insertion of brush holders into pocket-like recesses in a cylindrical housing is known from the prior art, with the brush holders being held in position by a cover.
  • Brush holders can be made in one piece from plastic by injection molding or can also be connected to a housing via purely non-positive screw connections.
  • the invention is based on the object of providing a grounding contact with a compact and robust brush holder that is inexpensive and easy to produce and suitable for standardization.
  • the invention relates to a grounding contact for the controlled control of electrical current. It includes a brush holder with a base plate and with at least one brush shaft for holding a brush. The at least one brush shaft is positively connected to the base plate.
  • the advantage of the grounding contact according to the invention is the modular design with regard to the brush shaft.
